how to detect that camera or mic is turned off on `onUserJoined` agora in react-native

In the agora, there are methods that detect when users turn off the audio (onRemoteAudioStateChanged) of video (onRemoteVideoStateChanged) streams while you are both on a call.
But when one user starts previewing and turns off the cam or mic and then joins a call is there any possibility to detect that on onUserJoined?

Want to create custom audio effect in native c/c++ for android

I am working on project which deals with audio video playback in Android KitKat. I am able to play video using video view and it's MediaPlayer helps to modify the audio track of video. I know about Playbackparams which can be used for pitch and tempo shifting but it's available from API 23.
I heard about a library called Sound touch which can be used for pitch and tempo pitching but the source code available for the same shows that it works for WAV files.
I am interested in using sound touch library as a audio effect library which I can place in Android's /system/etc/audio_effects.conf and place the SO file in /system/lib.
But I don't know how to turn this sound touch library in order to make it read audio from Android MediaPlayer as I am planning to call this library in the same as we use presetreverb/equalizer?
Kindly help me out if anyone has done such an implementation.

Video.js for Vimeo

I use video.js for vimeo. Played on the desktop in a custom player with my styles, it's good, but on the tablets and mobiles played in a default browse player. Why? I want custom player in mobile too. Can you help me?
In a recent version video.js was updated to use the custom skin on touch devices, so you might try updating your version. But this will still only make a difference on tablets that don't go to fullscreen video. On iOS devices and most(?) android devices, whenever the video goes to fullscreen it uses the native controls, and there's nothing we can do in the browser to change that. Hopefully in the future the devices will adopt the requestFullscreen browser API so we can use custom controls in that context.

Can an iOS app access the subtitles or closed captions of a video in the device's Videos library?

Is there a way to do this, by using the Media Player Framework or any other means?
I would like to build an app that allows the user to work with the subtitles of a store-bought video.
Starting from iOS5, UIAccessibility protocol specifies a method UIAccessibilityIsClosedCaptioningEnabled() to get the value of Settings->Video->Closed Captioning switch value.

Get Audio Levels of Music Playing

I'd like to create some sort of visualization in my app that uses the music that's already playing in on the device (iPhone or iPad). Is it possible to get the audio data that is being played by other apps, such as the default music app, or even something (third party) like Spotify?
Basically, I just want my UI to react to the music playing, but I'd rather not force the user to use my music player for the UI to react.
No, that is not possible. Sorry.
