I am using Android Studio 4.0.
I have tried restarting the Android Studio with "Invalidate cache" option but did not help.

dependenciesInfo DSL block appears only in 4.0 Gradle plugin version. You use 3.5.2
classpath 'com.android.tools.build:gradle:3.5.2'
Update it to 4.0
