Application is building and installing but not archiving. Yes I found some answers related to this issue but didn't work for me and this is the one of them "how to fix the issue "Command /bin/sh failed with exit code 1" in iphone", I checked the Run script in Build Phases and tried deleting the DerivedData folder in Library but nothing worked. Please help me in this
Xcode-8.3

I got this message when I try to run query on XAMPP in macOS
#1558 - Column count of mysql.proc is wrong. Expected 21, found 20. Created with MariaDB 100108, now running 100421. Please use mysql_upgrade to fix this error
I tried to write
'mysql_upgrade -u root -p'
on my terminal but I got this message
zsh: command not found: mysql_upgrade
I also ran into same issue and after cracking my head for the past 10hrs, I finally realise how to perform the upgrade. U
go to your Mac terminal and paste the following code:
Applications/XAMPP/xamppfiles/bin/mysql_upgrade -u root -p
Supply your root password and see it work like magic.
Contrary to what many people posted online by using /opt/lampp/bin
It always gives a zsh not found error.
I hope this helps you and in the future for others who might need it.
You could try switching to a different shell, say bash by typing bash in your terminal.
Then proceed to run mysql_upgrade normally in the appropriate directory
I also could not run the code from the Terminal. I was, however, able to go to the folder itself and "run" the mysql_upgrade application. If you are using XAMPP and the Application Manager, there's a button to Open Application Folder. If you click that, finder will open where XAMPP lives. Open the bin folder. Then scroll until you find mysql_upgrade. Double click it. It will run in a Terminal session and complete the upgrade. Hope this helps someone else as I spent waaayyyy too much time trying to get this to work.
I wrote a Singularity container that works just fine on my computer. However, when a colleague of mine tries to run it, he gets the error output
FATAL: container creation failed: failed to resolve session directory /usr/local/var/singularity/mnt/session: lstat /usr/local/var: no such file or directory
In the past, he could run containers I build. In fact, he used being able to run a container with the same recipe. The change was that the version of Singularity on the machine I use to build it was upgraded.
I entered the error in a search engine, and I only found a single hit, https://forum.image.sc/t/improving-cluster-supercomputer-performance-tesla-v100-volta-16-32gb-gpu/37459/8, in which this is not resolved.
Does anybody know a way to fix this? Or what the source of the problem is? Or a workaround, preferably one that does not require me to downgrade Singularity? (The machine on which I build it is shared between several users, that's why I don't want to do that.)
Okay, this was somewhat trivial to solve, we just had the colleague create the required folder,
mkdir -p /usr/local/var/singularity/mnt/{container,final,overlay,session}
So I did a fresh install of Arch Linux on my desktop and installed i3wm with it. After updating the repo's following the first reboot I began to add some packages I am familiar with that I can remember off the top of my head. After making sure my wireless internet was working I began to add apps to install to get me all set up and 'pamac-aur' was one of them. After I couldn't remember anymore apps to install I turned to pamac to help me with the rest, only it wouldn't start. I got a "Authentication failed" error. So I did some research and 95% of the posts I read mentioned adding 2 lines to my i3 startup config.
exec /usr/lib/polkit-gnome/polkit-gnome-authentication-agent-1 &
exec --no-startup-id /usr/lib/polkit-gnome/polkit-gnome-authentication-agent-1 &
I currently have tried both of those lines and each one separately as well since they are almost identical and pamac is still giving me the "Authentication failed" error message. I can 'sudo pacman -Syu' and 'yay -Syu' from the command line but since I am still new with i3 and linux in general, I like referring to an application that shows pictures of different packages and a 'one-stop-shop' to install everything in one go.
So beyond those two lines in my i3 config, I don't know what else to try. Any help is greatly appreciated!
Have you already checked if you have polkit-gnome installed?
This is the package that provides the binary you are trying to execute with the lines you mentioned in you config:
pacman -Syu polkit-gnome
After installing it I would check if it works when starting the agent manually by executing the following in the terminal:
/usr/lib/polkit-gnome/polkit-gnome-authentication-agent-1
Then run pamac and try to install/remove/update a package with it. When a popup appears that wants you to authenticate yourself it was a success.
Then you can add the line to your i3 config.
Also the the second line without the ampersand at the end is enough for your i3 config:
exec --no-startup-id /usr/lib/polkit-gnome/polkit-gnome-authentication-agent-1
For the new line in the config to take effect you would have to, after saving the file, logout and login again.
I am running on Windows 10:
Permission to the folder is Everyone & Full Access.
Cmd line is set to Administrator.
--version react-native-cli: 2.0.1
--version react-native: 0.47.2
* What went wrong:
Execution failed for task ':#myApp/react-native-spinkit:mergeReleaseResources'.
> java.io.IOException: Could not delete path 'C:\Users\My\Desktop\App\node_modules\#myApp
\react-native-spinkit\android\build\intermediates\res\merged\release\drawable-xhdpi-v4'.
For example, I will get the error above. Sometimes it says could not delete some intermediate path, sometimes, it says it could not create them.
It is not a fixed error output, intermediate folders that got into trouble is different every time. When I repeat React-native run-android on the good days 2-3 times, it will compile successfully. On the bad days I will repeat the cmd 10-15 times, then it suddenly works.
By the way, I use android/gradlew clean command to make sure it does the cleaning, too.
One thing I noticed is that every time it fails the compile percentage % gets a bit further. Until the end if I see 100% then it will work.
The same code compiles in one go with Mac, android physical or virtual machine, same thing on Mac is very stable. This problem only happens with my Windows setup. Anyone experiencing the same thing as me? Is there anything I can do to fix this issue?
You can try this: Error:Execution failed for task ':app:processDebugResources'. > java.io.IOException: Could not delete folder "" in android studio
Deleting the /build folder did it for me.
I guess some of the files in the target build directory is open in another tool you use. Just a file handle open in the folder which has to be cleaned. The build task 'clean' wants to delete all the files in the build directory(normally 'target') and when it fails, the build fails.
This worked for me:
cd ./android && ./gradlew app:assembleDebug && ./gradlew installDebug
I'm trying to archive a project to submit it to the iOS App Store, but keep getting this problem. I have already set yes to the skip install option, re-installed Xcode, rebooted and re-copied my libraries, as well as edited my schemes. I've done my research and tried everything suggested, but still get this error.
Does anybody has a suggestion?
chown: /Users/Samuel/Library/Developer/Xcode/DerivedData/Safari-clksdtmdmbdyrefxcltqlpejzefv/ArchiveIntermediates/Branon/InstallationBuildProductsLocation/Applications/i386: No such file or directory
Command /usr/sbin/chown failed with exit code 1
Thanks in advance,
Sam
