After activating fast swap for the weblogic server in JDeveloper, I'm not able to deploy my project anymore, and I'm getting a weblogic.management.DeploymentException.
It's an Oracle ADF project and JDeveloper's version is 11g, second release.
When running it on a normal weblogic instance (keeping the default setting "servlet reload") it works.
I tried searching keywords from the log, but I can't seem to find anything.
Here is weblogic's log

Where should I watch? Do you have any resources?
Sorry for not being specific, but I'm new to this. Thanks to anybody who may help!
This issue can be fixed by upgrade JDeveloper to newest version

Please try using the latest version of JRebel instead of 7.1.2. Download it at https://zeroturnaround.com/software/jrebel/download/prev-releases/.
If for some reason the result is still the same, also delete REBEL_HOME/bootcache and retry. Should you still see the exception, please write to support#zeroturnaround.com along with the jrebel.log from REBEL_HOME and they'll be able to help you out.
I want to use neo4j. I installed neo4j-community 2.3.2-1 from archlinux AUR and when I ise neo4j consoleeverything works fine. But when I want to start the server in the background with neo4j startthe server won't start with error message:
WARNING: Max 1024 open files allowed, minimum of 40 000 recommended. See the Neo4j manual.
Starting Neo4j Server...process [20559]... waiting for server to be ready... Failed to start within 120 seconds.
Neo4j Server may have failed to start, please check the logs.
The server did not try to start or 120 seconds, more like 2 seconds. In addition I callot find the log-files anywhere.
Google told me to tryout neo4j start-no-wait
When I do this command:
WARNING: Max 1024 open files allowed, minimum of 40 000 recommended. See the Neo4j manual.
Starting Neo4j Server...process [21088]...Started the server in the background, returning...
But nothing is started and the webclient doesn't work like it does when I use neo4j console.
So my basic question is: Why does neo4j consolework and neo4j startdoes not? And how can I start neo4j in the background and stop it again without killing the process?
EDIT:
the console.log says:

My latest error message on 10 March 2014
Error 500: javax.servlet.ServletException: Worklight Console initialization failed.Logged Exception: java.lang.RuntimeException: FWLSE0206E: The project /rmbp failed to initialize, because the project database schema for data source jdbc:db2://192.168.1.80:50001/APPCNTR is from version N/A, which is not supported by the server from version 6.1.0.00.20131126-0630. You may want to look at this similar post for suggestions:
IBM Worklight 6.0 - Worklight Console does not show up after installing WL 6.0 server on Liberty profile - Error 500
Importantly "you need to make sure that your worklight-jee-library.jar is in the application classloader." Like Idan suggested above you can easily use the ant scripts we provide in order to accomplish this in a more automated fashion:

Hello I am using JDeveloper 11.1.2.3.0
I have configured Glassfish in my computer and I have followed the instructions as Shay explained here: https://blogs.oracle.com/shay/entry/deploying_oracle_adf_applications_to
The problem is that when I try to deploy my ADF application as "Deploy to application server" with glassfish in this case I get an error saying that:
[#|2013-08-21T11:45:47.516+0200|SEVERE|glassfish3.1.2|org.apache.catalina.core.ContainerBase|_ThreadID=62;_ThreadName=Thread-2;|ContainerBase.addChild: start:
org.apache.catalina.LifecycleException: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: oracle.adf.share.glassfish.listener.ADFGlassFishAppLifeCycleListener
If I deploy the ADF aplication as an EAR file and then I try to deploy this EAR file to glassfish through the admin interface I get this other error:
[#|2013-08-21T15:40:16.452+0200|SEVERE|glassfish3.1.2|javax.enterprise.system.tools.deployment.org.glassfish.deployment.common|_ThreadID=65;_ThreadName=Thread-2;|Exception while invoking class com.sun.enterprise.web.WebApplication start method
java.lang.Exception: java.lang.IllegalStateException: ContainerBase.addChild: start: org.apache.catalina.LifecycleException: java.lang.RuntimeException: com.sun.faces.config.ConfigurationException: CONFIGURATION FAILED! javax.el.ELContext
Can anyone help on this?
A few things to check-
Did you extract the adf-essentials zip file with the -j option?
Did you mark both your model and view project to have a deployment platform for Glassfish?\
Please make sure that application is deleted from application folder. If not stop-admin server and delete it manually.
I get success when i test it using database wizard.
But
I get the following error while i run my jsf/adf application ::

Even i added the jar file in the classpath.I am using sqljdbc4.jar version.
Put the slqjdbc4.jar or sqljdbc.jar library file in lib folder under DefaultDomain in your IntegratedWLS installation path, if running in in IDE.
C:\Documents and Settings\user\Application Data\JDeveloper\system11.1.1.3.37.56.60\DefaultDomain\lib -
or
C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\JDeveloper\system11.1.1.3.37.56.60\DefaultDomain\lib
Previous answer worked very well for me, I'm using Jdeveloper 12c with integrated weblogic, in my case I used sqljdbc4 jar file because it provides support for java 7:
"
Put the slqjdbc4.jar or sqljdbc.jar library file in lib folder under DefaultDomain in your IntegratedWLS installation path, if running in in IDE.
C:\Documents and Settings\user\Application Data\JDeveloper\system11.1.1.3.37.56.60\DefaultDomain\lib -
or

".
Commented just in case anyone is facing the same problem.
