WCF Service Configuration Does Not Work in IIS - wcf

I have a WCF Service hosted in IIS8, in Windows8, I use framework 4.5, I tried to add the endpoint according to the documentation however there is a part that is not clear to me; what do arguments mean:
<add baseAddress="http://localhost:808/Wcf_ProyectName/ClassServive.svc"/>
you can see details in the next video:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b6wZhuOdzGQ&feature=youtu.be
no matter how much change values do not apply. It´s my configuration complete:

According to your description, I found that when you publish the service to IIS, the host tag still exists in your configuration file. Only self hosted or hosted programs like windows service need to configure host. When you host the service in IIS, the base address of the service is composed of the port number deployed in IIS and the file name of the service.
This is the configuration file of WCF service deployed in IIS.
For more details on WCF deployment in IIS, please refer to the following link:

Web.config max uploadsize

I am getting ready to publish a WCF to the web however I have a small problem, for some reason the webconfig ignores my endpoint configuration. I am trying to set it up so it can take files up to 50 mb in byte[] however the only thing that passes trough is files less then 100 kb. Can someone tell me what's wrong with my webconfig?

Unable to find or load Npgsql with Entity Framework

I am totally lost. In Visual Studio 2015, I created a WCF Library Service project and defined the service and service interface.
EntityFramework, EntityFramework.SqlServer, EntityFramework6.Npgsql, and Npgsql was installed with the NuGet console:
PM> Install-Package EntityFramework6.Npgsql -Version 3.0.5
Setting the library service as startup then starting debug (f5) correctly
read the available procedures. However, upon testing any procedure in the
WcfSvcHost, I get the following error:
The ADO.NET provider with invariant name 'Npgsql' is either not
registered in the machine or application config file, or could not be
loaded. See the inner exception for details.
What did I do wrong?
Here is the App.config file:

uninstalling and reinstalling Npgsql.vsix resolved this problem.

Issues creating client for WCF Service using Federation

After modifying my service to use federation (see web.config below) I'm having trouble on my client getting it connected. In all that I have read it seems I should be able to just create
var client = new MyService()
and then set username and password on that credential and then WCF takes care of the STS token stuff, but I do not have a constructor that takes 0 arguments, I only have one that takes a binding and endpoint address. I do not see a way to create the binding manually and would just like to use it the default way, before when I was just using a basicHTTPBinding with Https I was able to create the client with the default constructor I don't see why this does not follow same logic.
The service has web.config as such:

WCF service works with localhost, but not with an IP address

I've looked through the other similar questions, but not been able to resolve my own problem.
I have a WCF service that works if I connect to it with:

What am I doing wrong?
I solved it by publishing it to a real IIS server running on the computer. For some reason the built-in web server in Visual Studio didn't cut it.

Any help will be appreciated
Either you have a binding mismatch (http vs web binding) or you have a contract mismatch (HoneywellService.IHoneywellService vs HoneywellMiddleware.IHoneywellService).
Change your client endpoint to:
<client>
<endpoint address="http://localhost:56334/HoneywellService.svc" binding="webHttpBinding"
contract="HoneywellService.IHoneywellService"
name="HoneywellMiddleware_IHoneywellService" />
</client>
or
<client>
<endpoint address="http://localhost:56334/HoneywellService.svc" binding="webHttpBinding"
contract="HoneywellMiddleware.IHoneywellService"
name="HoneywellMiddleware_IHoneywellService" />
</client>
