how to a place a module menu under another module menu in odoo

i just installed odoo 10 on ubuntu 16.04 LTS and everything is working fine but i want to combine all the HR apps i have installed into a single menu that i will name human resource so when i click on the menu human resource i will see all the hr apps as submenus under it on odoo, i have tried going through the settings menu in developer mode to see if i can do the configuration from there but im not seeing anything that could help me, so please i would be very happy if someone could help me with this in a step by step process thank you.
You can manage menu items from Settings/ technical/ User interface/ Menu Items.
Here you can create a new menu named Human resources and set this as parent menu for all other menu items you need under HR.
Just remember upgrade any module after that all menu items defined in the upgraded module will be changed to its default.

How do I raise a review from intellij 2017 using the gerrit plugin?

I see that the plugin documentation mentions "Publish and delete draft changes" as one of the features. I have installed the plugin and have configured it to work with my corporate gerrit server and I am able to view all changes which have already been raised for review on the server.
However, I am yet to figure out how do I commit new changes locally and raise a review for those using the gerrit plugin from my intelliJ 2017.2.6. I tried Googling around and I did see people mentioning about a "push dialog box" that they were trying to configure but I don't see that option available for me.
I have the Gerrit plugin installed on PyCharm, often the behaviour of the plugins is quite similar across several JetBrains products, so this might be applicable to IntelliJ as well.
In my case the dialog box for the VCS->GIT->Push menu sequence (Ctrl+Shift+K for Windows and ⌘+Shift+K for Mac) was modified by the plugin to look similar to the one displayed in the 2nd screenshot displayed at https://plugins.jetbrains.com/plugin/7272-gerrit:
Hope this helps.

Unable to debug ArcGIS 10.2 add-in on ArcMap with “No GUI components found in this Add-In”

I am working on an ArcGIS add-in (a very simple toolbar with a few buttons) with VB.Net and ArcObjects SDK in Visual Studio 2010. The solution was built successfully and the debug settings were configured.
When I hit Debug, ArcMap application was opened. I couldn't find the toolbar docked anywhere on the ArcMap toolbar. I went to "Customize" -> "Add-in Manager" and the add-in being debugged was not there. Then I tried "Add From File...", located the "esriaddin" file and clicked "Install Add-in". It populated a message box saying "No GUI components found in this Add-In."
I made some Google searches but haven't got any luck to reach a solution yet.
What was I missing? Has anyone come across the same issue and any direction?
Thanks in advance!
Try clicking build first, then open the arcmap separately and check the add-in manager inside of arcmap to see if it got added to the application. If so, you should be able to find it and turn the toolbar on.
I'm not sure about .Net, but I debugged this issue for the Java SDK. You have to make sure you are using the correct versions for compiling. In java, it was an old archive version of jdk1.6 32 bit.
Then I was referencing something wrong inside the xml document. I had changed the name of my JAR file (taken from project name by the ArcObjects SDK). In the xml document it was still pointing towards the old name.
This may not help you, but if anyone else searches this error and is using tje Java SDK, hopefully it will help.
I struggled with this same issue with a 10.0 add in. We had a 10.1 update that worked with 10.1 but trying to install it to 10.2.2 gave me that exact error. So much for upward compatible! I then tried to build 10.2.2 code and kept having this error. Others mentioned needing to build to x86 so I did that although the 10.1 was on Win7-64 and ran with AnyCPU....
I believe the final key for me was in the config file. I had set version to 10.2.2 As soon as I changed that to 10.2, the darn add-in installed just fine. Nice waste of a day for an extra '.2'

populate Windows 8 "All apps" list

I have an MSI package that creates some shortcuts, playing around with Windows 8 I noticed that on the Start screen it shows only the shortcuts from the top level folder of my application which I create in C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\. When I hit "All apps" Windows displays and the shortcuts from the sub-folders for other apps (for example VS 2012), but not for mine. Does anyone knows why? What else do I need to do so I can have Windows display shortcuts found in my sub-folder when the user selects "All apps"?
Here is a partial answer. It appears that there is a problem with the app indexer. So far I haven't found a way to simply force the search to find my apps without a bit of unneeded effort. To force search to find your app you can simply pin it to the start menu and then unpin it from the start menu this adds it to your local preferences.
Another indication of what is happening is that, even if a shortcut is deleted, it still shows in the All Apps menu until you do a disk cleanup and delete thumbnails.
I found another oddity. I have Tortoise Svn installed and anything I put in the start menu folder for that application shows up, but in my Open Office start menu folder the link has to be prepended with "OpenOffice.org " to show up.
I install my shortcut links here:
C:\Users\Randall\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs
This works just fine for me. My shortcuts all show up in the Win8 all apps list.
I'm installing in the user's profile so my app can run as a non-admin.

Carbide.c++ 1.2.2 not displaying SDK S60 2nd Edition CW templates

I downloaded Carbide.c++ 1.2 and also downloaded the SDK S60 2nd Edition CW.
I installed the SDK and it is recognized in the Window->Preferences->Carbide C++->SDK preferences.
but when I try to create a new project, the templates related to the SDK aren't displayed.
and the editor seems not to detect the SDK.
has anyone ever experienced this ?
how do you solve it ?
Attilah, these are quite old versions of both the SDK and Carbide. But if you need to develop an app for an S60 2nd edition device this makes sense. I don't have either of this installed currently, so it's hard to diagnose exactly.
You said the SDK is recognized. In the SDK preferences, if the checkbox next to the SDK is turned off then the SDK is disabled. Make sure it's enabled.
One thing you could try is to turn of the "Filter templates based on enabled SDKs" checkbox in the new Symbian OS C++ project wizard.
Also, you could try importing one of the example apps from the SDK to confirm you can import and build the project OK.
If you decide to do any work with 3rd or 5th edition phones then you can get the latest Carbide from http://developer.symbian.org/main/tools_and_kits/downloads/view.php?id=2
