Is there any notification framework in python? if it's available please suggest me which one better to develop and plugin to out application.

I have successfully implemented the agora.io live interactive streaming in flutter and is running fine. I wanted to know if I can implement this same feature in vue.js. I was trying to find any documentation but couldn't find any.
Can anyone help me find any documentation or at least a git repo which I can refer to.

While Agora doesn't officially have any documentation for making a interactive streaming web app in Vue, it does have one for Group Video Calls at https://github.com/AgoraIO-Community/OpenAgoraWeb-Vue.
Since video calls work almost the same as broadcasts, you can use the OpenAgoraWeb repo link and tune it in a way to make it only one way streaming for audiences.

You can also use this Vanilla Sample link to convert it into a VueJS application or you can use a combination of both.

I need to implement push notification to our Android App using Xamarin. Here is the process. We have web version which used by the Manager. The Manager creates and assign job to the driver. The App version is used by the Driver where it shows the list of jobs and processes of job until its complete. So, when the Manager assigned the Job to the Driver in the Web version, it will then notified to the Driver in the App version that "new job is assigned". Basically, both the web and app uses same database then we created an api(REST API in MVC C#) to connect and get data from the db to be used in the mobile app.
Can someone recommend to me which Push notification plugin(a plugin or nuget) should I use to do this? Currently, I have set up Push Notifications through App center & Firebase but not sure how this work.

I would suggest you use Firebase for mobile push notifications for Android as it is a product by Google, and was made for mobile applications. For push notifications, you will be using Firebase Cloud Messaging also known as FCM. See to it that you are well versed on how it works before you start coding anything read the documents it answers most of your questions there itself.

For this, you will have to check on how to work with Firebase using Rest-API. Once you configure the Rest-API and then apply your business logic to it things will be quite easier than you might have imagined.

My recommendation is quite simple, Do not use any sort of a firebase push notifications plugin!. I have had a very bad past with plugins and ever since then I never recommend fellow developers to use plugins until it is a well-maintained one. I would rather ask you to simply configure Firebase on the basis of the guides that are available online. Like the following Xamarin.Android guide for FCM. It is detailed contains everything that you are looking for and what else I would suggest is you check firebase related answers on SO and you will find that almost everything that is not available in docs is covered around here and in detail. I'm developing a mobile app which has a support feature for clients. Support is a chat session. We are planning to use intercom chat integration with our react-native mobile app. We are using React-Native.So is there any way to integrate intercom chat with my mobile app ??
If it is possible can i be able to change intercom chat UI with customized react-native components ??

Yes, you can integrate Intercom in a react-native application. You can use
react-native-intercom, this a wrapper of Intercom-ios-sdk and does not have options to further customization (only launcher).
You'll have to write some native code hopefully everything is in the README.me
About changing intercom UI: it is not possible. Really, don't waste your time trying to do this. They simply don't offer this feature.
Their clients SDK are not open source even if they are in GitHub. If you go to Intercom Android SDK or Intercom iOS SDK you would think that they open sourced them but if you see their files you're gonna see that it is just binary files. You cannot edit them. Or maybe you can but in a hacky way.
The only way to use your own components is to use their API directly and implement the UI from scratch. I strongly recommend you to don't do it. They have API call restrictions (500 requests per minute) which is easy to achieve because of the number of calls you'll have to send in order to make it work properly.
As I am new to PhoneGap and SenchaTouch I want to know the basic information . I understand that sencha Touch is only for web applications accessed from device. I am correct Please clarify my doubt that is 'Is Sencha UI and SenchaTouch only meant for web applications accessed from device or for native apps too?'

Sencha touch is a web toolkit, provides API to create interface looks similar to Native UI. But, however it is still a web application with a native look. However, if you want to crate the native packaging (application build) and if you want to access the device hardware features like camera, sensor then you can go for PhoneGap. PhoneGap can warp the HTML and JavaScript code and helps you to generate native builds for each platforms.
I am building an app that will take most of its content from Facebook i.e. photos, personal info, etc.
I was wondering if anyone can give me advice on which framework would be the most suitable, iUI or Cocoa Touch? What sort of apps would be suitable for the iUI framework and what apps are more suitable using the standard Cocoa Touch?
Native apps run quickly, can be used offline and can make use of more of the device's hardware.
Web apps are more portable (you could make them available on Android as well, for example) and don't have to be vetted for inclusion in the app store.
