How do I login to a site I am viewing on my localhost? - authentication

I am editing a site while viewing on my localhost:3000. There are certain things I need to login to view, but my login credentials (which are accurate on the actual site) are not accepted on my local. The error I get is "Authentication Error." How do I login to my local?
Thank you in advance!

Just in case it can help someone else... I needed to add a ".env.local" file with various keys and IDs from Stripe and others. That allowed me to log in to my localhost with no problems.

SSRS 2019 logon failure when accessing through HTTPS

I have a question regarding SQL Server Reporting Services 2019:
We have received a HTTPS-certificate and added a URL for both Web Service and Web Portal. When we try to access either /Reports or /ReportServer on HTTP we can get through with no problem, but when we try to access on HTTPS then we are met with a logon dialog which will give three attempts at log on before displaying a white page. All attempts at entering a valid combination of user name and password returns a 401 error.
We've tried removing and reinserting all bindings for HTTP, HTTPS, SSL, changing logon mechanism in the config file to use Kerberos, NTLM or a combination of those but nothing works.
Does anyone what the source of this problem might be and how to solve it?
We figured out what the problem was. Authentication issues did not behave the same for HTTP and HTTPS. My test user wasn't a member of the correct user group. Once we gave it "System User" access then we could log in.

Moodle unable to login to my localhost/moodle

After months of inactivity, I returned to working on my localhost/moodle, version 3.1, trying to login as admin i get the error message: "Unfortunately, cookies are currently not enabled in your browser".
The cookies required are 'MoodleSession' and 'MOODLEID'.
In my Chrome setting i can see 'MoodleSession', but not 'MOODLEID' (and i don't know how to add/enable it) .
Also there is not extra lines or spaces at the end of the file and i have added "?>" to the end of config.php which did not help me to login.
Any feedback as to what else i can do to login to my localhost is appreciatedenter image description here.
try accessing the link with https. I had the same issue but working with https.

Google Analytics Reports Embed API returns 403 error

I just started to learn about Google Analytics Embed API from "https://developers.google.com/analytics/devguides/reporting/embed/v1/getting-started"
I followed their example, and deployed my HTML file onto local Tomcat server hosting at port 8080. I've added everything they mentioned including the whitelists for the host origin etc, provided my OAuth 2.0 key
when I hit my HTML page and logged in with google, I keep on getting 403 error when requesting for "https://content.googleapis.com/analytics/v3/management/accountSummaries?max-results=0&_src=embed-api%3Av1"
Anybody has any suggestions where I might have gone wrong?
p.s. the only thing I see on my page after login with Google is "You are logged in as: ***********#gmail.com"
Thanks,
Shen
Upon checking your link, I can see that the error code is 401. Regarding that error, you can check this SO thread.
I think you need to set up a service account as advised in answer.
By setting up a service account in Google apis console it will
allow you to access your own data with out needing to login and
autenticate the code all the time.

Adobe Sign access token invalid_request

I'm having trouble with Adobe Sign's OAuth authentication -- every time I try to get my access token with my Client ID and redirect URI, I get this message:
Unable to authorize access because the client configuration is invalid: invalid_request
This is the request that I have been making (with the proper substitution for REDIRECT and CLIENTID):
https://secure.echosign.com/public/oauth? redirect_uri=REDIRECT& response_type=code& client_id=CLIENTID& scope=user_login:self+agreement_send:account
I am fairly new to OAuth and don't understand what I'm doing wrong. Could someone please explain the issues that could result in this error message?
I was having the same problem. I solved it by including the correct shard in the URL after "secure." and before ".echosign". You identify your shard by looking at the URL where you created your application.
I found this information here.
Hope this helps.
Is OK to have spaces in that https request?
If you still have a problems with this.
I think your URL is not correct.
I using this one
https://secure.na2.echosign.com/public/embeddedWidget
for adobe widget.
Adobe require same url for OAuth
https://secure.na2.echosign.com/public/oauth
Check your domain, and try. You can create widget just to see your domain
This comment might get helpful for others who are facing issue in Adobe Sign access token invalid_request.

CAS SSO automatically log in

i want an automaticalle login in my services when the user is already logged in into cas.
At the moment i must click the login button in every service manually to login.
My goal is when i'am logged in into cas and i join for example my jenkins service my user logged in automatically without clicking the log in button.
Can someone help me?
If you're using something like Spring Security or similar to manage it, then it can do it automatically for you. But since you seems to be making a Single Page Application(as you've said that you're needing a loggin button), and by going with that assuption, you'd need to have that login anyways. Except of course if you've set a script to check if there's a valid cookie already. More details appreciated(sorry, can't just comment)
