Retrieving non-message events in chat history in Telethon - telethon

I want to be able to retrieve events like this "xxx joined the group via invite link" or "xxx added yyy". I do get these messages with iter_messages, but they are empty. I guess I'm looking for something like .eventtype or something? I haven't found anything in the documentation

Zapier update In podio says i don't have permission but clearly I do

Also checked box in podio app to allow users to update and modify items.
Put still get this error in zapier when trying to update
"The app returned "The user with id 1653273 does
not have the right update on item with id 6". It looks like your
connected account doesn't have permission to complete this step. You
should contact the administrator for your account and make sure you
have the needed permissions."
David here, from the Zapier Platform team.
That looks like an issue on the Podio end that Zapier is surfacing. I'd try reconnecting the account in Zapier (maybe you need a fresh token to pick up the permission changes?). If that doesn't work, Podio support is probably your best bet for getting an answer. They'll have the tools to troubleshoot your issue.
Pavlo here, from Podio team :)
Something is wrong with your config, I'm 100500% sure that item with id 6 is not yours and you don't have rights to update it :) Please debug your flow and ensure that you are trying to modify correct item.
i didn't realize item id was a universal id within podio and not just something that would reference in that app. so id 6 seemed reasonable from that perspective as that app only had a couple items in it to test. so i have not gotten the right value from the zapier item look up go to to the zapier item update and it worked flawlessly.

Soundcloud API: Find track like date via API

I've tried searching through Stack overflow as well as the soundcloud API reference but couldn't find any answer. I'm trying to retrieve the date a user liked a song on Soundcloud. I tried two parts of the API:
- /users/{id}/favorites: This will return all tracks liked by the user, but no date when it was liked.
- /me/activities: This returns track reposts, comments and seemingly tracks that show up on the stream. Sadly there doesn't seem to be a type track-like, but maybe I'm doing something wrong here or need to pass additional parameters.
I'm having the user log into Soundcloud before utilizing the API.
Any chance someone knows if retrieving the track like date via the API is possible?
Thanks!
With the public API available right now, this is not possible.
You have to build it on your own and track the changes in a different, your own database.
Example call from the website when you lookup your likes, i dont know what you will see with a pro account:
https://api-v2.soundcloud.com/users/soundcloud:users:1672444/stats/timeseries/likes?from=1442016000000&to=1442534400000&resolution=day&tracks=soundcloud%3Atracks%3A30984358&client_id=02gUJC0hH2ct1EGOcYXQIzRFU91c72Ea&app_version=39e9f65
Response:
[{"user_urn":"soundcloud:users:1672444","timeseries":[{"time":1442016000000,"count":1},{"time":1442534400000,"count":1}]},{"user_urn":"soundcloud:users:1672444","track_urn":"soundcloud:tracks:30984358","timeseries":[{"time":1442016000000,"count":1},{"time":1442534400000,"count":1}]}]

Is there a way to store metadata on meetup?

I want to use the Meetup.com API to have a group everyone belongs to, but then enable members to receive notifications of certain types of events on their smartphones. For example the group would have 3000 members and have activist meetings, social meetings, and training meetings. Users would be able to specify interests so they would only get notified of the categories they are interested in.
Is there a clean way to do this through the meetup API? If there is metadata like a category that would be perfect.
Looking at their event get api I don't think there is a clean way to do it. Seems storing it as a hidden HTML value is a hacky way to do it. I'll probably end up with another datastore referencing the eventID and store my info there.

Accessing "What are you up to"-comments on foursquare

I am working on a foursquare application where I am depending on user-generated data.
Say for instance that I want to categorize places with rare tap beers on the menu, then I would like users to write in their "What are you up to"-comment something like #RareBeer Pabst Blue Ribbon, and be able to catch that comment.
I understand that my OAuthed user has to befriend users to be able to see this, but how do I proceed from there?
The best way for you to go about this would be to use the Real-Time APIs we detail here: https://developer.foursquare.com/overview/realtime.
Once you set up a Push API consumer, you will be able to get checkins from your OAuthed users sent directly to your server as they occur. Each push will include the shout, if there was one, allowing you to parse the comments your users are leaving as they come in. This is the method that apps like Hashtag Mom ( http://hashtagmom.com/ ) use to be able to gather and act upon user shouts ASAP.

Facebook Event - guest list & posting settings

I'm trying to add a "create Facebook event" functionality to my application that uses Graph API. I have read their documentation and I am able to create an event with basic informations, like name, description, time, place etc.
However, the documentation doesn't mention two fields I'm especially interested in: Show the guest list on the event page and Non-admins can write on the wall.
I have investigated the data sent to Facebook while creating new event on site and it seems like these two fields are named respectively guest_list and connections_can_post. Unfortunately, adding these two fields to my request has no effect. I have tried different combinations, but they seem to be ignored.
Is it possible to set those two fields through API?
I don't believe either of those fields can currently be set via the API
