how to solve module build failed after changing file extension ( *.ts => *.tsx )?

after changing a specific file's extension from .ts to .tsx I get:
Compiled with problems:X
ERROR in ./src/components/SomeComp/someFile.ts
Module build failed (from ./node_modules/source-map-loader/dist/cjs.js):
Error: ENOENT: no such file or directory, open '.../someFile.ts'
ERROR
No files matching 'C:\Users...\src\components\SomeComp\someFile.ts' were found.
it has happened recently and somehow figured out on its own,
then i switched branches and when returned it happened again
I tried what was suggested here, clearing the browser cache How to get Chrome to reload source maps?
also restarted the react dev server couple of times
but still it tries to find the file with the old .ts extension...
searched as much as I could but didn't find a solve...
edit:
after changing the extension back and forth and restarting the dev server it has figured out, but I would still love to know what was happening and what perhaps what should be done to handle this situation correctly in the future

Cannot use import statement outside a module when using wrangler v2

I'm new to using cloudflare and wrangler. I've a project that I've been working on, and I'm now trying to deploy it using wrangler publish, but I keep running into issues. My product is coded in node.js, and I'm using version 2 of wrangler. When I execute wrangler publish I get:
Basic JavaScript project found. Skipping unnecessary build!
Error: Something went wrong with the request to Cloudflare...
Uncaught SyntaxError: Cannot use import statement outside a module
at worker.js:2Basic JavaScript project found. Skipping unnecessary build!

I've searched for a solution, and one of them that I found said to change module in wrangler.toml from type="javascript"to type="webpack" however that gives me a bunch of errors:
./node_modules/destroy/index.js
Module not found: Error: Can't resolve 'fs' ... Parsed request is a module...resolve as module
/Users/Desktop/APIs/cpiCalculator2/node_modules/destroy/node_modules doesn't exist or is not a directory
...
Error: webpack returned an error. You may be able to resolve this issue by running npm install.
I've tried reinstalling npm as it suggests and then wrangler publish again, but that just gives me the same error message.
I'm really not sure what the issue is, and I would really appreciate any help or advice on how to resolve this issue. Thank you!
Also, just a note, I'm not sure if this is affecting it, but I do have two other js documents in the main area of my project (where my index.js file is).

Why might webpack/babel stop compiling randomly?

I have encountered a few times that either the babel loader in webpack begins throwing errors unexpectedly despite nothing directly relating to webpack or babel etc being altered. As an example I was recently unable to compile due to babel not being able to handle private methods in classes, despite this supposedly being covered as part of babel 7.14+

The problem persisted even after I rolled back changes to the previous working commit and in the end I was only able to get webpack to compile after reinstalling all npm packages.
What are the possible causes of this?

Requiring unknown module "3"

Requiring unknown module "3". If you are sure the module exists, try restarting Metro. You may also want to run 'yarn' or 'npm intall'.
Any one can help me with this erro on react-native. I'm using vscode and android studio.
Firstly, I encountered the same error message. Then I needed to solve the problem which occurred when I changed the folder structure, influences paths of imported files after I ran the app (on runtime). Actually the error message gives us the cause of the problem but I slogged on handling this error as a newbie on React Native. Frankly, the problem we have faced is about the packager as far as i have learnt.
It’s all about how the packager works. Packaging happens once before runtime so those variables don't have values yet.
Variables are components we have imported from other files in our situation.
The packager only works with statically analyzable “imports”. Treat “import” like a keyword.
As an example, let’s imagine you have folders in the root path of your project. If you run your Android Emulator, then packaging is carried through by Gradle under the hood.
import styles from './styles'
import StepCurrent from './images/stepcurrent.png'
import StepDone from './images/stepdone.png'
import StepNext from './images/stepnext.png'
Then if you try to change folder structure and call these components from another path, error occurs because packaging happened at the first phase, running the emulator, before your changes. Emulator does not read your current file paths.
import styles from './exampleFolder/styles'
import StepCurrent from './exampleFolder/images/stepcurrent.png'
import StepDone from './exampleFolder/images/stepdone.png'
import StepNext from './exampleFolder/images/stepnext.png'
So, you can restart your emulator to restart your packager. Then the problem disappears.

Solution way is to restart packager.
My solution is reset metro server.
yarn start --reset-cache

Error on running react-native run-android: "Unable to load script"

I did a first project on react-native, that still works when I want to emulate it on my AVD.
I started a react-native init new project that installed correctly but impossible to run it the first time, Node JS command open and shut down in a seconde. And, come to this point :
"Starting: Intent { cmp=com.ms/.MainActivity }"
Nothing happens : the following line is this one : PS C:\Users\arthu\MS>
And I get the error message : "Unable to load script. Make sure you either running a metro server (run react-native' start) or that your bundle 'index.android.bundle' is packaged correctly for release.
Thought it was due to the Node JS console, which was opening a few second, so I emptied its cache, didn't change anything, Re-installing Node JS, re-tried with my ancient project (which works), change port from where I run the project, nothing changed.
I guess it is not linked with Node JS, neither my code (because I didn't even start), but I am a bit confused about that, and didn't find a similar post ! Thank you for your answers ;)
