In the most simple case, you can just do
converter = tf.lite.TFLiteConverter.from_saved_model(export_dir)

Why this is happening?
The problem is because you are tying to load model weights as a model.
To load a model you should fist create the model or load from the saved model (a json file or model checkpoint) and then use: load_weights(<model_weight_path>)

I am trying to build an object detection model with my custom dataset having only 1 class.
While following all the procedures explained in the tutorial the script crashes and log out the following error

This is being faced while running it on to a server where I can use the power of the GPU.

I encountered this error when I downloaded the updated Object Detection API, but the previous version runs successfully using SSD MobileNetV1. Did anyone encounter this kind of error? Thank you in advance!
We're looking for a proper fix. In the mean time, please change line 109 in this file from is_training=None to is_training=True. This workaround should get MobileNetV2 training.

dynamic_rnn() and array_ops.reverse_sequence() problems

I am trying to reverse my inputs with array_ops.reverse_sequence() before sending it to dynamic_rnn(), the inference graph can be build with no problem, but when building the training graph, I got the following error:
