"Undefined is not an object" when trying to access state in react native

So basically I have the input form "Vin Number" here

Force external component to re-render with new props

I am trying to set up e-mail sign-up. I have a screen with a TextInput, which I want to reuse. I have an EmailConnector from which I navigate to the TextInputScreen. This TextInputScreen containt a TextInputComponent. Here, the user enters his email. If the email is invalid, I throw an error and try to update the error message in my TextInputScreen.
The problem that I am facing right now is that the error message from my TextInputComponent is not updated when an error is thrown.
The flow is this:
The user taps on "Sign-up with email" in a separate screen -> openEmailScreen is called
The user inputs an email and taps on the keyboard "Done" button -> inputReceived is called
If the email is invalid -> an error is thrown in inputReceived and the error message is displayed in TextInputViewComponent
Refreshing the errror message in step #3 is NOT working at the moment and I can't figure out how to get it working.

From the inputReceived method, I have tried calling forceUpdate and setState for the TextInputViewComponent, but in both cases I get the message: "Can't call forceUpdate/setState on a component that is not yet mounted"
Any help will be greatly appreciated!
In general terms if I want a parent component to mutate it's data or update when a child component changes I pass the child a function to its props.
For example

How can I compare two variable in onPress?

I am trying to create a changing pin screen and i was failed in comparing two variable that getting from the user (new pin and comfirm pin). The error show me that "this.state.newpin" is an undefined object.

React Native Form Validation

I created a login form using react-native and I want to validate every fields but I don't know how to do it. I'm quite new to react-native so I want to ask anyone for help. Form validation should show error under following conditions:
Input form is empty
Email text isn't email form.
Password text does not satisfy the conditions above.
If Input form has errors the login button should be disabled.
If Input form doesn't have any errors, show alert to inform login
success

I recommend using formik and yup to easily build a login form with input validation. These two packages when integrated together, simplifies your codebase thanks to both of its features.

React Native Pass data to another component

I am new to React Native and trying to build a Messenger app and I have 2 components Search and Messenger​. I am struggling to pass the data I got from Search to Messenger.
Search component finds user (receiver) and me being sender I want to communicate but after finding user in Search I want to pass that user to Messenger so that I can chat with that specific user that found in <Search> component.
In addition, Search component has Views that will display user calendar etc.. so ideally I don't want to use <Messenger> in render() method of Search as it will include Messenger component features inside the Search component which destroys the purpose of <Search> component.

I have two components.
Splash.js
Home.js
I am passing the data (Let's take String) from Splash.js to Home.js.
First component (Sender)

OK, so based on your infos, I think the issue is that you don't get the singerName in the Messenger component.
First, I'd change your getArtistName method to this :
