I am trying to scrape information in the hover info as you can see in the image, the hover info is dynamic i.e. the info '4.7K','6%', would change as the mouse is hovered on different bars. I'm using selenium for this task.

I’m working on an application that allows you to enter an automatic date. To test this application, I must follow a scenario that allows to select a specific date (e.g: 15/12/2021) by clicking on it.
For this I use a datepicker from the bootstrap library.
datepicker
But it is impossible to inspect this element, because, once displayed, it disappears with the slightest mouse click in the window, so that when I right-click on the datepicker to inspect it I lose the focus on the element that disappears.
Here's the inspector (when I want to open the div, the datepicker disappears):
inspector HTML code
How could I inspect this datepicker to create selectors?
Best regards
Use Chrome:
1. Right click Inspect
2. Go to Elements tab
3. Click on datepicker element (and watch what element is highlighted in the Elements tab)
4.Right click on that element in Elements tab and select Brake on - one of the options should work
5. Click on that datepicke element and Debugger should start
6. Click on Play until Your element is loaded
7. Inspect
For example:
Go to google.com
To inspect google apps selection:
1. Inspect page and switch to Elements tab
2. After clicking App selection button you will see that class="fade-in" is highlighted
3. Right click on this element in Elements tab and select Brake on - > attribute modification
4. Click on App selection again and You will see debugger appear

5. Click on Resume script execution but in the Inspector (Red bounding box on the pic) not on Debugger in main screen, until App selection is not showed
6. Then You can inspect Apps as You wish
You could also use EventListeners to set break on them.
I am facing a strange issue while identifying the element on one of the webpages in my application. There are links on the page and I need to click those links and perform the necessary steps.
When I right click on those links then it immediately takes me to that page, I am not able to inspect that link element. When I use inspect tool tip and mouse over any of the link then it highlights a big window where all the links are located and in the elements section nothing shows up, at least I thought I will find those links in view source. Any help is greatly appreciated.

just press ctrl+shift+i
to open the inspect tool , sometime website will have event listeners for right mouse click to some other tasks . IN such case you can open dev tool using this short cut
I have created a menu and inserted the generic menu widget onto a newly created page. I think by default it gives a verticle menu. I have tried various css codes found on the web to change it to a horizontal menu, but upon saving and refreshing the page I am not seeing any changes.
Can anyone advise me as to how I enable my generic menu to display the navigation links horizontally instead of vertically?
If I delete the menu and insert an html widget with code and links for a horizontal menu, other items such as my mini menu and footer menu display differently.
Thank you for your time

I built a small wxFrame GUI, originally on Linux using CodeLite+wxCrafter, but on Windows the controls are not visible until I click on a notebook page and back, or resize the form, or hover the mouse over a control. I created a new Windows CodeLite+wxCrafter project and it does not display this issue. I tried comparing all the details between the two projects to see what differences there were, but couldn't find any that fixed the issue. I'm puzzled.
For example, this is what I see when I run the app:
After clicking on the Advanced Page and then back to the Run Page or resizing the form, this is what I see:
Or if I hover my mouse over say a wxButton (Open) it shows up:
This is what it should look like, after I click on the Advanced Page and back to the Run Page or resize the form, and then hover my mouse across all the text controls.
Any ideas what the display issue is?
I'm testing AJAX app using selenium IDE and got many problems on scrolling page.
Some elements can't be interacted with until they are visible.
I saw some articles on web mentioned this can be done by click/mouseOver/focus on the locator but all not working for me.
however, the page does scrolled when I click "Find" button on Selenium IDE to find the locator..
is there any way to simulate the click of Find button?
any suggestions are appreciated, thanks.
It sounds like by visible, you mean actually finished loading. What you can do is for the element you want to interact with, put a command "waitForElementPresent" for the element:
waitForElementPresent | <elementid>
click | <elementid>
Thus, the test will wait for the element to be loaded before the interaction.
