Hello we have shared windows hosting on hostgator. i have created sub domain and i want to show all files public like given image.

It seems that you haven't published your files properly. You can follow this steps:
Please open your project with Visual Studio tool
On the Solution Explorer windows (which is normally located on the top right hand corner of the VS tool), right click your project and select Publish
Please kindly publish it to a local folder, such as C:\Project
Please just upload whatever files/folders you see on C:\Project to the server via FTP and your site will work fine

i want to host a vb project from a sharepoint folder instead of having it locally installed.
I am still new at this, but I only need to host the files in the same folder on sharepoint right? And then whoever can just click the .exe file, correct?

As already mentioned in the comment SharePoint isn't meant to store or even display applications (.exe). What started as a security measure is now part of the philosophy of MS SharePoint. Here's a list of all filetypes SP13 will block by default.
Back to your question. There is a trick how you still can upload an .exe to SharePoint:
Store the application in a folder
Zip the folder
Upload the zipped folder to a document library
Display the library on the desired site
For the future..
As there is a "Silverlight Webpart" - develop silverlight application if you know from the beginning that you want to display them on SharePoint.
Another trick: Publish your application on a host server. Then use the "Site Viewer WebPart" and point it to your application
Last one, although I wouldn't suggest it.. You can develop a .wpf-application and simply upload it as the file-type isn't blocked. But to embed the resources is just a pain in the ass..
There are for sure many other ways to do this.. Those are just the most practical ones I know if you already developed the application. The best solution is of course to create your own WebPart..

There is no such control (except using ActiveX Control or Java Applets), so don't waste your time to look for it and you can not get any folder path(on client machine) with JavaScript due to security reasons.
Why don't you just allow user to download the file and user will select the folder where he wants that file to be saved or else it will get saved in default folder of browser.

I want to deploy on IIS my web site but I do not want to take whole project. I just need to take .dll file. Is their any way to do so.
I do not want to use visual studio only .dll file from the project to deploy.
The basic steps for deploying to IIS on windows server are as follows:
log onto the machine that is or will be hosting your application.
Use IIS Manager to create a new website for your application.
Create a new application in that site. I believe this also will automatically create an application pool with the same name for you and use it by default.
Specify the virtual directory for your application. This is going to tell IIS where to look for your mvc application. For this case lets assume it is C:\myApp
On your own machine Build the application however you build it with the correct solution configuration (i.e. Release mode). Let say the result of your build is located at C:\MyProject\bin
Copy C:\MyProject\bin from your machine onto your hosting machine at C:\myApp

Based on your sites requirements there will be some additional steps to set up security and alter bindings if you need to change them.
You don't need to deploy your entire website if you only make a change in a single assembly. You could copy the .DLL assembly directly to the bin folder of your website. This will trigger the Application Pool to be recycled in IIS and the changes will be taken into effect on the next request.
I've come into a company that has been using asp.net for some web applications stored on our local servers. There's no current programmer, so I've used what knowledge I have to build a new feature using MebMatrix Razor VB.NET pages and our current SQL Server database. I have to migrate the project over to a local server running IIS to deploy it.
I don't want to use the WebMatrix Web Deploy feature or anything, I'd rather just move the files over manually and have them run. I assume that IIS just needs to be configured to process .vbhtml file extensions. My understanding is that you don't have to build your solution with this method, as you do with ASP. Does anybody know how to do this, or where I might find a good tutorial?
Copy the directory for your website from the 'My Web Sites' folder in Documents. Paste it into the 'inetpub' directory on the server.
Now open IIS Manager, on the left hand side in the connections pane, right click on 'Sites' and 'Add Web Site'. Choose a name, select the default AppPool, browser to the 'inetpub' directory and select your site's folder, set a port that doesn't conflict with any other sites running, and click OK.
On the right hand pane, click browse, you should be able to see your new website.
I've a Silverlight Out of Browser application where I does installation like this:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Silverlight\sllauncher.exe /install:[path to xap file] /shortcut:desktop+startmenu
This does create shortcut in the current user's desktop. But once another user logs in it wont be available in his desktop. As part of testing I copied the created exe into the public desktop. But still the another user wont be able run the application from his account. How can I configure so that it works in all user accounts?
