500 (error in sender) in the WSO2 API Manager quickstart example - ssl

I'm currently evaluating the WSO2 Software suite and decided to start with the quickstart example to take off with prototyping as fast and with as little effort as possible. So I set up a fresh VM, installed all the components and fired up the API manager.
As I mentioned above, I started with the quickstart example from their website which is the simplest thing one can imagine. I followed it step by step to the letter and I got a message informing me about an internal system error. This has something to do with the SSL engine, but I can't really figure out what's wrong.
The response from the API Manager itself:
<am:fault xmlns:am="http://wso2.org/apimanager">
<am:code>101500</am:code>
<am:type>Status report</am:type>
<am:message>Runtime Error</am:message>
<am:description>Error in Sender</am:description>
</am:fault>
And the log from the wso2am server:
[2020-02-16 14:10:02,649] ERROR - TargetHandler I/O error: General SSLEngine problem
javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: General SSLEngine problem

(I tried to trim it as best I can as you can see but with no real expertise in Java it's difficult to tell which parts of the trace are relevant)

Pact-Net Provider Testing - Fundamental question

I have a fundamental question. I cannot figure out how to get the MockServer to log (like outlined in this inquiryPactNet - HttpPost Test Fails with 500 internal server error ). If I had that information I may be able to determine my problem. How was that enabled?
I am running Net 6, using the Pact-Net NuGet libraries and PactBuilderV3
I am running into the same issue as the above question link. I cannot Post or GET with a body in my consumer tests.

SO_KEEPALIVE issue in Mulesoft

we had a Mulesoft app that basically picks message from queue (ActiveMQ), then posts to target app via HTTP request to target's API.
Runtime: 4.3.0
HTTP Connector version: v1.3.2
Server: Windows, On-premise standalone
However, sometimes the message doesn't get sent successfully after picking from queue , and below message can be found in the log -
WARN 2021-07-10 01:24:46,080 [[masked-app].http.requester.requestConfig.02 SelectorRunner] [event: ] org.glassfish.grizzly.nio.transport.TCPNIOTransport: GRIZZLY0005: Can not set SO_KEEPALIVE to false
java.net.SocketException: Invalid argument: no further information
at sun.nio.ch.Net.setIntOption0(Native Method) ~[?:1.8.0_281]
The flow completed silently without any error after above message, hence no error handling happens.
I found this mentioning it is a known bug on Windows server and won’t affect the well behavior of the application, but the document is failing to set SO_KEEPALIVE to true rather than false.
Looks the message didn't get posted successfully as the target system team can't find corresponding incoming request in their log.
It is not acceptable as the message is critical and no one knows unless the target system realizes something is wrong... Not sure if the SO_KEEPALIVE is failing to be set to false is the root cause, could you please share some thoughts? Thanks a lot in advance.
The is probably unrelated to the warning you mentioned but there doesn't seem to be enough information to identify the actual root cause.
Having said that the version of the HTTP connector is old and it's missing almost 3 years of fixes. Updating the version to the last one should improve the reliability of the application.

Sonos API subscription callbacks stopped

I have perl on apache http service that's been working fine for several years to issue sonos cmds and receive callbacks. About two weeks ago, I stopped receiving any callbacks.
I subscribed successfully (response={}) for groupVolume, playbackMetadata, and playback events.
I am successfully getting webhook messages from other services (e.g., Vonage) using https, so it seems the port is open to my server, and apache is successfully processing these requests. I see no trace of any messages from the sonos api in my apache logs.
I have no trouble issuing commands (setMute, getFavorites, getPlaybackMetadata, etc.). Only the callbacks are a problem.
I ran the ssltools checker from digicert but found no issues.
I can't recall making any changes to the home router config.
Does anyone else have a problem like this or know how to diagnose what's happening?
I installed WireShark but am overwhelmed with the functionality and don't know how to narrow down what I should be looking for to see if the messages are being received and blocked somehow.
it may be unlikely, but is it possible that there isn't any usage of your integration that would result in callbacks being sent to your service? For example - if volume isn't being changed, or playback isn't happening, you won't receive events.
If that's not the case, additional information is required to debug this issue. Could you please email developer-feedback#sonos.com with the following information:
The name of your service/application
The date/time your service stopped receiving callback events. You said about two weeks ago, but could you be more specific?
The clientId used by your code. This is the UUID you generated when you initially created the "API Key" on developer.sonos.com. Format is xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx (note - we do not need the secret associated with this key).
With that information we should be able to determine the cause of your missing callbacks.

The CGI application did not return a valid set of HTTP errors. 502.3 - Bad Gateway: Forwarder Connection Error (ARR) on Azure ASP.NET Core App

All of a sudden we are seeing this random error / exception in our web application.
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 502 (Bad Gateway).
In the Log Stream, we are seeing the following details, with specific error code as 502.3 - Bad Gateway: Forwarder Connection Error (ARR).
Also, sometimes in the browser itself we see "The CGI application did not return a valid set of HTTP errors." getting displayed.
Most of the searches for these error codes refer to "IIS / Proxy Server" configuration. But, we haven't changed any such settings.
The error happens very randomly and not specific to any user action/function. Same functionality works first and on second execution immediately after first one throws this error.
How to figure out what is causing this and how to fix?
I google this question, because the program was normal at the beginning, and the subsequent 502.3 error. After I checked the information on the Internet, I feel that it can only give us an inspiration, and it cannot solve your problem immediately.
So my suggestion is that first you browse post1 and post2 I provided.
Next, proceed to Troubleshoot according to the steps of the official documentation. Specific errors require specific analysis.

Troubleshooting Web App process restarting

Our web app process is restarting regularly and we are unable to determine the reason.
When looking into Application Events (using the 'Diagnostics and solve problems' blade in the Azure Portal), there exists a bunch of the following Info logs by 'IIS AspNetCore Module'
Event ID 1005:
Failed to gracefully shutdown process '14040'.
Event ID 1001:
Application 'MACHINE/WEBROOT/APPHOST/myapplication__xxxx' started process '31628' successfully and is listening on port '17663'.
There is nothing fishy with general resource usage and nothing in our application logs.
What is the best way to troubleshoot the reason behind these process restarts?
EDIT 1:
After fiddling around with web logging in the Web App's Diagnostic Logs, I now get an error logged from W3SVC-WP after each restart, but the message is nonsense:
1<br/>5<br/>50000780
EDIT 2:
Event Id 2284 refers to this:
FailedRequestTracing module failed to write buffered events to log
file for the request that matched failure definition. No logs will be
generated until this condition is corrected. The problem happened at
least %1 times in the last %2 minutes. The data is the error.
I'm not sure if this could be related to our Diagnostic Logs configuration, but seems unlikely.
EDIT 3:
As per Brando Zhang's suggestion, I've used the Web App Crash Diagnoser extension and tried monitoring 2nd Chance Unhandled Exceptions on both my application process AND on w3wp, but nothing is dumped.
From how I understand it, 1st Chance Exceptions will not crash the process, so no need to monitor these.
Very likely application is crashing due to fatal exception and causing the restarts.
On Azure App Service platform. You can use the Diagnostics as a
Service (DaaS) to troubleshoot this
It can also do an analysis and tell you the root cause most of the time.More step by step infofrmation can be found on this msdn blog .Also refer tips for using crash diagnoser
