The phpStorm plugin for vim: https://github.com/JetBrains/ideavim, is configurable via .ideavimrc (as per the docs). There is an example from the docs:
""" Mappings --------------------------------
map <leader>f <Plug>(easymotion-s)
map <leader>e <Plug>(easymotion-f)
map <leader>d <Action>(Debug)
map <leader>r <Action>(RenameElement)
...
There is the <Action> mapping, where in parethesis is the action IDE should perform. Now there is a list of all supported actions in supported actions.
I would like to map to <leader>] an action to move to next tab. In the supported actions link above, I found the action:
* |gt| {#link com.maddyhome.idea.vim.action.motion.tabs.MotionNextTabAction}
(Or I think, that is the right action, "to move to next tab"). So the I would expect the mapping to be:
map <leader>] <Action>(MotionNextTabAction)
But of course, that does not work. The action name is probably wrong, but I have no other reference then the "supported action list" from the link. So how should look the mapping? How to translate between the list and the "real" action name?
The name of the action is NextTab.
This list is actually not a list of actions, but the list of links to implementation classes for developers. (yes, we should actually update it to be more user-friendly).
Regarding the action name: usually I suggest to use "track action IDs" option to get the name of the action, but for some reason it doesn't work for this case (id of the action is not shown because of some reason). But the search via actionlist still works it you could use it.
Anyway, why wouldn't you just create a mapping to gt? Like map <leader>] gt.

I am using Google Cloud deployment manager to manage infrastructure as code (IAC) and they support providing schema files for describing IAC templates. Their support of jsonschema is a bit weird - the documentation is very brief but it suggests that they support the latest version of the schema plus they require title and description to be within an info object.
This is irritating because I use an HTML renderer for my schemas, which implements jsonschema and therefore, it requires title and description to be set as top-level properties.
To satisfy both, I need to duplicate, e.g.:
title: foo
description: bar
info:
title: foo
description: bar
I was hoping to just define title and description values once and then use some $ref: "#/$defs/title" magic but I don't think you can use this to dynamically set values like the title because this functionality is intended for schema parsers to fetch block content from elsewhere.
Is there any way I can avoid duplicating the values - beyond dynamically rendering my schema files which I do not want to do.
As far as I can tell, there is no way to use reference within json schema.
As a crude workaround you can use a script to add/replace placeholders:
#!/bin/bash
sed -i 's/\$title/title: foo/g' file.json
sed -i 's/\$desc/description: bar/g' file.json
I'm struggling to get all the required (and only the required) information into the documentation of my Enterprise Architect Project. Precisely: we have modelled various requirements and displayed the source "standards" for these requirements in our diagrams by using the "hyperlink"-element out of the common toolbox. (This allows us to capture a title, the website where the documentation is found and a description of this documentation).
Now this element is visible on the diagram, but not in the package-view of our model and it does not get generated in our word (docx) documentation.
I can see that it should be possible to get this in the documentation, because a "Model Report" which basically prints everything does print the hyperlinks. But I can't find what I have to select in my template (in the package-tree view, as a package field, element field or diagram field) in order to get this printed. I can't just use the model report since this basically dumps the whole database in the document and reverse-engineering this model report has proven too difficult for me. Actually I would expect this to be in some kind of documentation for EA, but could not find such a thing with this level of detail... is there, is there a reproducible way of finding such things out in further cases? (btw I'm using EA 11.0)
[sorry there were illustrations here, but I'm not allowed to upload them...]
As Geert has already noted, there is a difference between "proper" elements and diagram-only elements. This is actually reflected in the document template editor, where there is an "Element" section inside the "Diagram" section. This will produce output for all elements in the diagram, whether or not they are also in the project browser.
Here's an example of the information you can pull out of your hyperlinks. Given a diagram with a hyperlink:
... and a template which outputs name, alias and hyperlink for each element in the diagram:
... EA will generate a document will the following contents:
So if you want the hyperlink to result in a hyperlink in the document, use the HyperlinkAlias field.
What might be a bit confusing is the fact that in addition to the Hyperlink element type in the Common diagram toolbox, EA allows you to create hyperlinks in regular elements (in the Element Properties dialog, Related tab: Files, which can be local files or web addresses).
In fact, I would recommend that you use those in your Requirement elements rather than diagram-only Hyperlinks if traceability is a priority in your model. The diagram-only Hyperlinks, on the other hand, give you a clearer visual.
Selecting a subset of the elements in a diagram ("only the required information") is a little more involved and depends on how your model is structured. Template fragments will get the job done, but you might be able to achieve your desired result by just using the filters in the document generation dialog.
The hyperlink is an element that is stored in the same package as the diagram it is used on, it is just not visible in the project browser (similar to a note element).
There's a good chance that it doesn't have a name, so make sure you don't omit nameless elements.
So if you print all the element of the package containing the diagram then you should be able to print the hyperlink as well.
In case that fails you might want to consider creating a template fragment based on an SQL query or a script. Those offer lots of flexibility to print whatever you need, even if it is located in a different package.
[Edited on 04.05.15 to reflect the comment by Uffe and provide a final solution]
Ok, based on Geerts answer, using the following custom query fragment in the diagram section:
select
t_object.ea_guid as CLASSGUID,
t_object.Object_Type as CLASSTYPE,
t_object.Object_Id as OBJECTID,
t_object.name as HL_Name,
t_object.Stereotype as HL_Stereotype,
t_object.object_type as HL_Type,
t_object.Alias as HL_Alias,
Note as Notes
--,t_object.*
from t_object
left join t_diagramobjects on (t_object.Object_ID = t_diagramobjects.Object_ID)
left join t_diagram on (t_diagram.Diagram_ID = t_diagramobjects.Diagram_ID)
where t_diagram.Diagram_ID = '#DIAGRAMID#'
and t_object.Object_Type='Text'
I was able to get a list of the hyperlinks following the diagram, this is the fragment:
custom >
{HL_Alias}: {HL_Name}
{Notes}
< custom
The "Notes" can be printed by getting the attribute directly out of the t_object table. Don't get confused as I was at first: the auto-completion on t_object and the results (t_object.*) DO NOT SHOW a Note-Attribute, but it does exist an when you write it into the query, it gets generated in the document.
I've created a Rally.ui.AddNew button to add a new release.
If the user hits "Add with Details" (which is the only active button for releases, you can't add a release without details) I would like certain fields to be set by default when the dialog is opened.
For example, I would like the "Create matching Releases in all child projects" checkbox to be set (if it exists), and I'd like to put a default note in the "Notes" area.
How do I do that? It does not look like the listeners "beforecreate" or "create" are called if the details dialog comes up.
Ideally I'd also like a chance to check these items again with another listener just before the item is created. Do these listeners exist?
The Rally standard editor likely provides only limited capabilities for defaulting field values when instantiated. As an indication, AppSDK1 had the rally.sdk.util.Navigation.popupCreatePage() method, which would accept an object with default values, for example:
// Open Defect editor with Defect default-associated to User Story with OID 12345
rally.sdk.util.Navigation.popupCreatePage("defect", {requirementOid: 12345});
The default key/value pairs that this method accepts were not well-documented. One of Rally's UI Engineers provided me with this list at one time:
rally.sdk.util.Navigation.popupCreatePage defaults keys
User Story:
defaultName
rank
iteration
release
parent
dpyOid {dependency}
Defect:
defaultName
defectSuiteOid {Defect Suites}
testCaseResult
testCase
requirement
iteration
Defect Suite:
defaultName
rank
iteration
Portfolio Item:
defaultName
rank
parent
Task:
workProduct
Test Case:
testfolderOid {Test Folder}
artifactOid {Artifact}
Test Set:
iteration
release
While the above list may not be exhaustive (or even completely accurate anymore), it suggests that the allowed defaults for the standard Rally Editor may not include the "Create matching Releases in all child projects" checkbox or the Notes field.
Nonetheless, it's not immediately apparent to me that there is any method or config for AppSDK2's Rally.ui.AddNew that is an analog in functionality to AppSDK1's rally.sdk.util.Navigation.popupCreatePage() ability to setup default values into the resulting Editor window. Hopefully one of Rally's UI Engineers may have better information to add to this question.
Unfortunately for now not all the built-in fields are defaultable (see Mark W's answer above for the list of pre-fillable fields). Any custom fields are though. You'll want to check out the beforeeditorshow event. You can modify the params there.
addNewComponent.on('beforeeditorshow', function(addNew, params) {
params.defaultName = 'foo';
params.c_MyField = 'bar';
});
Note that if you would just like to create or edit objects you can directly call the methods on Rally.nav.Manager.
I'd like to make a menu in Layout which the items are linked to other different module.
e.g:
Item "Product" linked to an action in Product Module, item "Service" linked to an action in Service Module.
It won't work when I set the 'url'=>('product/<controllerID>/<actionID>') and 'url'=>('service/<controllerID>/<actionID>') because once we're in Product module and click the menu "Service", the URL become
index.php?r=product/service/<controllerID>/<actionID>
instead of
index.php?r=service/<controllerID>/<actionID>
and it will be 404 error. (for sure, because the Service Module isn't inside Product Module but the URL makes it looks like that).
Any solution for this?
Check the createUrl() documentation :
the URL route. This should be in the format of 'ControllerID/ActionID'. If the ControllerID is not present, the current controller ID will be prefixed to the route. If the route is empty, it is assumed to be the current action. If the controller belongs to a module, the module ID will be prefixed to the route. (If you do not want the module ID prefix, the route should start with a slash '/'.)
That last line tells us everything. Best thing to do for you is start all the routes with a / :
'url'=>array('/<moduleID>/<controllerID>/<actionID>')
Check this
'url'=>$this->createUrl('/<moduleId>/<controllerID>/<actionID>')
I am following an article that explains how to use the ICustomAttributeDataHandler class.
I am creating a custom column for the inbox screen, but the problem is that the value I set for my custom attribute is not being reflected on the screen.
As a test I am changing the task name to "whoKnows". But this code is not effecting what is output on the screen:
ICustomAttributeRecordSet.setCustomAttributeValue(i, "taskName", "whoKnows");
(I am able to print debug lines from my custom class when the inbox is viewed, so I know my code is being run.)
Someone on the comments of that article wrote:
the user must call the
"setCustomAttributesInQuery() method
on the dataprovider passing in a
string array of the custom attributes
...what does that meen? Could this be my problem?
thanks.
To be honest, I have already used Webtop, but just as an user. I found a post in the dm developer discussion group that can be useful, though:
For creating a custom column in the
doclist you dont need to go through
this complex procedures. You can use
custom attribute datahandlers for
this.
First in your object list component xml file add your custom column
definition in the "columns" tag. You
can even add static columns instead of
the documentum attributes.
Now create a class which implements the ICustomAttributeDataHandler.
Implement the default the methods getRequiredAttributes and the getData
function.
In getRequiredAttributes add attributes of the object that you are
looking for.
In your getdata method retrieve each row and then based on the
attribute that you see, just set the
value that you want to. 6) Finally
define your class in the app.xml file
There is a section in WDK developement
guide regarding
ICustomAttribuetDataHandlers. Look for
the topic named "Adding custom
attributes to a datagrid".
I'm not sure if this is the final solution, but I hope it helps!
To answer you question about setCustomAttributesInQuery()
every datagrid in WDK is backed by an underlying data provider. You can get this proivder by using the following code.
Datagrid datagrid = (Datagrid)getControl("doclist_grid",com.documentum.web.form.control.databound.Datagrid.class);
DataProvider dp = datagrid.getDataProvider();
Once you've done that, you can call
dp.setCustomAttributesInQuery(myArr);
I'm not actually sure if this is part of the solution to your problem, but you could try this and see where it gets you.
You have to configure the inbox component.
if using classic view, go to inboxlist component and add your custom attribute.
<column>
<attribute>CustomAttributeName</attribute>
<label>Custom Attribute Label</label>
<visible>true</visible>
</column>
Your custom attribute has to be in a custom type that is a sub type of dmi_queue_item, because inboxlist shows only dmi_queue_item objects.
Hope this helps,
Regards,
Tejas.
This may be a non-issue, but based on your code, I can't tell if you're doing this:
ICustomAttributeRecordSet.setCustomAttributeValue(i, "taskName", "whoKnows");
or this:
ICustomAttributeRecordSet rs;
rs.setCustomAttributeValue(i, "taskName", "whoKnows");
You should be calling the setCustomAttributeValue method on the rs object instance, not on the interface.
