Azure Devop TestThe active test run was aborted. Reason: Test host process crashed : Unhandled Exception - testing

We have one PR that fails due to our tests sets. They only fail with this PR, with the following error:
The active test run was aborted. Reason: Test host process crashed : Unhandled Exception: System.AppDomainUnloadedException: Attempted to access an unloaded AppDomain.
It always crashes with this error while other branches work fine. It's always the same exception but not everytime at the same position. We tried to enable diagnostic, but it gives absolutely no additional informations:
##[debug]ProxyRunRequest: HandleLogMessage Entered
##[error]RunMessage : The active test run was aborted. Reason: Test host process crashed : Unhandled Exception: System.AppDomainUnloadedException: Attempted to access an unloaded AppDomain.
##[debug]Processed: ##vso[task.logissue type=error;]RunMessage : The active test run was aborted. Reason: Test host process crashed : Unhandled Exception: System.AppDomainUnloadedException: Attempted to access an unloaded AppDomain.
We use Nunit, and the testing part of our YML is the following:
- task: VSTest#2
timeoutInMinutes: 180
inputs:
testSelector: 'testAssemblies'
testAssemblyVer2: '*.Test*.dll'
searchFolder: '$(System.DefaultWorkingDirectory)/$(buildConfiguration)'
codeCoverageEnabled: false
platform: 'Any CPU'
uiTests: false
configuration: '$(buildConfiguration)'
runInParallel: true
resultsFolder: 'testResults'
runSettingsFile: '$(Build.SourcesDirectory)\azure-tests.runsettings'
rerunFailedTests: true
The PR is like 200 files and we can't find what could cause the issue, especially since we spent a lot of time testing as its a critical feature for us.
Any idea what we can do to have a better idea of what the problem is? Or what could causes this exception?

dfx start error "thread 'main' panicked at 'Error creating persistent pool at: ... "

I built a new Motoko (or ICP) project using dfx command. For the first time, it started and deployed successfully.
Then I suddenly closed the first terminal which I ran the dfx start command. Then try to restart it again but this error message is appeared:
hread 'main' panicked at 'Error creating persistent pool at: "/root/.local/share/dfx/network/local/state/replicated_state/node-100/ic_consensus_pool/consensus". Error: IO error: While lock file: /root/.local/share/dfx/network/local/state/replicated_state/node-100/ic_consensus_pool/consensus/LOCK: Resource temporarily unavailable', artifact_pool/src/rocksdb_pool.rs:222:25 note: run with `RUST_BACKTRACE=1` environment variable to display a backtrace.
Any idea to resolve this issue?

downloading from a clickonce deployment

I publish my vb.Net windows form app to a location in the server for users to install on their machines. It starts running for about 32% and errors with the following message: Application validation did not succeed. Unable to continue.

TFS 2015 - Waiting for an agent to be requested

So after coming back from vacation my build server don't want to run any builds anymore. It's just stuck on Waiting for an available agent / Waiting for an agent to be requested and if I cancel it I feel it get's stuck on Build Cancelling... since nothing more is happening after I cancel the build. The waiting message is still there but the build is not in the build queue though.
All the agents are green in the Agent Pool and the background service is running.
I am getting the following error in the event log:
Detailed Message: There was an error during job agent execution. The operation will be retried. Similar errors in the next five minutes may not be logged.
Exception Message: A previous call to WebApiConfiguration.Initialize failed. See inner exception for details. (type WebApiInitializationPreviouslyFailedException)
And after 14 Inner Exceptions with the same message on the 15th Inner Exception it says:
Exception Message: Could not load file or assembly 'System.Web.Mvc, Version=4.0.0.1, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified. (type FileNotFoundException)
I have installed the standalone installer for MVC 4 from http://www.asp.net/mvc/mvc4 but that did not help. Also think it's wierd that it's suddenly missing this assembly. I have also tried reconfiguring the agent.
Finnaly got this working again \o/
What I think fixed it was installing the ASP.NET MVC Security Update MS14-059 from this site: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=44533
It's still no System.Web.Mvc assembly reference in the %windir%\assembly folder but after innstalling the fix and restarting the server the job agent queued the job right away. And I had restarted the server multiple times before that so it was definitely not because of the restart.

Error while generating tstsuite from commandline

While generating test cases using command line option I am getting the following error.
EvoSuite
Going to generate test cases for class: testgeneration.Multiplication
[MASTER] 14:03:51.716 [main] ERROR TestGeneration - Not possible to access to clients. Clients' state: Terminated with exit status 1. Master registry port: 14981
[MASTER] 14:03:51.803 [main] ERROR SearchStatistics - No statistics has been saved because EvoSuite failed to generate any test case
[MASTER] 14:03:51.904 [main] ERROR TestGeneration - failed to write statistics data
That can happen if EvoSuite's client process does crash. Why is crashing is hard to tell without further information. Could it be a bug in EvoSuite, or some weird combination of events.

Any idea about the error?
Couple of suggestions:
1. Does the pre_commit.sh shell script exist on the server.
2. Does it have +x permissions?
If FIP was installed using the normal way, it should not cause an issue.
The fipserver initially saves files it receives on the destination server, but into temporary locations. Once all of the files have been received and saved it runs a three step process to complete the installation:
1. Run a script named protected/pre-commit.sh. The normal operation of this script is to shut down the web server.
2. For each new file:
a) move any existing file to .fip-rollback-xxxxxx/filename.
b) move the new file from it's temporary location to the correct location.
3. Run a script named protected/post-commit.sh. This most commonly restarts the server.
The pre and post commit scripts are user provided. They should should normally exit with a status of zero, as any other status indicates that an error has occurred.
As suggested in the previous answer, check that these scripts exist, and that they are executable. If this fails to solve your problem, insert debug into the scripts to determine where and why they are failing.
