I've looked everywhere for a solution to this. I didn't used to have a problem calling "from scrapy.contrib..." but now it throws this error.

Posting here as a last resort. Any help here would be extremely welcome.
scrapy.contrib has been deprecated for ages now.
It was removed in the 1.6 release of scrapy.
For more details, see https://docs.scrapy.org/en/latest/news.html#deprecation-removals
from scrapy.linkextractors.sgml import SgmlLinkExtractor
from scrapy.linkextractors import LinkExtractor
just remove contrib and write command as below
from scrapy.linkextractors import LinkExtractor
from scrapy.spiders import CrawlSpider, Rule

When I call the tflite file on the Raspberry Pi 3B+, the following error occurred.
here is the code:
tflite_path='home/pi/project/model_pb.tflite'
interpreter = tflite.Interpreter(model_path=tflite_path)
interpreter.allocate_tensors()
input_details = interpreter.get_input_details()
output_details = interpreter.get_output_details()
interpreter.set_tensor(input_details[0]['index'],img_values)
interpreter.invoke()
output_data = interpreter.get_tensor(output_details[0]['index'])
And the error:

Рlease tell me, is it possible to restart the spider using os.execl() in case of an error? If so, give an example of how to do this.
rough example of my go code

Most of the time, this is due to missing DLLs (or missing paths thereto). You can use the script here to figure out which one.
Main issues was the Missing DLL's which can be resolved by installing vc_redist.x64.exe
I now have TF successfully installed.
I've installed Tensorflow on my Windows PC however, it's giving me below error when I tried to test it with basic codes mentioned on "tensorflow.org'.
