Action "apache2ctl graceful" failed | Let's Encrypt on Raspbian with Owncloud - apache

Currently I've got the problem that I can't install an SSL Certificate on my locale RPI-4B with Owncloud installed on it.
I tried installing the Certificate using this (German) Tutorial: Click here
But everytime I tip in: sudo letsencrypt -d srvschneg.ddns.net --redirect -m {MY MAIL}, the following error is thrown

I already tried it lots of times -> I really don't know anymore what I should do...
I hope anyone is able to help me
Matthias

Update:
I finally made it using those 3 lines in the default-ssl.conf:
SSLCertificateChainFile /etc/letsencrypt/live/mydom.tld/fullchain.pem
SSLCertificateKeyFile /etc/letsencrypt/live/mydom.tld/privkey.pem
SSLCertificateFile /etc/letsencrypt/live/mydom.tld/cert.pem

Airflow SSH received SIGTERM after warning: Recorded pid 1098 does not match the current pid 31631

I'll need a bit of help here.
running airflow on docker container+LocalExecutor.
Airflow version is 2.0.0 (https://pypi.org/project/apache-airflow/2.0.0/)
I'm running a long runnning task with a wrapper of SSHOperator.
Basically I open an SSH Session to run a spark-submit job in spark edge node.
(YARN JOB succeeds but airflow task fails)
Task starts with PID 31675:
[2021-06-24 18:29:09,664] {standard_task_runner.py:51} INFO - Started process 31675 to run task
Then after sometime getting this warning:
Recorded pid 1098 does not match the current pid 31631
And then the tasks fails:

SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] certificate verify failed on automate-git.py

I'm trying to compile CEF locally on my Ubuntu 20.10 machine, but my automate-git.py can't finish due to a strange error while running hooks:

On the restart it it succeeds, though, but there are compilation errors in future. I pasted check_certificate = off in ~/.wgetrc and insecure in ~/.curlrc, but no luck yet. What do I do?
I solved this issue by setting up a VM and compiling CEF inside it, and it all magically started working, so I guess it was my system's issue.

How to use Salt pkg.installed module to install local rpm

We have some .rpm applications we wanted to install on CentOS 6 & 7 machines. The machines don't have access to internet. How can we write a state that would make sure the application is installed? Here's my code:
Install Nessus Agent:
pkg.installed:
- name: NessusAgent
- sources: '[{"NessusAgent": "salt:///root/NessusAgent-7.1.1-es{{ osmajorrelease }}.x86_64.rpm"}]'
Error I get when I ran the state:
Comment: An exception occurred in this state: Traceback (most recent call last):
File "/usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/salt/state.py", line 1913, in call
**cdata['kwargs'])
File "/usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/salt/loader.py", line 1898, in wrapper
return f(*args, **kwargs)
File "/usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/salt/states/pkg.py", line 1617, in installed
if next(iter(list(x.keys()))) in targets]
AttributeError: 'unicode' object has no attribute 'keys'
What is the correct way to install local rpm packages with a Salt state?
I got it to work by rewriting the "sources" parameter:
Install Nessus Agent:
pkg.installed:
- name: NessusAgent
- enable: True
- sources:
- NessusAgent: salt:///files/nessus/NessusAgent-7.1.1-es7.x86_64.rpm

Error on apache start: Could not open configuration file /etc/apache2/mods-enabled/proxy_scgi.load

In ubuntu server when I try to start apache it gives following error message.
apache2: Syntax error on line 210 of /etc/apache2/apache2.conf: Could not open configuration file /etc/apache2/mods-enabled/proxy_scgi.load: No such file or directory
Action 'configtest' failed.
The Apache error log may have more information.
...fail!
What is the reason for the error? And how can I get through this issue?
This issue can be fixed by enabling the proxy_scgi module. Following is the command to enable the module in linux.
sudo a2enmod proxy_scgi

Apache2 cannot load mod_tile

I had installed mod_tile and apache2 and tile server worked without problem. after that i installed php5.5.3. it changed all file structures of apache2 conf. i think something has changed. "LoadModule tile_module"had been removed from the config file. I added it in new apache2.conf file. but now when i restart apache it shows this message:
apache2: Syntax error on line 141 of /etc/apache2/apache2.conf: Syntax error on line 1 of /etc/apache2/mods-enabled/mod_tile.conf: Cannot load /usr/lib/apache2/modules/mod_tile.so into server: /usr/lib/apache2/modules/mod_tile.so: undefined symbol: unixd_set_global_mutex_perms
Action 'configtest' failed.
and this is /etc/apache2/mods-enabled/mod_tile.conf
LoadModule tile_module /usr/lib/apache2/modules/mod_tile.so
