Appache - problem with download file compressed by br (brotli) - apache

Question

I have file /path/to/work/myProject/webgl.wasm which is compressed using br (brotli). I setup apache on MacOs using docker and use following .htaccess file in myProject directory:

The problem is that when I go to Chrome http://myProject.local:3002/webgl.wasm In network tab I see red request with: (failed) err::ERR_CONTENT_DECODING_FAILED. The problem is in line AddEncoding br .wasm if I change br to e.g. gzip or rar then browser download file - but not decompress it automatically.
However when my friend put this project to AZURE (he don't have access to apache configs) I can download webgl.wasm file in decompressed form
So IT IS POSSIBLE! In my local apache in accept-encoding header I never have br (when I try different things). How to do it locally?

If you want to reproduce problem using docker composer just save below files: dockerfile-apache file with one line: FROM httpd:2.4-alpine. And following docker-composer.yml file (/path/to/work you can change to your local path)

Here is link for example br file (with few other files) alice.br - you can change it name to webgl.wasm to test.
If you put all this files in one director and run by docker-compose up -d --build.

Instead http://myProject.local:3002/webgl.wasm I use
http://localhost:3002/webgl.wasm
And it starts work (browser download file and decompress it on the fly). AZURE works on HTTPS and file was downloaded properly probably because brotli compression is support only for HTTPS. However on localhost brotli also works without HTTPS :) - (more about xampp here)
