How merge mutil object in array with lodash? - vue.js

I have a bit of problems with my code :
[
{
"key": 0,
"server": 0
},
{
"key": 0,
"server": 1
},
{
"key": 1,
"server": 0
}
]
how i can result to :
[
{ key: 0 , server:[0,1] },
{ key: 1 , server:[0] }
]
I'm using _.groupBy but it does not return results as expected.
How merge mutil object in array with lodash?

One solution would be to use a combination of groupBy, map, and mergeWith.
So first, you group the items by key, so in this example it will return an object with 0 and 1 as the keys which will contain the grouped items.
Then you use .map to iterate through the returned object and get the grouped values.
Finally, you use .mergeWith with a customizer function which you can use to customize the how the values of the server key is merged.
const servers = [{
"key": 0,
"server": 0
},
{
"key": 0,
"server": 1
},
{
"key": 1,
"server": 0
}
];
function customizer(objValue, srcValue, key, fourth) {
if (key === 'server') {
if (!_.isArray(objValue)) objValue = [objValue];
return objValue.concat(srcValue);
}
}
let test = _(servers)
.groupBy('key')
.map((values, key) => {
if (values.length === 1) {
values[0].server = [values[0].server];
return values[0];
}
return _.mergeWith(...values, customizer);
})
.value();
console.log(test);

{
key: 0,
server: 0
},
{
key: 0,
server: 1

{
key: 1,
server: 0
}
],
},
methods: {
mergeObject() {
let merged = [];
this.needMergedArray.map(item => {
let found = false;
merged.map(element => {
if(item.key === element.key) {
found = true;
if(!element.server) {
//const myserver = [item.server];
element.server =[item.server];
} else {
element.server.push(item.server);
}
}
});
if(!found) {
const myserver = [item.server];
merged.push({key: item.key, server: myserver});
}
found = false;
});
return merged;
}
}
})

// one loop solution: https://jsfiddle.net/haianhnc/2mhsquad/78
mergeObject() {
let merged = {};
this.needMergedArray.map(item => {
merged = {...merged, [item.key]: {key: [item.key], server: (merged[item.key] && merged[item.key].server || []).concat(item.server)}};
});
return Object.values(merged);
}
}

Haven't tested yet
arr.reduce(function(acc,value){
const isExists = acc.findIndex(({key})=>key===value.key)
if(!isExists){
acc.push(value)
} else {
let servers = acc[isExists].server
if(!Array.isArray(servers))
servers = [servers]
servers.push(value.server)
servers = _.uniq(servers)
acc[isExists].server = servers
}
return acc
},[])

multiple select data in object format

I have a multiple select field where I'll be selecting multiple values, but when I am sending that data to the backend it should show in the following format:
"data":
[
{
"vehicle_id": "VEH1",
},
{
"vehicle_id": "VEH2",
},
]
but when I am selecting multiple values from drop down I am getting data in an array format:
"data":[
{
"vehicle_id":["VEH1","VEH2"]
}
]
How can I send data in the format which I have added in the beginning? .
Code:
const getSelectedVehices = (selectedvehicles: any[]) => {
const vehicles: Array<string> = [];
const items = new Map<string, string>();
vehicleListData.forEach((item) => {
items.set(item.vehicleName, item.vehicleAliasId);
});
selectedvehicles.forEach((item) => {
vehicle.push(items.get(item) || '');
});
return vehicles;
};
const prepareSelectedVehiclesServices = (electedvehicles: any[]) => {
const vehicles: Array<string> = [];
const items = new Map<string, string>();
vehicleListData.forEach((item) => {
items.set(item.vehicleName, item.vehicleAliasId);
});
vehicles.forEach((item) => {
if (items.has(item)) {
vehicles.push(items.get(item) || '');
}
});
return vehicles;
};
<MultiSelect
items={pickerOptions.vehicleServices}
onSelectedItemsChange={(Ids: any[]) => {
const selectedVehiclesServices = getSelectedVehicles(Ids);
formikData.setFieldValue(`vehicles`, [
{
vehicleAliasId: selectedVehiclesServices,
},
]);
}}
selectedItems={{
selectedItemIdentifiers: prepareSelectedVehiclesServices(
formikData.values.services || initialServiceValues.services,
),
}}
></MultiSelect>
the above is the code which I have added.
Just project the array into your new format with .map(). Something like this:
let myData = { "data":[
{
"vehicle_id":["VEH1","VEH2"]
}
]};
let myNewData = { "data": myData.data[0].vehicle_id.map(d => ({
"vehicle_id": d
}))};
console.log(myNewData);

How to convert a json response to match schema (not manually)?

I'm trying to validate a schema for complex JSON. We can easily compare a schema with API response by below command
And match response == response_SCHEMA
(where "response_SCHEMA" is json schema)
For small json we can manually create:
Actual API response:
{ "id": "123", "name": "abc", "type": "Mumbai", "owner": { "name": "Mr Singh", "type": "Business", "licenseNo": "ASL8989" }
Converted the response to below - manually
{ "id": "#number", "name": "#string", "type": "#string", "owner": { "name": "#string", "type": "#string", "licenseNo": "#string" }
How to create this kind of schema automatically for a complex big json having 300-400 lines? So, we can compare it with API response with Karate.
The point of the schema design is that you can easily cut and paste an actual JSON and either use it as it is (data match, recommended) or edit it to use #string etc (schema match).
When you say 300-400 lines, most likely you mean an array of JSON. All you need to do is specify the schema of the "repeating part" and then use match each: https://github.com/intuit/karate#match-each
* def actual = [{ a: 1, b: 'x' }, { a: 2, b: 'y' }]
* def schema = { a: '#number', b: '#string' }
* match each actual == schema
The short answer is there is no automatic way to do it. Typically you never need to do more than a few lines. Maybe you can write your own custom utility.
#Mayank I also faced this issue, Unfortunately I didn't find any options.
So I created my own small JS to convert the actual JSON into JSON Schema which is compatible with Karate Fuzzy Match.
The output may look like this
enter image description here
Hope This Helps!...

On my cardboard app trying to show total of all features actual points for each column(Release) on the header, but that is not getting displayed

On my cardboard app trying to show total of all features actual points for each column(Release) on the header, but that is not getting displayed.

Why don't you use flexReload? This wil refresh The curent data in the grid
you need this:
$("#flex1").flexigrid({
dataType : 'json',
colModel : [{ ... }]
}).flexAddData({
total: 1,
page: 1,
rows: [{ cell: [ "value1", "value2", "value3"] }]
});

Ok, I found my issue: I need to use a ItemFileWriteStore and there I can change values with store.setValue(item, attribute, value). The tree updates itself afterwards.
