At the same time, the examples provided by Colab, for example, colab.research.google.com/notebooks/bigquery.ipynb are working fine.

consider restarting your browser.
I get a similar problem using colab with firefox sometimes. Same initial message:
There was an error loading this notebook. Ensure that the file is accessible and try again. A network error occurred and the request could not be completed.
Then colab gets stuck, and won't open any files at all. Closing and restarting the colab tab does not clear the problem.
Eventually I discovered that restarting firefox fixes it for me.
I realise that this is too late to help the OP, and it may not be quite the same problem anyway, but when I first hit the issue myself I couldn't find any online help for it, so now I've got an answer I wanted to share.

I get a similar problem using colab with any app and used a vpn proxy and it worked.

Remove all the cookies and refresh the tab, it worked for me.

The API request failed with the following error: 200 - OK

I administer my shared hosting through cPanel.
It is showing "The API request failed with the following error: 200 - OK." in red popup.
Everything is working fine. I can work on everything as usual, but still this pop?
When i login from another browser, the error is not shown.
How to get rid of it and why is this being shown?
How to get rid of this message was my question.
I had installed a chrom plugin that allowed me to use CORS.
After uninstalling this plugin, the error was gone.

Jitsi - Recording unavailable: Failed to start a Jibri session, no Jibris available

I am following this tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S43-A1N_COE.
When I start recording, error “Recording unavailable” was appeared.
Already browse the same error, but not getting fixed yet.
Here my jicofo.log and jibri.log
https://codeshare.io/5NRdbV
I think the main point why I getting this error because of this logs
INFO: [29] org.jitsi.jicofo.recording.jibri.JibriRecorder.log() Failed to start a Jibri session, no Jibris available
And don’t know how to solve it.
Are that some settings that I missed?
Update
When I try to install Jibri on another server, its worked. I follow this (docs)[https://docs.easyjitsi.com/docs/gettingstartedjibri] btw.

"Invalid authentication data. Connection reset" When trying to log in to github within IntelliJ

Whenever I try to log into github from IntelliJ, I get this error.
Even thought my authentication data is correct, it tells me it's not. And it doesn't matter if I use a token or just use my credentials. I get the same problem. I've tried to delete all tokens and generated a new one, this also didn't change anything. What could be the problem? Thanks.
The issue might be caused by some proxy in the middle. Invalid authentication data is a generic message that appears when call to GitHub API fails without clear reasons. Connection reset seems to be the real message, and could be caused by some proxy or network firewall.
Check the logs for more details on the error. If you think it is some bug in IntelliJ, it is worth reporting the issue to http://youtrack.jetbrains.com/ with logs attached.

Error in IE on opening console
All the other applications deployed on it are working fine.
One of my clients is having the same problem but on WLS12.2.1.4.
So far, I have found 2 hints that could help you:
the embeddedLDAP is corrupted as described by kodo.jdo.UserException: Exception on Running OIM Patch_weblogic script (Doc ID 1108693.1). Solved after regenerating the embeddedLDAP for this particular managed server.
the server is affected by bug 20717082. The patch 20717082 is available for WLS10.3.6, WLS12.1.2, and WLS12.1.3.
Hope some of these options work for you. On my end, I'll keep on investigating.

Failed to craw the website using Scrapy: Connection to the other side was lost in a non-clean fashion

I tried to use scrapy to scrap one website but kept receiving the error "Connection to the other side was lost in a non-clean fashion."
Tried to set the user agent and headers but it won't work. The following is the completed log. Any idea will be apprieciated.

I think the reason for this information is that there is a problem with the requested page, not the code.
