RBIN file to load data in excel

How can I extract data from a RBIN file?enter image description here
Scope: We are trying to automate a spray truck to log data entered and upload to a thumb drive and then export to excel.
Problem: The software the sprayer uses is outdated and files are in a RBIN file. The files within the RBIN file are shape files, sbn, sbx, shp, png files, along with field, equipment and weather information.
GOAL: convert or load RBIN files to xlx, csv so I can open in excel to build reports, track inventory and a dashboard.

How to add the date to file name while uploading a file to s3 bucket using alteryx

I have a workflow in alteryx where I am downloading two files from two different urls. After making the required modifications I want to upload them to the s3 bucket as well as save a copy locally. I want to add the current date while saving the file in both cases. I was successful in using a formula tool to rename the file saved locally. But unable to do for the copy being uploaded to s3. Can anyone help me with this? PS: Since it's the company data I cant share the screenshot of the workflow.

Vaadin 8 multiupload with folder selection

I need to upload files and folders to the server while preserving the hierarchy. At the moment I am using a plugin multiFileUpload that allows you to upload multiple files at the same time, but it ignores the selected folders. I know that neither vaadin nor Html5 has a universal solution that works everywhere for uploading folders.
I'm ready to write my own solution, but climbed the Internet can't find a way to display file selection (perhaps there will a JavaScript call) but the main question - is it possible somehow to POST a request Vaadin's and upload files by way of creating subfolders in which they were?
You can only upload files, not folders. It's simply not doable.
You can upload any number of files, but they won't be structured into folders.
I see two possibilities how you could still achieve what you need if you really wanted to, even if it changes the user experience a bit:
Let the user upload a .zip file of his folder structure. When they upload it, you unzip it on the server side and have now access to all the files in the correct folder structure.
Let the user upload all his files within his folder structure. After all files have been uploaded, You display all the files in a TreeGrid where the user can recreate the original structure using Drag-and-Drop or similar.

How to upload zip file in odoo ir.attachment model through coding?

I'm working on a custom module where I first need to generate a zip file (containing 3-4 CSV files) on the disk. Once it is done I want to upload that zip file into Odoo sales module as an attachment (ir.attachment) inside the related sales order. This way user can anytime download that zip file to view the archived files.
I'm able to generate zip file successfully on the disk, but after that, I'm not able to find how to attach that zip file (as binary) in the ir.attachment model. Can anyone please help me here?

Opening tsv format Eurostat data

I've been trying to open this data: http://ec.europa.eu/eurostat/estat-navtree-portlet-prod/BulkDownloadListing?sort=1&file=data%2Fdemo_gind.tsv.gz. I've already unzipped it and get the tsv file, but when I opened it in gedit, it looks like a binary file. Could anybody help me to open this file?
The file is correctly formatted even if not so readable for human beings.
TSV is a file extension for a tab-delimited file used with spreadsheet
software. TSV stands for Tab Separated Values. TSV files are used for
raw data and can be imported into and exported from spreadsheet
software. TSV files are essentially text files, and the raw data can
be viewed by text editors, though they are often used when moving raw
data between spreadsheets.
You can import it inside Excel or Open Office. Otherwise you may convert it by using online service (example google sheets).
Once you've unarchived the original .gz file there are two more steps required to view the data, as noted on Eurostat's website.
TSV files may be imported into Excel by (1) Saving on hard disk with
the suffix .tsv and (2) unzipping and (3) saving the table(s) as Text
(*.txt).
As per user74158's comment, decompress/unzip the tsv file. This can
likely be done with many different programs, I used 7zip and it
worked for me. On windows 7 I did this by right clicking, hovering
over 7zip, selecting extract files, tell 7zip where you'd like to
extract the files too and press OK.
Next go to the file, and change the .tsv file extension to .txt. Answer yes, you're sure you want to change the file extension and then you should be able to read the data.
