wxWidgets multiline in wxlistctrl header - wxwidgets

I'm trying to insert a Multiline text in the wxlistctrl header under Ms Windows.
The wxWidgets library does not natively support the multiline text, so i tried to use istrunction like:
HWND listView = (HWND)(m_listCtrl->GetHWND());
HWND header = ListView_GetHeader(listView);
in a way to access to the header, but i don't find how to change the header height.
Can someone help me ?
Thanks in advance, Francesco.

As far as I remember, there is no way to do this. You can take a look at wxAdvTable - it is a grid which allows creation of multi-line and multi-level headers for grid.

Showing Status-field as dropdown in Directus 7?

is there a way to make a Status-field display like an dropdown/select-box instead of radio-buttons? I have about 10 status' and I would like to display them as a dropdown instead.
I wasn't able to find anything about this in the documentation, did I miss something?
Thank you in advance!
Not the "core" status interface, but you can duplicate the code and create a custom one in a select instead. The new interface would go into the custom extensions directory in the API. Should be pretty straightforward.

CreateJs Range slider function

Trying to create a range slider
similar to:
http://foundation.zurb.com/docs/components/range_slider.html
it has to follow the mouse, so no onclick
and needs to output values between 0 (left side)
to 100 (right side) does anyone know the best way to go about this?
thanks
The EaselJS download actually includes a simple slider that is used by some of the examples. You could likely use that as a starting point and build on top of it.
https://github.com/CreateJS/EaselJS/blob/master/_assets/js/Slider.js
The Transform.html and Filters_input.html samples in the examples directory use it if you'd like to see it in action.

how can I define strings in resource file and use them in qml

I want to define a number of xml formatted strings in resource file and use the strings in qml code. Is it possible? How to do it? I would be really appreciated any example.
As I know there is no way to store strings in resource file. But you still do that in another way.
First way: create language file with qt translation tool. As bonus you can store string in several languages.
Using in QML is very easy:
Text {
text: qsTr("myTextId");
}
See that link for more info.
Second way: store each string in different resource file.
But in this case you need to extend QML with C++ plugin to get ability to read files.
See that link for more info.

Imageresizer bgcolor transparancy

I am currently using ImageResizer from Imazen (http://imageresizing.net/)
I want to create images with the same dimensions which is easily achieved by adding the
www.example.com/example.png?w=150&h=150
however i want to give a bgcolor to the image for background/whitespace color.
again www.example.com/example.png?w=150&h=150&bgcolor=FF00FF works perfectly.
However is there a way to make this bgcolor transparant? (ofcourse only for .png's)
I read the docs and couldn't find a plugin or basic functionality that could provide this feature. Does anyone know if (or how) this can be achieved?
Use a 6-digit hex value (RRGGBBAA) to include an alpha/transparency component.

Creating Dijit > Editor > Plugins

I have been googling this subject for hours. Does anyone have an examples of a custom plugin being deployed in Dijit's Editor. I'd be really interested to look at it because I have been following this without much success and of the few examples that exist out there none of them come with working examples :(
(I'm looking to create a pulldown menu like the one for font selection)
There's no difference between a custom plugin and a "builtin" plugin, so I suggest just looking at a small builtin example like TabIndent, and then move on to the font selection itself.
