The menu bar (the menu bar towards the top with option to save, run etc.) on Google Colab somehow disappeared (i probably pressed something that made the menu bar disappear). Please let me know how I can get the menu bar back.
Thanks
In the right top corner press the arrow button
You can press the arrow at the top right of the page.
You might have already got the answer! The answer above is right. Let me make it more clear, as others can see who may have the same question.
Right corner Down:
Here, I have pushed the arrow up (raise the flag):
You will now see your profile image, menu and one can come out of the twilight zone, so to speak. Remember, Colab is online-realtime and Cloud-based. It is a great engine for Python and data science, but certainly not as responsive as a jupyter notebook.
It appears Google is trying to bring the interface close to the DS Community in the next Colab Release. Win-11 and iOS14 would help as they use Cloud more frequently. Sorry for the long explanation. Dr. Dey
Click this Arrow button
and your menu bar will come.
In the left panel of BigQuery, the dataset bigquery-public-data is nowhere to be found.
I have no idea how it disappeared. Does anyone have a solution to integrate it back?
I am currently enrolled in the Google Data Analytics course and just found where an instructor told us how to pin the bigquery-public-data to the explorer!
In the search bar of your explorer, type "public" and then select the broaden search in blue. This should populate the bigquery-data-public so that you are able to pin it to your explorer.
I have spent two days trying to figure this out so I hope this reaches someone in need!
In the old (Classic) UI, you can pin the project back by following the steps in the "Adding a project" section of this document. There is a screenshot in the link.
I'm not sure how it disappeared from your Console, but there is a "Remove project from panel" option in the down arrow icon next to each pinned project.
After updating my photshop version to 2015.5, suddenly PS looses the layer-focus when trying to move an object without directly hitting it . like i have a car and a track, car is selected, but out of screen. when i try to click an drag the car but hitting the track with the mouse (because the car ist out of the screen bounds), photoshop automatically selects the track in the layer selection and i move the track not the car. it was not like that in PS 2015.
How can I stop PS from doing so?
I think you did't check [Auto select] option
Click move tool
It will be show auto select you can check the checkbox.
then try it I hope this helps you.
I'm working for a company as a scholar. And they've asked me to implement an ERP to handle their invoices.
I've selected odoo coz its the only one I can somehow handle. Im not an expert developer and im even worse in ERP/Odoo.
The thing is, that the company has 2 different numeration mask(L2M000 & IW000) for invoices and i can just set one from the account module configuration.
I've tried many things and ive manage to get 2 different print pdf layouts, but i dont know how to set 2 different numeration masks.
Hope someone can help me, thanks!
Hello follow these steps to change Sequence numbers for desired apps.
You now have to activate Developer Mode to get access to the Technical sub menu within Settings, where all of the familiar administrative management menus are.
First, click the arrow next to the question mark inside the circle (this is found on the right hand side of the screen within the purple bar {Enterprise} or black bar {Community}), and select About.
Next, click Activate Developer Mode.
Finally, visit Settings -> Technical --> Sequences and Identifiers --> Sequences.
You will get options as shown below.
Then edit the one which you want to.
I am using (a school modified version of) the "Squeak By Example" (SBE) image for a OOP/OOD class. However, my System Browser is missing a few features that appear in SBE. I assume there are some configuration options that can get them back for me, but I can't find them yet.
My questions are:
1) How do I get the buttons back? In the bottom pane there should be a bunch of button (browse, senders, implementors, versions, ..., source). My buttons are missing.
2) How do I get the small workspace area above the buttons to appear? There is supposed to be an area that I can type in, below the top panes, and above the buttons, but it doesn't appear.
Thanks in advance!
Robert
Edit - I did fool around in the Preferences Browser and tried a lot of settings. I managed to make the buttons come back and then later got that small (unknown name) workspace pane back, but I have no idea how. I have tried to systematically turn stuff off again to find out what setting(s) controlled what, but I was unable to determine what controlled either problem. So even though I have it working, I would like some squeak/smalltalk knowledgeable person to let me know how to control these as it might help me learn...
"In the bottom pane there should be a bunch of button (browse, senders, implementors, versions, ..., source). " -- switch on the optionalButtons preference in the preferences browser.
The "area that I can type in, below the top panes, and above the buttons, but it doesn't appear" sounds like the annotation pane - this gives you summary information about the method you're currently viewing, and it's controlled by the annotationPanes preference. Alternatively you may be referring to the Mercury Panel which is used for fast navigation to other classes and methods; this is (of course :-) controlled by the mercuryPanel preference.
If you've been messing around, you may also find that you now have an incorrect system browser selected. Squeak has a choice of browsers which can act as the System Browser. You can choose between them by clicking the menu button on the System Browser and selecting "Choose new default Browser". Open a new browser window to see what effect this has had.
You may also want to try a Pharo image which has everything configured the way you want by default.
Do you have access to the Preferences Browser? It should be in the main system menu. You can alter all sorts of things via this browser, including which buttons appear in teh system browser?
