I have a bacpac file of db1 in my local. I want the bacpac file to import in database db2.
When I was trying to import the file using import option in SSMS (right click database and import data) there is no option to connect to the existing/already created db. I have an already created db where I only want to import the contents from the bacpac file into the db2.
SQL Database doesn’t support, import BACPAC file into Existing database not possible only New or Empty Database.
If you want to import the content file into Database 2, there are many ways you can get,
Export all your Database table view to Azure blob and import these files to your existing Azure SQL database with SSMS. Follow these steps
Export Data to Blob Storage
Select source table and view -> Choose one or more table views and copy -> Next -> Execution successful -> close.
Import data from blob storage to SQL Database

I've tried to use SSMS, but it requires a temporary location for the BacPac file which is local. But i don't want to download it to local, would like to export a single table directly to Azure Blob storage.
Per my experience, we could import table data from the csv file stored in blob storage. But didn't find a way to export the table data to Blob Storage as csv file directly.
You could think about using Data Factory.

Because i can import with new DB.
But not able to import in the existing one.
As far as I know, Azure SQL Database doesn't support import a BACPAC file into a existing database.
No matter in Azure SQL Database or SQL Server, they all mentioned new database.

But there are many methods you can copy all data from your resource database to the existing Azure SQL database.
One of them is export all your database table view to Azure blob and import these files to your existing Azure SQL database with SSMS. I did this successfully.

Using Import Data. It's operation just the opposite of Export Data.
It has the advantage that I can import these data to my existing Azure SQL database no matter it already has data or not.

Also conveniant way is to use DataImport Wizard, but use import from local Sever to Azure servet diractly. Without blob storage as mediator.
Just select needed tables and set spec settings, if need. (insert identity and so on)
We have a static sql file which consists of insert statements;basically test data.
is it possible to execute this script using powershell on azure sql db where alwaysencrypted is enabled. We use keyvault to store the certs.
Unfortunately, PowerShell (Invoke-SqlCmd) does not support insert statements against encrypted columns at this point. The only SQL tool from Microsoft that supports such statements at this point is SSMS - please see: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/relational-databases/security/encryption/configure-always-encrypted-using-sql-server-management-studio#param .
An alternative could be to put your test data into a CSV file and use the Import Export Wizard to import the data into the database. You could save the import job as an SSIS package, which you could execute from the command line. I used http://download.cnet.com/SQL-Dumper/3000-10254_4-10514574.html to make an sql dump of a database. How do I import the data into an empty database on a new server, without having to run the hundreds of .sql files manually?
I created a .txt file using BULK that contains all the records of a sql DB. Now I need to import these records into a new DB. The problem is that I need to change the type of some fields from DOUBLE to BIGINT or the records won't be added to the new DB.
Please, wich functions and how do I have to use them?

Importing into SQL Server, you can right-click on the database and select Tasks > Import Data. This will open up the Import/Export Wizard which is a slimmed down version of the same functionality in SSIS.
Once the Wizard is open, you can navigate the through the prompts and eventually get to a screen, Select Source Data, where you can click on the Edit Mappings button and modify the data types of the data being imported.
