Restricting access of google app engine apps only to users in an organization - authentication

I want to restrict the access of google app engine apps only to users in my organization. Also, I want them to be able to access these without connecting to the organization's VPN
I am using python 3.7 runtime and standard environment for apps deployed on app engine
Using login: required handler is deprecated in python 3 runtime

A benefit with IAP is that you don't need to make any changes to your application for it to work. All requests to your application will get authenticated with a google account and reach your code only if the user is logged in with a valid google account with IAP-secured Web App User role assigned.
You can create a Google Group in your organization's G Suite which contains all the users in the organization and assign the IAP-secured Web App User role to it. Then only users in your organization will be able to access the application.

How to configure Auth0 to authenticate with other companies Azure Active Directory?

I have Auth0 configured with Social Connections > Microsoft Account.
This is linked through Client ID/secret to a Microsoft Azure Active Directory tenant in my Microsoft organisation, with an App Registration set to allow:
Accounts in any organizational directory (Any Azure AD directory - Multitenant) and personal Microsoft accounts (e.g. Skype, Xbox)
All users with a work or school, or personal Microsoft account can use your application or API. This includes Office 365 subscribers.
When I log in through my app, I can authenticate successfully using my personal account eg. blah.blah#gmail.com
However, when I try to authenticate with my work account blah.blah#myawesomecompany.ai, which is managed with an Azure Active Directory, it fails with
"That Microsoft account doesn’t exist. Enter a different account or get a new one.":
I thought given the Microsoft settings it would allow it connect.
How can I make Auth0 allow Microsoft authentication with other company's existing Azure Active Directory?
Also - can I configure it to limit that feature to specific companies AAD eg. those I have specifically nominated?
Is there a way to configure this without having to upgrade to Auth0 Enterprise?

Note that: Make sure to use common endpoint for Multi-Tenant and Microsoft accounts.
For sample I used the below endpoint to authorize the users:

By using common endpoint, I am able to sign with personal accounts and other tenant accounts too successfully.

Assuming you want to use multi-tenant app to allow users from different company to sign in your application with their work account. Let's assume you create an Azure AD application in your tenant(tenantA).
Then in your app, you may set the TenantId as the tenant id so that even you created a multi-tenant app, you will only allow users in your tenant to sign in. And the sign in request may look like https://login.microsoftonline.com/{tenantA_tenant_id}/oauth2/v2.0/authorize?, with this link, you will be able to use account like user#tenantA.onmicrosoft.com to sign in, you can also use personal account which is invites to tenantA as a guest to sign in your account.
If you want users in tenantB to sign in your app with account like user#tenantB.onmicrosoft.com, then you must set the TenantId in your app as common which will make the auth request look like https://login.microsoftonline.com/common/oauth2/v2.0/authorize?
Then when sign in the application created by tenantA with account in tenantB, you may see screenshot below. After consenting it, user#tenantB.onmicrosoft.com can sign in this application.

How to restrict access to anypoint platform public url

since anypoint platform url anypoint.mulesoft.com is publicly accessible anyone can access the resources. Is there anyway i can restrict access to my org users apart from creating access roles.
Can i create org specific url with org secific access so that others cant access?
Can put some network related restrictions?
I think you confusing two different things:
Accessing a public URL (ie https://anypoint.mulesoft.com)
Authorization inside your organization's account
You can not restrict access to a site that you don't own, it is publicly accessible and needs to be accessed by other users. It doesn't even make sense really. Would you attempt to restrict access by others to google.com or twitter.com (or their API URLs)? It is not the right approach and it is just not possible.
What makes sense however is to manage permissions inside your organization in Anypoint Platform. It means when an user belonging to your organization logs in you can manage what of the available roles are permissions that user will have. You can do that in the Access Management page. You can also create custom roles with specific permissions and teams to better organize your users.
As mentioned you are not able to change MuleSoft's main URL (ie https://anypoint.mulesoft.com), one option being to control from Access Management page, both mentioned by #aled
There are two main ways you can get what you need:
If your organization already has some MFA tool that requires you to be in your corporate VPN, you could use that MFA as the MFA for the Anypoint Platform e.g. Users will need Username/Password, connect to the VPN to be able to get access to the MFA generator/auth and then use that code to finish logging into the platform. As Admin in Anypoint Platform you can enforce EVERYONE to have MFA set up (keep in mind ClientApps authorization for your automation users)
If your company already has an Identity Provider you can configure identity management in Anypoint Platform to set up users for single sign-on (SSO). The fragments below extracted from the official docs external-identity:
After configuring identity management, you must add new SSO users using your external identity management solution and internal provisioning process. If you use the Invite User feature to add users to your organization after you have configured an identity provider, the credentials for these users are stored locally in your organization rather than with the identity provider.
Users that log in with SSO are new users to the system. If the new user has the same username as a user that already exists in your Anypoint Platform organization, the new user co-exists with the original user with the same username. Users with the same username are managed independently from one another.

Google drive oauth api without having to have the user create an app in the Console?

Google Drive API question,
I am writing an application that can view a users' Google Drive files and folders from their google account (can be individual or part of an enterprise).
So on my Google Drive enterprise, I have created an API application. So I have an API key and Secret key stored in my application.
Now I want to use OAuth to authenticate the user so that they can approve my application to read their files. The users will not be part of my enterprise. They can be individual Google accounts, or they can be a single user from an some other enterprise account.
Is this possible? Or are there technical/security reasons this is not allowed?
I just got off the phone with wonderful Google api support agent, and I have my answer:
Yes this is possible to do. however due to the recent phishing attack, Google has put in place new security features that affect the following APIs:
Google drive
Gmail
Contacts
Directory Admin SDK
Here are the new rules:
There is a new security form we will need to fill out and be approved before we will be able to be approved as a trusted app that is able to access these api's using OAuth2 authentication.
Google has provided a feature that many enterprises use that allows an enterprise to completely disable the ability to access these api's using oauth2. So even though we have been approved from step1, we may still get an error for some enterprises who have directly blocked this; however, they can white list us in order to allow it from our enterprise if admin's prefer, while still blocking general use for others.

How can impersonate a Domain to Access Google API Admin SDK with Oauth2?

We have several apps Deployed on Google Apps Marketplace using OAuth 1.0 protocol. According expiration OAuth 1.0 in Google Platform we are trying to migrate all the apps to new OAuth version but we are facing some difficulties regarding background request to Google Admin SDK Directory API.
In our apps we need to request for Domain user accounts, groups and other stuff related Email Domain structure. Until OAuth 1.0 we have been doing this with 2-LO (Two-Legge OAuth) so basically once Admin gave us access we can impersonate request for domain using this mechanism.
After reading all Google Documentation about Google API, Oauth Mechanisms and stuff, and after trying some code test hypothesis too, we haven't figured out yet how can we managed the same concept with OAuth 2 because of the following:
Using Web Server Oauth 2 Strategy simply will not work because in that scenario we would be getting a Domain user Access to Admin SDK. If we keep their access/refresh token pair to later querying Admin SDK and the user is deleted because Domain change it Admin we will be disconnected from flow.
I supposed in that case the best choice was Service Account strategy. The problem with this scenario is the user has to manually configure access to the App in their Admin Console according to the Google's document domain-wide delegation authority (https://developers.google.com/+/domains/authentication/delegation#create_the_service_account_and_its_credentials). This is really awkward for us since we were managing all application installation interactively and we don't want to remove User Experience facilities.
Finally, my questions are:
Is there any way to do domain-delegation authority with OAuth 2 with no manual user configuration, full interactively?
Is there any way to do this without needing user email, which in fact is one of the parameters in Service Account Oauth2 Strategy?
Must we keep 2-LO Authentication for this scenario and do OAuth 2 only for installation Google Marketplace part?

Certainly - in the latest update to the Google Apps Marketplace, the act of installing an App means the admin doesn't need to do an additional manual step.
You need a way to impersonate a user in a Service Account. Depending on how you implement your application, you might need to utilize the Directory API.
OAuth1 is going away eventually so I recommend you use OAuth2 throughout to simplify your code complexity.

Is there a standard for using credentials from one web app to automatically log in to a partner app?

I am developing a web app that will be working with other companies web apps. Part of the desired user experience is that users on our web application will be able to log into our app, and be able to visit our parters' web applications. Accounts will be automatically created for the users on our partners' sites. We'd like them to be able to enter the partner sites already authenticated, without having to log in or authorize anything (like with OpenID or OAuth), similar to the relationship between a bank and a credit card rewards program. Is there an existing standard that covers this?
