Metro Bundler does not start (MacOS) - react-native

I installed React Native following the requirements in the documentation (https://reactnative.dev/docs/environment-setup) , i got all the simulators working but i have to manually open them everytime i open the project.
If i press m after npm start the following error shows "warn No apps connected. Sending "devMenu" to all React Native apps failed."
(Btw this is my first time using React-Native so sorry if this is a rookie mistake)
Does anyone know any solution ?

"New update available, downloading..." on Expo

After opening my React Native project in Expo, I get a "New update available, downloading..." infinite loading on the Android emulator.
I tried restarting the server and restarting the emulator, expecting to see the actual content of my React Native application.
I managed to solve this problem by following these steps:
Stop the server.
Uninstall Expo on Android emulator.
Run npm start.
Reopen the application on Android emulator.

react-native-cli error when running ios emulator

After 5 days I have been able to fix the issue with initializing a react native cli project. Now I can set it up successfully.
The issue now though, is when I try to run npm run ios in order to run the ios simulator. Of course this is done in the 2nd terminal tab, the 1st tab is where I npm start to start the react native metro server.
Basically after npm run ios, my ios emulator successfully opens up by itself. However, straight after, VScode gives me a long error. I have put all the error into pastebin: https://pastebin.com/egnLA9ei
I ran npx react-native doctor and fixed the issues. Here is the screenshot
Even though it is all green ticks, the same error is still there. (Lets focus on ios for now, ignore android for now)
I feel so close to finally being able to continue my learning. If you could offer some help, please do.
Thank you for your time.

React Native Expo open in IOS

Im starting to learn React Native using Expo. I just installed expo-cli, code some of my app (react-router-native, some jsx).
When I scan the QR (that shows visual code terminal after npm start of the project) to test the app on my iphone, I get this error in the phone:
Unable to resolve "#ungap/url-search-params" from "node_modules\react-router-native\index.js"
I can not open it on my iphone. App works ok on web.
Any ideas?

React-Navigation and installation error and first-usage

I am new to react-native or you can say new to React and I am working on react-native navigation I have installed all the required libraries as instructed in https://reactnavigation.org/docs/getting-started but when I am running my code it is giving an error as '#react-navigation/native could not be found within the project or in this directories.' What should I do is there any way to get started with my code? Help me
If you have installed your app following the react native cli guide you might want to try running
gradle clean
in your android folder und then try to run your app in the emulator again.
On my first steps with react native I stumpled upon the same issue. :-)
