Liferay File upload issue - file-upload

I am currently doing code about file upload in Liferay and
I am getting an error like below.

It states org.apache.commons.io; version="[1.4.0,2.0.0) and means you need ..commons.io version 1.4.0 up to 2.0.0 but you defined a dependency for 2.5.
So either your bnd.bnd is wrong or your maven/gradle setup is wrong.

client feature:install fcrepo-service-activemq

I'm trying to Install Karaf Features on Ubuntu 20.04 using the code below.
/opt/karaf/bin/client feature:install fcrepo-service-activemq
And I am getting the message error below:
Error executing command: Unable to resolve root: missing requirement [root] osgi.identity; osgi.identity=fcrepo-service-activemq; type=karaf.feature; version="[5.0.0,5.0.0]"; filter:="(&(osgi.identity=fcrepo-service-activemq)(type=karaf.feature)(version>=5.0.0)(version<=5.0.0))" [caused by: Unable to resolve fcrepo-service-activemq/5.0.0: missing requirement [fcrepo-service-activemq/5.0.0] osgi.identity; osgi.identity=activemq-camel; type=karaf.feature; version="[5.14.0,6.0.0)" [caused by: Unable to resolve activemq-camel/5.15.11: missing requirement [activemq-camel/5.15.11] osgi.identity; osgi.identity=org.apache.activemq.activemq-camel; type=osgi.bundle; version="[5.15.11,5.15.11]"; resolution:=mandatory [caused by: Unable to resolve org.apache.activemq.activemq-camel/5.15.11: missing requirement [org.apache.activemq.activemq-camel/5.15.11] osgi.wiring.package; filter:="(&(osgi.wiring.package=org.springframework.jms.connection)(version>=4.0.0)(!(version>=6.0.0)))"]]]
What should I do to install this feature successfully without any error message?
Servus,
Installation notes created by my predecessor show that before command
features:install
I should add a repository, that is
features:addurl
which adds a symbolic repository based on a file stored at
.../etc/org.ops4j.pax.url.mvn.cfg
Maybe this is the issue here.

Email from the application is not working from glassfish 6.0.0 due to conflict of javax mail library

Email from the application is not working from glassfish 6.0.0 due to conflict of javax mail library with the glassfish 6 mail libraries from a modules folder.
We have REST application implemented using jersey 3.0.0 deployed on glassfish 6. We are using log4j for logging.
When there is an error, it failed to send the email. I tried the same application from localhost using tomcat it is sending an email.
This is what I added to my pom.xml
-- Jakarata.mail (1.6.5) jar file and log4j(1.2.17)
I also tried replacing log4J 1.2.17 to log4j2.17.1
I keep getting ClassCastException or ClassNotFoundException or NoSuchMethodError.
With Jakarta.mail.jar I am receiving below error
java.lang.ClassCastException: com.sun.mail.handlers.text_plain cannot be cast to javax.activation.DataContentHandler
I tried replacing Jakarta.mail.jar with (com.sun.mail) javax.mail.jar 1.6.2
I received below error
**ERROR An exception occurred processing Appender LogToMail org.apache.logging.log4j.core.appender.AppenderLoggingException: java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: com.sun.mail.util.MimeUtil.cleanContentType**
Tried with mail.jar 1.4.7 instead of javax.mail.jar and activation.jar(1.1.1)
Getting below Error
**java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: com.sun.mail.util.PropUtil.getBooleanSessionProperty**
As there is already some other mail library there in classloader I removed the mail library from the application then I am getting
**Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: javax.mail.MessagingException
I tried copying jakarata.mail and jakarata.activation.jar under glassfish/domains/domain1/lib/ext folder but got NOSTMP provider**.
If I copy javax.mail.jar and activation.jar under glassfish/domains/domain1/lib/ext folder then same error **“ERROR An exception occurred processing Appender LogToMail org.apache.logging.log4j.core.appender.AppenderLoggingException: java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: com.sun.mail.util.MimeUtil.cleanContentType”**
I also tried adding mail.jar and activation.jar under glassfish/domains/domain1/lib/ext folder
**ERROR Caught exception while sending e-mail notification.: javax.mail.NoSuchProviderException: smtp javax.mail.NoSuchProviderException: smtp**
I refer to the below link. Not completely understood what xbootclasspath does but tried adding the below lines to domain.xml.
DCH class error with JavaMail
-Xbootclasspath/p:${com.sun.aas.installRoot}/modules/jakarta.mail.jar
-Xbootclasspath/p:${com.sun.aas.installRoot}/modules/jakarta.activation.jar
if anyone is able to successfully send an email from glassfish 6.0.0
Appreciate any help on this.
GlassFish already included Jakarta Mail. There's no need to include it in your pom. When you do, it will conflict, as you per the errors you got.
Jakarata.mail 1.6.5 which you use in your application is old, it uses the javax.mail package prefix. GlassFish 6 uses the jakarta package prefix. You should upgrade to jakarta.mail-api 2.1.0 and use it only for compilation, don't add it to your application WAR (provided scope):
<dependency>
<groupId>jakarta.mail</groupId>
<artifactId>jakarta.mail-api</artifactId>
<version>2.1.0</version>
<scope>provided</scope>
</dependency>

Eclipse launch error shows org.osgi.framework.BundleException

I have the following error during my generator development.
I tried several times to refresh my workspace but it'd not worked.
org.osgi.framework.BundleException: Could not resolve module:
org.artop.ecuc.gautosar.accessors.check [72]
org.osgi.framework.BundleException: Could not resolve module:

org.osgi.framework.BundleException: Could not resolve module:

org.osgi.framework.BundleException: Could not resolve module:

org.osgi.framework.BundleException: Could not resolve module: org.eclipse.xtext.common.types [173]
org.osgi.framework.BundleException: Could not resolve module:
org.eclipse.xtext.xbase.testing
The messages were not meaningful enough for me to resolve the issue.
It looked like it was the version problem.
Anyone can help?
I checked throughout all plugins and I believed that they have been installed.
If your Eclipse environment doesn't have these kinds of plugins installed, you should check for installation.
In my case, the problem had come from my workspace.
I wiped out all data and make it again.
And after the new workspace finished to build, my application worked well. I think due to run-time exception of javaw (JRE), some plugins were broken, but just my guess.

module can't find package com.google.gson.stream

a project i'm working with has a dependency on kotlin.jvm.internal.Intrinsics. so i added kotlin-gradle-plugin-1.5.0.jar. now i'm getting an error that it can't find gson.streams. any idea what this is all about?
Error occurred during initialization of boot layer
java.lang.module.FindException: Error reading module: E:\jars\kotlin-gradle-plugin-1.5.0.jar
Caused by: java.lang.module.InvalidModuleDescriptorException: Package com.google.gson.stream not found in module
i already have gson-2.8,6.jar in my classpath.
The Jar kotlin-gradle-plugin version 1.5.0 seems to have runtime dependency with com.google.code.gson » gson
you can see that in the Runtime Dependencies section from here
In order to rectify this, you have to add it as a plugin
like below
plugins {
id 'org.jetbrains.kotlin.<...>' version '1.5.0'
}
This is the recommended way from here

Could not resolve module: org.eclipse.cdt.launch.remote

I am trying to use eclipse's CDT for generating an AST for some cpp files. I am following the instructions given here: http://wiki.eclipse.org/images/c/c7/CDT_APIs_for_code_introspection.pdf
However, I ran into an error saying:
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.IllegalStateException: Workspace is closed.
at org.eclipse.core.resources.ResourcesPlugin.getWorkspace(ResourcesPlugin.java:399)
at etl.CppParser.Parser(CppParser.java:23)**
After googling about it for a while, I understood that in order to access a project in the workspace (using ResourcesPlugin.getWorkspace().getRoot().getFile(path);), the project should be a plugin project, but my project was a simple Java project.
Therefore, I started to developed a plugin project in eclipse. I created a target platform to which I added all the required plugin dependencies required for my project. But I still have a problem when I run the plugin project as an Eclipse application. Here is the exact error:

Could someone please tell me what I could do to get rid of this problem... I am not able to understand what the problem is at this point.
Thank you very much for any help.
Okay, I have solved the problem myself. What I did is as follows: I found this link for Target Management related Downloads and I downloaded the RSE runtime 3.2.2 (it is >=3 and <4)
http://download.eclipse.org/tm/downloads/
Then I went to Eclipse Windows->Preferences->Plugin Development->Target Platform , then selected my Target Platform->Edit-> Add->Directory and add the directory obtained by extracting the downloaded RSE runtime 3.2.2.zip.
After this, when I ran my plug in project as an Eclipse Application, I had no errors anymore because now, the plugins used by my plugin project do not have any unresolved dependencies.
I hope this helps someone.
The error says that bundle org.eclipse.cdt.launch.remote has a Require-Bundle (osgi.wiring.bundle) statement which lists bundle org.eclipse.rse.ui and the bundle version range [3.0,4.0). So org.eclipse.cdt.launch.remote cannot resolve because it is dependent on bundle org.eclipse.rse.ui having bundle version >=3 and < 4.
