How to stop url from from adding amp%3B - apache

Im having a problem with my URLs. for an example when i click on the below link
mysite.com/category?language=nl&currency=USD%26utm_campaign%3Dgoogle_shopping%26utm_source%3Dgoogle_shopping%26utm_medium%3Dgoogle
it redirects to

and give the below error
The page isn’t redirecting properly
the url adds multiple amp%3B and breaks it
my htaccess has the below
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} !.*\.(ico|gif|jpg|jpeg|png|js|css)

can someone tell me why is multiple amp%3B to the url and how can i stop it?
is it possible to remove all the url content after currency=USD so the url works?

RewriteRule in htaccess only work when I visit url directly

I have htaccess file where I am turning regurlar url example.com/result?from=Brampton&to=Calgary&submit= to Rides-From-Toronto-Calgary-submit seo friendly url. But problem is that I manually have to type url to visit seo friendly version of url, how can I achieve redirect using .htaccess ?
This is what I have so far

RewriteCond %{QUERY_STRING} ^from [NC]

Also these Rules consider that your internal rewrite is happening to index.php file in case its something else file then please change its name to it in rules.

how to remove query string from url using htaccess

Once my friend help me to solve this issue, I have written code like that. Where example.com/blog-detail?slug=slugvalue it goes to blog-detail.php and this url example.com/project?slug=test goes to project.php.

You may need to use base tag to fix your js and other relative resources. If you are linking js files using a relative path then the file will obviously get a 404 because its looking for URL path. for example if the URL path is /file/ instead of file.html then your relative resources are loading from /file/ which is not a directory but rewritten html file. To fix this make your links absolute or use base tag. In the header of your webpage add this <base href="/"> so that your relative links can load from the correct location.

Query string to path in htaccess somewhat working?

Hello I have been stuck with htaccess for the past 3 days and can not seem to figure out why my htaccess file is not changing my url correctly.
So I am attempting to turn this query string url from www.example.com/test/user-profile.php?id=4 into www.example.com/test/user-profile/4
the /test/ in the url is not a file, its a folder in the main public_html directory.
Here is my htaccess file

How to block URLs different than main domain with Apache?

I want to block all request (or return 404 apaches error page) in my Wordpress different than the main url.
Example:
https://myurl.com this must work
https://myurl.com/fksdofiewoq this musnt work
https://myurl.com/wp-admin must work
myurl.com/mainpost must work clicking in the post in the main page.
Is there any posibility?

Apache rewrite "domain.com/folder" to "folder.domain.com" with keeping redirection from "folder.domain.com" to "domain.com/folder"

I want folder.domain.com to point at domain.com/folder
and
I want domain.com/folder to be rewritten in the URL of page in the browser to folder.domain.com.
In both cases I want to see an URL like this folder.domain.com.
