I have a project I want to share with my team including IntelliJ setup. The project requires several IntelliJ plugins for convenient work. How can I share plugin setup with my team easily, so they don't need to install plugins one-by-one?
Use the Required Plugins setting (Preferences | Build, Execution, Deployment | Required Plugins). Here you can specify plugins required for your project. When the project is opened and a required plugin is not installed, a warning will show with a link to download the plugin.

Make sure you have latest Kotlin plugin installed and Gradle bundled plugin enabled.

I cloned a project from GitHub, but IntelliJ doesn't see it as a Plug-in development project. Can I attach a Plug-in nature to it?

Delete the old module in Project Settings, create a new IntelliJ Platform Plugin module and mark directories as sources, test, etc.
I am working on two Gradle projects. One of these projects is a supporting library that will be used by other projects in the future so project A depends on project B but not as a 'multi module project'. The dependency is to be resolved through the artifact repo so project a declares it as a compile dependency using it's maven coordinates.
My problem is when working on these two projects in IntelliJ changes to project B aren't made available to project A until I install it (using the Gradle Maven plugin) in my local repo. This is kind of annoying and slows down my workflow. Is there a way to get IntelliJ to automatically update the dependency internally?
This is supported in the latest versions of Gradle and IntelliJ. It is known as a Composite Build.
Composite builds can be declared in the project's settings.gradle file as follows:
includeBuild '../my-app'
or by using the --include-build command line argument:
$ gradle --include-build ../my-utils run

In IDEA 2017 you can right-click on the gradle module and use Composite Build Configuration to link the current module to one or more gradle module already opened in the current workspace.
I am wanting to install DukeScript plugin to my NetBeans IDE and for some reason it doesn't show as an available plugin. I can find it just fine on the NetBeans plugin listing. It even has a symbol to show that it's certified and should be available in the IDE for installation.
Attempted Solution: I tried downloading manually from the site and I get a zip with a bunch of jar files and 2 .nbm files. I tried adding the .nbm files to the plugin manager manually I get the following errors.

The plugin was temporarily not available from the update center. It should be there again now, after we removed some unneeded depenedencies. Please try to install it again via the plugin manager inside NetBeans.
To explain your problem with manual install: The plugin consists of NBMs and OSGi Bundles (the jar files). You need to install all of them.

As it is answered here, you might be using an old ScanOnDemand plugin, you can add the latest Development Plugins to your Plugins: Plugins > Settings Tab > Add and use the following URL to add a new NB Plugins source:

I have tried this solvation, added the source above with name 'Plugin Resource' and checked available plugins. There, Findbugs Integration plugin appeared and installed successfully. When i restarted the ide to finish the installation, it generated an error and never started again.
Thus, i have downloaded netbeans 7.3 from this link and replaced with the old one (7.0.1) on my computer. Now Findbugs plugin is availabe in the list of available plugins without any additional configuration and works flawless. I recommend you to upgrade your ide to 7.3 and solve your problem. This will fix the problems that may occure in the future because of the lack of version of your current netbeans ide.
In addition, after updating the ide, you can use the findbugs plugin installing from this source. This plugin provides to use findbugs explicitly from the inspector.
