handleClick() in LogoutButton.js is not working - react-admin

I've integrated MSAL.js 2.0 with react-admin in order to use Azure Active Directory as Auth Provider. Based on react-admin Auth providers samples and links (https://github.com/victorp13/react-admin-msal) I've implemented login. Works great, my react-admin frontend is correctly protected.
But I cannot succeeded to implement logout. If I follow react-admin documentation (https://marmelab.com/react-admin/Authentication.html#uselogout-hook), my LogoutButton.js code is ignored.

You need to use an authProvider in order to properly use the auth functions given by react-admin. If you can share your console errors when clicking, I think I could have more insight. Still, first thing I would do is override the logout function from the authProvider , the following is the interface for writing your own. What you want to do is take out all the logic from your handleClick function, and only leave the logout() callback. Then the msal logic, you want to put it inside logout, something like this.

How to change routes when auth status changes in React Native

What I need to do is to render the react native routes based on the users auth status. Right now I am doing this the wrong way, by having an interval running to check for auth status change:

But obviously that is quite bad. I am using async storage to save the user when he authenticates and remove him from storage when he clicks the logout button.
Is there a way to check for changes in async storage and re-render the routes? or run a function that changes loggedIn state when user click login/logout button?

Can't get Jest expo app to work with react-navigation

I am trying to snapshot test with Jest, Expo, React Navigation and my whole app uses hooks only. I'd like to eventually make these into e2e tests where Jest clicks through and snapshot tests everything but I can't even get react navigation to render. My snapshot after the expo loader always shows "null." I followed the basic example from the tabs starter that comes with expo init but the way it outlines how to setup the mocks simply doesn't work for my app. I've tried all sorts of things but nothing works.

I was having a similar issue and found a fix via: https://github.com/expo/expo/issues/7155#issuecomment-592681861
Seems like the act() worked magically for me to stop it from returning null (not sure how)

Note: When I changed how I was using the imports from 'react-test-renderer' my tests couldn't find act() as a function, a simple re-install of npm packages solved this problem!

How to start with left menu collapsed

Is there an easy was to start with the left menu collapsed or do I need to update the layout ?
I'd like to have the menu collapsed by default with only the icons visible.

In the react-admin library itself, apparently a bug, at some point in time after the login, action SET_SIDEBAR_VISIBILITY = true is called!
You can set the initial state when loading Admin, then there will be no moment when the Sidebar is visible at the beginning, and then it is hidden:

Since Redux is not used anymore by ReactAdmin, you need to adapt the local storage instead to hide the sidebar. Call this in your App.tsx class:

new to react-native, i have tried to set/play with the state/props but it just seems like not changing/connected, i also have another page trying to check the state is synced but results is like always get the fresh state, as my understanding the state is something like GLOBAL variable accessible in any component connect to redux
MY QUESTION IS
1. is the react-native/redux/redux-thunk setup correctly? if not, where is the error
2. is the state/props is global accessible in any component that connect with redux
3. if statement 2 is correct, what the different between state/props? this.state and this.props
4. i don't really understand the promise work, how can we handle / wait untill the api call complete(success/error) before move to next step/flow, i use php a lot and my logic is stuck at each function should return something then depends on the results process to next function...and then...

Async call with react native and redux , thunk

I have been following this tutorial to integrate redux into my react native app.

On my Home view, I'm not able to call the functions from my action folder.
One difference is that I'm using react-navigation in my app. Wonder if I need to integrate redux with react navigation to be able to use redux for all data?
Below is the full implementation code I have been doing.
On the Home screen, I call the fetchSite function on ComponentDidMount to launch an async call with axios. But I can't even access to this function.
