Program cannot be opened because d3dx9d.dll was not found - dll

I'm writing a program in DirectX 9 and it can't be opened because of error
Program cannot be opened because d3dx9d.dll was not found
So I have a few questions:
-Where can I get it? I've been searching and the only source I could find is DLL-Files.com and registration is required and I don't want to give my personal information to an untrusted source
-What are the files d3dx9d_33.dll that I found on my PC and can I use them in this situation? There's really not much information that I could find.

All Documents converted to .vvv extension (TeslaCrypt)

I've found something strange with my employee document, it turns out that all files including document are being encrypted with ".vvv" extension. What I've found so far that it's called TeslaCrypt, it convert all my files to .vvv, even I rename it back to the right extension, it says that file already modified, so I can't open the files anymore. Please help, we cannot work until that document can be oppened. I can't tag this to "TeslaCrpyt" so if anyone can help me tagged it, it would be great.
content on how to recover :
What happened to your files ?
All of your files were protected by a strong encryption with RSA-4096.
More information about the encryption keys using RSA-4096 can be found here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RSA_(cryptosystem)
What does this mean ?
This means that the structure and data within your files have been irrevocably changed, you will not be able to work with them, read them or see them,
it is the same thing as losing them forever, but with our help, you can restore them.

How did this happen ?
---Specially for your PC was generated personal RSA-4096 KEY, both public and private.
---ALL YOUR FILES were encrypted with the public key, which has been transferred to your computer via the Internet.

Decrypting of your files is only possible with the help of the private key and decrypt program, which is on our secret server.
What do I do ?
So, there are two ways you can choose: wait for a miracle and get your price doubled, or start obtaining BTC NOW, and restore your data easy way.
If You have really valuable data, you better not waste your time, because there is no other way to get your files, except make a payment.

I've published a decryption tool on GitHub: https://github.com/googulator/teslacrack
This tool cryptographically breaks the encryption scheme of TeslaCrypt, and so doesn't require a saved master key. However, it's quite computationally intensive, so preferably use a fast computer, and even then, expect to wait up to a week for it to recover your key (although most keys can be found in just a few hours). Also, it's more of a PoC than a user-friendly turnkey decryptor, so you will need to do many things by hand.
I got hit by TeslaCrypt and all of the solutions (Cisco's Decrypt Tool, Shadow Explorer) did not work for me. Unrelated, I was sniffing around some articles on Ubuntu and found BloodDolly's Tesla Decrypter tool that actually work and my files are being restored as I write this. So just wanted to share since it didn't come up in any of my earlier searches.
It's a handful a steps,...I had no problems whatsoever with the process. Apparently this won't work for the most recent strain,...I had .vvv and had to factor primes with Yafu,...but the documentation and the software is pretty thorough and easy to follow. Took me 15-20 minutes from start to finish.

Unable to view Information spaces in Explorer

Hi we've created an explorer. It runs fine but however it goes missing from the information space list very often and upon re-indexing,it used to re-appear back. However today even after re-indexing n number of times,it doesn't show up..
I've checked it's universe security and user security settings in CMC with the rest of the explorers to see if it's any different from the rest and found all of them similar.
Can you please help me or advice me as where i'm missing out.

Not sure if this the correct Issue. But I found out that this happens only when the explorer is either opened or Users try to open it while it's being indexed.:-(

Parsing the Rightmove api

I have a client who uploads his properties into 3rd party software created by a company called 'estates it', who then send that file, as a .blm to rightmove who process it.
This client wants us to take that .blm file and output the data into a new designed site we are doing. Does anyone know of methods or experience in doing this or working with .blm files? Which is a static file as far as I know.
I don't suppose this will be of help to you anymore, but if anyone else is looking for ways to handle the rightmove BLM file:
You can find several solutions implemented here
Using this repo, for example, you can just:
$blm = new \BLM\Reader(dirname(__FILE__) . '/test.blm')
var_dump($blm->toArray());
Most solutions I've seen are implemented in PHP though, and seem to be pretty old.
In the case the website is a wordpress, there seem to be a couple puglins for this too (example).
I'm not too sure Rightmove still outputs a BLM on the latest version of its api.
This is a pretty simple process. We are currently working the other way. ie our system manages an estate agents property listings and sends them to rightmove for listing.
The rightmove API definition can be found at www.rightmove.co.uk/adf.html
The file comprises a definition and data file within each blm, this should make it quite straight forward to manage

iPDF-poppler passworded document

Note: I am not sure if this is better here, or at superuser, but since it concerns the poppler library, I would assume here, because people here are more likely to know how it works.
Software: iPDF 2.12 + Poppler 2.11 (Last commit 2006-12-12) for Irex Iliad. Sources are here.
Problem Documents: Sciam digital PDFs (any of them, since all are produced the same way).
The document will load fine using Okular, Adobe Reader, and XPDF without requesting any passwords, and can be read without problem.
Loading using iPDF - so poppler - requests a password to open the document.
I have tried bypassing the SecurityHandler:checkEncryption method in Poppler/SecurityHandler.cc, by making it return true. This works, but fails to load the pdf with errors:
Error: Unsupported version/revision (4/4) of Standard security handler
Error (13571568): Unknown compression method in flate stream
Error: Top-level pages object is wrong type (null)
Error: Couldn't read page catalog
(PV_E)PDFCore.cpp:61,open() Open PDF document (èÖ#(èÖ#à failed with error code 2
(PV_E)PDFApp.cpp:185,open() Could not open file!
This suggests that the actual stream is encrypted, which - if true - suggests that okular is somehow bypassing this.
I am aware of people having similar problems on other mobile devices (I found a similar report with a Nexus One).
I do not know enough about how the pdf format works to know whether there is some 'default' password that should be used instead to open (no other permissions needed) the document. Is there?
Is it a case that it is requesting the owner password, when it only needs to use the user password (blank?) to open it?
Else, does anyone know how something like Okular/XPDF would be able to open it without problem?
This turned out to be an issue with the version of poppler being used by the application being too old for the required security handler.
As such, I have started my own project to create a new pdf viewer for my iliad based on the latest (0.14.*) version of poppler which can handle it. Sources here.
