MSB3073 error when compiling Unreal Engine from source - msbuild

I wanted to build Unreal Engine the Oculus version, so I :
dowloaded the Oculus version of Unreal Engine;
clicked on Setup.bat;
then on GenerateProjectFiles.bat
and then I opened the UE4.sln solution;
chose "development editor" and "win64"
and build UE4 by cliking right and selecting "build" on "UE4" in the "Search Solution Explorer".
But this error comes up after some time :
error MSB3073: The command "..\..\Build\BatchFiles\Build.bat -Target="UE4Editor Win64 Development" -Target="ShaderCompileWorker Win64 Development -Quiet" -WaitMutex -FromMsBuild" exited with code 6.
Would you know how to solve this error ?
Thank you

Error: Could not automatically setup MSVC
can you help me please?
Googling "Could not automatically setup MSVC" the most common error seems to be failing to restart your PC after installing VS.
I've found that VS has a separate shortcut for "Visual Studio Command Prompt", are you using that rather than a generic command window?

Failure writing debug information: Unable to load DLL 'Microsoft.DiaSymReader.Native.amd64.dll'

I installed a VS2017, tried to develop a first app in VS2017.
File > New Project > Visual Basic > Windows Desktop > Windows Forms App (.NET Framework)
simply tried to run an app with only one label on form, but build error comes up, I clicked on "Yes" then dialogue box appears (image).
Error Code- BC37225
Error Message- Failure writing debug information: Unable to load DLL <br>'Microsoft.DiaSymReader.Native.amd64.dll': The specified module could not be found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007E)
Then searched SO, read and tried solutions, but not worked.
What I tried from SO is-
Error while building C# Console Application: Error CS0041 Cannot find a module
(1) installed Microsoft.NETCore.Platforms (nuget package)
(2) installed Microsoft.DiaSymReader.Native.amd64.dll (nuget package)
(3) Unable to load DLL 'Microsoft.DiaSymReader.Native.amd64.dll
in this, solution is available (accepted answer), but I don't know from where to delete these lines of code.
<PropertyGroup>
<Deterministic> true </Deterministic>
</PropertyGroup>
what could be the solution?
When the build errors dialog comes up it asks if you want to run a previous build because the current build will not compile (won't make a new .exe file) Since this is the first run of your program there was no previous build, no .exe. What you need to resolve are the build errors.

solc.exe - Application Error The application was unable to start correctly

Solidity compiler is not working on Win 7 Enterprise (64-bit) SP1.
It was downloaded from https://github.com/ethereum/solidity/releases
Version 0.4.19 (solidity-windows.zip)
solc --version
Error : solc.exe - Application Error
The application was unable to start correctly (0x...). Click OK to close the application.

Seems answer is located here : https://ethereum.stackexchange.com/questions/11081/install-solc-compiler-on-windows-8
So either MS Visual Studio needs to be installed (suggested 2015) or JS script needs to be written (using Node.js solc module)
The remaining concern is that MS Visual Studio is too huge for installation for resolving mentioned issue. Is anyone aware what exact software component(s) from MS Visual Studio are needed? And described solution with JS script returns errors for the contracts which have import statements.

How to debug Haxe using IntelliJ IDEA?

I'm trying to debug a Haxe application with cpp target using IntelliJ IDEA.
Every time i got same error while trying to run debug on it:
"You can debug only flash or HXCPP targets"
I have a basic HelloWorld project setup with the Haxe compiler and the C++ target (setup).
I'm using latest plugin for Haxe (0.9.10) and hxcpp-debugger with old protocol version (as mentioned in haxe plugin description). Tried this on IDEA14, 15 & 2016.
All guides that I found to make it work looks outdated.
the closest i found is this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6JjgOrEXcQc - it uses openfl, but if you look at the logging window, it outputs a command : haxelib run hxcpp Build.xml haxe -Ddebug -DHXCPP -Dcpp -Ddebug -Ddesktop -Dhaxe_208 -Dhaxe_209 -Dhaxe_210 -Dhxcpp -Dnme -Dnme_install_tool -Dsys -Dtrue -Dwindows. You'd have to make your build run that same command if you're not using openfl to build.
The code must also create a debug socket server somewhere in your main method:
new DebugSocket("127.0.0.1", 65333, true)

Im using Carbide C++ 2.3.0 to build a Flash Stub project with S60)5th_Edition_SDK-v1.0 Phone Release (GCCE) set as build configuration. I have installed Perl and JRE and the CSL toolchain (GCCE), and Ive manually updated the Windows PATH variable to point to GCCE/bin.

My errors log panel shows that Perlv5.6.1 was not detected (i installed strawberry perl 5.10.1) should this matter?
I have checked that the EPOCROOT is set correctly and navigated in windows explorer to the file that cannot be found and I can see it there.
I cannot find any help with this on the nokia forums.
Yes, it matters.
The recommended perl implementation is ActivePerl 5.6.1, available from activestate.com
