I am using VB.Net 2015 edition and it's coder menu not showing. How to add that?

Tools > Options from the main menu. Text Editor > Basic > General and check the 'Navigation bar' box. ALWAYS look in the IDE options when you want to manipulate the IDE. Yes, there's a lot in there, but that's why you should have a look through it BEFORE you need to use it: so that you have a fair idea of what's available. Anything related to the code editor window specifically is under the Text Editor section.

I need some help with my Visual Studio layout. I am missing a comfort function but I don't know how to write it exactly. Attached are 2 images. As it looks the desired function is available in C# projects. With VB project this is missing. Resetting the window layout does not bring anything. Can someone help me?
That is the Navigation Bar. Select Tools > Options from the main menu, select Text Editor > Basic > General in the Options dialogue, then check the Navigation bar box.
You really ought to have a fairly thorough look through the Options dialogue to see what's there and what you might want to change now or in the future. I have answered numerous questions on how to change VS settings simply because I was prepared to do that when the person asking the question didn't bother.

Those popups (or tooltips) has been my worst annoyance in the editor for a while. There is how I fixed it:
On the editor, at the bottom-right of the window, there is a head icon. Click it and uncheck the box "Import popup".

TOTALLY: Open Settings (or Pereferences, if you are OS X user) dialog, choose Editor | Inspections. On the Mange tab (right pane of the dialog) select Copy. Then click the language node. Here you can find the setion that is probably responsible for your tooltips and disable it. Or disable the whole language node, if you like. This way you have all the IDE features working and no tooltips at all. You can return back to Project Default inspections profile when you need it.
PARTIALLY: Try to disable the respected intention action. Press Alt+Enter when you see the tooltip, select the action from the list and press the right arrow key. In the context menu, select "Disable".

Any idea what is the setting in Flash Builder 4.5/4.6 to automatically close the "Strings", [brackets], {Braces} for the MXML
code as in eclipse for the Java code ?
To the best of my knowledge, there's no setting in Flash Builder to auto-insert closing quotes/brackets/braces. Eclipse generally makes this feature language-specific, so it has to be specifically implemented for MXML – the feature seen in other languages like Java doesn't automatically "carry over" to MXML, AS, etc.
I looked into whether the "Code Templates" feature could be used to give you a quick shortcut for inserting pairs like {}, but it doesn't look like that will work.
However, you can get "" auto-inserted for MXML attributes: if you use autocomplete to enter the attribute name, the ="" will be automatically generated after it. (If this isn't working for you, check Preferences > Flash Builder > Editors > MXML Code and make sure "Insert closing quote when completing attributes" is checked).
I use to have the same issue closing braquets, here is the solution for flash builder 4.6, to autoclose strings maybe isn't possible:
In your MXML code editor press mouse rigth click and this menu should open this menu:

Like I said in the title of this question, is it possible to attach a keyboard shortcut to collapse all items in the solution explorer with Visual Studio 2012?
In previous version; 2010, I was able to create a macro to enable this feature but in Visual Studio 2012, there is no more support for macros.
I'm able to right click onto item in the solution explorer and choose 'Collapse All' but I prefer to just typed 'Ctrl+Shift+C' to do the same job.
FWIW, this is the best I've been able to come up with so far.
Alternative 1
Press Ctrl+¨ to put focus in the search box above the Solution Explorer.
Press Shift+Tab to move focus to the toolbar.
Use the left arrow to move focus to the left, until you hit the Collapse All button (four times. YMMV).
Alternative 2
Press Ctrl+Alt+l (or whatever your personal shortcut is) to focus the Solution Explorer.
Press Shift+Alt to focus the Solution Explorer toolbar. This puts the focus on the Home button on the toolbar.
Use the right arrow to move focus to the right, until you hit the Collapse All button (three times).
Press Enter.
Alternative 3
Press Ctrl+Alt+l (or whatever your personal shortcut is) to focus the Solution Explorer.
Press and hold the left arrow until you've reached the top node (the Solution node).
Press the up arrow to put focus in the search box above the Solution Explorer.
Press Shift+Tab to move focus to the toolbar.
Use the left arrow to move focus to the left, until you hit the Collapse All button (two times. YMMV).
As you can see in the screenshot below, there is an option called Collapse All and a shortcut key next to it.
Now this shortcut key will not work for you !
Unless ofcourse, you set it up using Tools > Options > Keyboard. The command name is CollapseInSolutionExplorerAction. Search using this command name and assign a shortcut key of your choice.
That's it and you are ready to use your shortcut key !

Visual Studio 2012 / ReSharper 8.0.1:
The command is 'ProjectAndSolutionContextMenus.Project.ReSharper_CollapseInSolutionExplorer'.
I suggest you to try CodeMaid extension for Visual Studio. It provides a command "Collapse All Projects Recursively" that has customizable shortcut (by default, it is Ctrl+M,-). It has some other nice abilities, like switching between .cpp and its .h files, joining lines, etc.

you can do this by adding your visual studio version to an existing Extension ...
Download the extension for VS 10
Change the extension from vsix to zip
extract it and open the file extension.vsixmanifest
Find this xml section : SupportedProducts
Add this :
<VisualStudio Version="11.0">
<Edition>Ultimate</Edition>
<Edition>Premium</Edition>
<Edition>Pro</Edition>
</VisualStudio>
you can also try version 12 for visual studio 2013 ...
zip it, and change the extension from zip to vsix.
Now you can Install it.
after install it, Goto Tools -> Customise and click on the keyboard button.
Search "CrossProjectMultiProject.CollapseProjects" and assing the shortcut you like.

I have an Eclipse RCP application. I have created an Editor. There are few context menu (default), when I right click on the Editor. I have not created these menus.
Please let me know, How to remove the context menu of the Editor?
It needs different approach by which editor you extends.
Let me know What you extends, than I can answer more efficient one.
In general way:
IWorkbenchParSite#registerContextMenu(...) will be used, So find where calls that, override it. It is not recommend. Because by doing this, Menu Extensions which is contributed for your editor will not work anymore.
If you mean the system menu that appears on editor tabs and view tabs, that menu is provided by the presentation (2.1, Classic, Default, etc). There is no tweak to simply modify it.
The 2 ways to remove it would be:
write your own presentation, using
the
org.eclipse.ui.presentations.StackPresentation
API and matching extension point.
Writing a presentation is a involved
undertaking.
Change the internal classes in the
org.eclipse.ui.workbench plugin
and patch that plugin in your RCP
app.
If you use Text or StyleText you will get the system default menu (cut,copy,paste, maybe something about encoding or input). If you are not going to supply your own menu, simply create an empty SWT Menu and set it:

text.setMenu(emptyMenu);
