All other queries (MDX, DMX, XMLA) works fine, but DAX does not.
I have tried following to fix the issue:
Firstly I had tried re-install just SSMS.
When it did not work I have tried following steps still without success:
uninstall Visual Studio 2019 with SQL Server Data Tools (SSDT)
uninstall SSMS
install VS 2019 with SSDT
install SSMS
I tried to search for help on this issue, but I have not found any relevant information.
Thank you in advance for any suggestions.

Error while installing SQL Server 2012 while having Visual Studio 2012

While installing SQL Server 2012, in the installation stage I'm getting the error saying:
Rule "Prior Visual Studio 2010 instances requiring update." failed.
I'm trying to sought it out by http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=220649 but it is showing error 404.
On the other side I have Visual Studio 2012 in my system. Should I have to download Visual Studio 2010 or is there anything else I can do to start working on SQL?
Thanks in advance.
The message means that you have already VS 2010 installed, maybe with a former SQL Server installation and this VS 2010 needs to be updated to service pack 1 before you can go on to install SQL Server 2010; you can get SP1 here

Is it Possible to Open a Visual Basic for Devices Project in Studio 2010 or 2013?

I'm evaluating source code that was created in either Studio 2005 or 2008. The solution contains a Visual Basic for Devices project .vbdbproj. I tried to open/convert it in Studio 2010 but could not do so. Since I don't have Studio 2005 or 2008 installed, how can I used either Studio 2010 or 2013 to open this solution?
