Hello we had an employee setup our heroku account and he is not longer at the company. We've received emails to update our billing info so that our website doesnt expire. We have the login credentials but its asks for the authenticator information which we dont have access to. Is there a way to requisition this account or bypass the authenticator so that we can login and update our billing info.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We've tried to reach out to employee but we have not heard back. In order to submit a billing/ticket I have to login which is obviously not possible. I've emailed their sales team in the hopes to hear back.

I am unable to login into my heroku account even I know my correct login id and password due to the 2FA which was enabled mistakenly with me because I needed to deploy my app quickly.
I used Google Authenticator for generating the authentication code and logged in but next day my mobile got damaged in a way which couldn't be repaired. Due to which when again I tried to login it still asks for google generated verification code which I don't have, I contacted heroku support several times but it's been a month but still I couldn't get any satisfactory response.
They have opened some Temporary code login and provided a recovery code but still I am unable to login.

Created a google project in Google Developer Console to have the necessary API credentials.
Configured OAuth2.0 API credentials in OAuth consent screen.
To get the Refresh token and Access token from https://developers.google.com/oauthplayground/
I got Authorization Error - 403 Access Denied when I tried to Authorize API

Enter your email in it.
Save it and you are good to go.
I have synchronized guest users from on premise AD to Azure AD using below reference.
403 error is seen when user tries to login to new experience view of My Apps and no apps are visible on console.

I'm use react-native-instagram-login to create sample login Instagram.
I'm using account Abc#gmail.com to create client id and when login with Abc#gmail.com it's ok but when I login with another account it show error: {"error_type": "OAuthForbiddenException", "code":400,"error_message": "Your are not a sandbox user of this client"}.
It's mean when my application not public in google play or app store I only can login with my account register client id? If it is error how I can't fix it?
This is not an error, you need to get your app reviewed by Instagram.
