Trying to update TestCase using TCMS API - testing

I am having issues updating test cases. This is my python code:
for test_case in rpc_client.exec.TestCase.filter({'pk': x}):
rpc_client.exec.TestCase.update(x, test_case)
I am getting this error:
<Fault -32603: 'Internal error: Product ID is required for category'>
Can someone explain to me what is the issue? For testing purposes I just get the text case and then I call the update function. I am not sure what Product ID I have to include. Official documentation does not have any information about what this attribute actually stands for.
Thanks in advance.

Is there a class/variable of karate available to get the details of failed scenarios like failed Scenario name, count etc when run using TestRunner

I want to get the details of the failed testcase after running it using TestRunner class. I was able to get few details like error messages, failed count of scenarios and feature files using the Result class of karate.
Results results = Runner.path("classpath:errorData/pass.feature").parallel(5);
String errmsgs = results.getErrorMessages();
List<String> err = results.getErrors();
int failcount = results.getFailCount();
Now I wanted to know if there is a way to get the details like testcase status, failed scenario, failed step. Any input will be appreciated. Thanks in advance
If you can't find what you need in the Result class, please assume the answer is no. Since Karate is open source, you are welcome to figure this out yourself or contribute code for anything missing.

Kotlin BuildType 'XYZ': id 'XYZ' is already used in BuildType(uuid='', id='XYZ', name='Deploy to envr') error

I was trying to refactor my Kotlin file that contains the configuration for a TeamCity pipeline. However, I keep getting the following error:
BuildType 'KotlinExperiments_DeployToEnvironment': id 'KotlinExperiments_DeployToEnvironment' is already used in BuildType(uuid='', id='KotlinExperiments_DeployToEnvironment', name='Deploy to test')
I tried to dynamically assign an ID, but that doesn't seem to work. Here are the links to the relevant files:
.teamcity/settings.kts
.teamcity/KotlinExperiments.kt
.teamcity/_buildTypes/DeployToEnvironment.kt
What am I missing?
It appears that there was an extra } in this line which is an invalid character for an ID. TeamCity didn't really provide an accurate error. After deleting the whole and recreating it again, TeamCity provided a much better error which led me to this finding.

CatBoost Error: bayesian bootstrap doesn't support taken fraction option

The error occur when running gridsearchcv using catboostclassifier and bootstrap_type='Bayesian'. Any idea what that error means?
I had similar issue while training my data with CatBoostClassifier. I had set the "subsample" parameter to "0.5". After removing this parameter, it worked for me.

ERROR com.intuit.karate.core.FeatureParser - syntax error: mismatched input '<EOF>' expecting {FEATURE_TAGS, FEATURE} [duplicate]

As I'm trying to automate the API testing process, have to pass the XML file to Read method for example,
Given request read ( varXmlFile )
FYI: XML file is present in the same folder where the feature file exists.
Doing this, its throwing an exception like this
com.intuit.karate.exception.KarateException: called: D:\workspace\APIAutomationDemo\target\test-classes\com\org\features\rci_api_testing.feature, scenario: Get Membership Details, line: 15
javascript evaluation failed: read (varXmlFile )
So Karate doesn't allow this way or can we have any other alternative ?
Suggestion please.
Thanks
Please ensure the variable is set:
* def varXmlFile = 'some-xml-file.xml'
Given request read(varXmlFile)
Or just use normally:
Given request read('some-xml-file.xml')
The problem got solved as in the variable varXmlFile holds the file name along with single quote like this 'SampleXmlRequest.xml'.
So I removed the single quote while returning from the method.

Error when trying to create a project under a GitLab group

I just discovered GitLab's groups and decided that it would be ideal for the kind of work I am doing. I created a private group and am getting the following error when I try to create a project under it:
The form contains the following error:
PG::QueryCanceled: ERROR: canceling statement due to statement timeout CONTEXT: while rechecking updated tuple (0,187) in relation "site_statistics" : UPDATE "site_statistics" SET "repositories_count" = "repositories_count"+1
I attempted to do the same in a new subgroup; however, I still get the same error. I must add that I am not using a paid plan of GitLab.
Thank you.
I have the same issue. I think only thing that we can to do is to wait until this error will fix.
