I have issue with product comments in Prestashop 1.6.1.1 (default Bootstrap theme).
When I want to add review, and modal appears, the stars selecting is broken:
here is link to picture
(sorry for link, but I haven't reputation to post images, yet)
I have no idea, why it is crashing.
I think it isn't possible to add code of that module in jsfiddle or others, so i add link to my test page of prestashop:
link to page
On the page is only one product, try to preview them and add opinion/review.
Have someone any idea?
P.S. Sorry for maybe poor English..
Okay, possible to fix by two ways:
use theme from 1.6.0.11 version
or
in themes/default-bootstrap/js/global.js find lines:
if (typeof bindUniform !=='undefined')
bindUniform();
and comment it:
// if (typeof bindUniform !=='undefined')
// bindUniform();

Title says it all. I want to create a custom prestashop page, but I don't know how.
What I actually want to do: create a button that opens a custom page. I can't find anything useful in the internet so I came here to ask for help. Could someone explain me how to do that?
There are many ways to add a new page, it depending in your needs.
By a CMS page, you can add the content you need in the HTML editor, like the product description: http://doc.prestashop.com/display/PS16/CMS+-+Managing+Static+Content
By a front controller from a module: https://devdocs.prestashop.com/1.7/modules/concepts/controllers/front-controllers/
By creating a new page, here my explanation: Prestashop custom page with own template
The point 1 is the most easy way for a common user, the rest of the points require advanced knowledge.
I cannot figure out what I have done wrong...
What I am trying to do is make the Twitter Bootstrap menu behave correctly.
The problem I am experiencing is that on a mobile the menu can collapse and retract but it covers the entire mobile, i.e. you cant see the rest of the page below.
I have literally copied and pasted a bootstrap 3 example and that doesn't work when I host it!!! Have I missed something very obvious? This is probably best viewed on a mobile....
Here is the page that I put my code on http://www.hackerhotshots.com/y.php
And the original page here: http://getbootstrap.com/examples/navbar-fixed-top/
Can anyone pls see what I am doing so wrong?
Thanks -
I am very new to orchard CMS... i am trying to make a site in orchard CMS as this is my first site in orchard... i am facing a fair bit of problem and hindrances to over come... my background of the CMS for creating websites is wordpress/PHP....
but now there in this project i have a problem for the slider in the home page! how could i implement a slider in the home page... after searching a bit i have found to use the featured image slider.. i have tried to implement it... i have installed the module and made the featured group... now MY PROBLEM IS WHERE I CAN ADD THE IMAGES IN THE SLIDER... AS THE FEATURE ITEM FROM THE MENU ONLY SHOW THREE FIELDS HEADLINE,SUB-HEADLINE, AND LINKURL...
kindly let me know where do i can add the images in this slider and show them on the home page of my site....
Thanks alot in advance....
After hell of the search i have got the solution for that purpose... i am elaborating my answer step wise so that the new guys like me should understand that without an inconvenience...
normally orchard CMS uses nivo slider bydefault... if you want to use other sliders follow the same path as pasted below...
1: if you have download the Orchard CMS there will be a Jquery function in the layout.cshtml and the jquery file will also be linked in the script tag, pointing to the package of Jquery in Js or anyother folder...
2: Get the name of the div for which the Jquery is pointing to... normally the name will be "slider".... Copy that name and paste it in your home from CMS... but make sure to keep the name of the div same as the Jquery function narrates which is ("slider").
3:Link your images in the Div...
and browse the site in the browser and enjoy the slider...
I have a fantastic tutorial on pepfry.com for this issue. I have a complete tutorial where I show you all the steps to successfully install the 'Featured Item Slider' with screenshots.
I also have a video on YouTube where you can see the Image slider working successfully.

http://www.sitefinity.com/devnet/forums/sitefinity/developing-with-sitefinity/override-how-page-title-is-generated.aspx#2050837
I would like to override how the page titles for all pages on a site are generated. The client wants the title to be similar to the site breadcrumb where it is a concatenated list of ancestral page names plus the current page.
I figure that this could be generated when a page is saved but I would have to alter the page title of the current page and all child pages. If I did it this way then if they changed their mind later then I would have to regenerate all of the page names.
Alternatively if I could just override how the page titles are put on the page then I could go get the ancestors and generate the title when the page is viewed by a user.
I lean toward the second but I don't know how to do either. Any ideas?
I am working on 5.X.
just cross posting the answer you got on the forums in case anyone is looking here.
The answer from Liam was to refer to this KB article: http://www.sitefinity.com/devnet/kb/sitefinity-4-x/globally-overwriting-properties-for-frontend-pages.aspx
which allows you to use global.asax to override the properties globally. pretty slick, I wasn't aware of it!
My suggestion was if you need to do it at the template level to use the SiteMapBase.GetActualCurrentNode() method to do it manually.
hope you got it all worked out!
I had to create a custom menu for the template we chose as the links were supposed to be added over a image. I have a header image which is called in as a module. When I select mod_mainmenu, the menu shows over the header image. However when I disable the mod_mainmenu and select the custom html mod , they come below the header image.
I need it also to come as the menu. Which will resolve the issue.

This is the link. Could someone help me on this.

The first problem I see is in your template.css file on line 672 -
height: 448pxx;
Fix this typo first. You could probably do without the absolute positioning for the logo, but the typo will probably make the page look right.
