If I have some file uploaded on AWS S3 and it has a public url, can someone make my AWS bill explode by automatically downloading this file over and over again?

I have S3 bucket in EC2 . I want to remove multiple files between s3 folders . however it showing deleted files but files are still there
command:

got below message
delete: s3://mybucket/path1/publish/test/dummyfile_*.dat,. But file is still present

If you make a copy of a S3 object to an EC2 instance, you simply made a copy of it.
You can use aws s3 sync to synchronize S3 objects (files) between S3 and your EC2 instance, see https://docs.aws.amazon.com/cli/latest/reference/s3/sync.html
I'd like to write a script that can take a list of urls for some files on S3 and upload them directly to a LightSail instance. I know I can download the files from S3 and use sftp to upload to LightSail, but I'm hoping there is a way that I can trigger the file transfer directly from S3 to LightSail. Has anyone done this before?
I have created a Cloudfront Distribution in AWS using S3 Bucket.
I have uploaded some files in S3 bucket and provided the public readonly file permission to all the files.
I can see all the files using the cloudfront server URL.
I want to delete some files from the cloudfront. I have deleted those files from the S3 bucket, and run the Cloudfront Invalidation also to delete the files from edge servers immediately. but the files are still there. I can access those files form the cloudfront URL. The files are there in the edge servers even after the TTL.
Can someone pls tell me how to solve this problem?

Is there a way I can autosave autocad files or changes on the autocad files directly to S3 Bucket?, probably an API I can utilize for this workflow?
While I was not able to quickly find a plug in that does that for you, what you can do is one of the following:
Mount S3 bucket as a drive. You can read more at CloudBerry Drive - Mount S3 bucket as Windows drive
This might create some performance issues with AutoCad.
Sync saved files to S3
You can set a script to run every n minutes that automatically syncs your files to S3 using aws s3 sync. You can read more about AWS S3 Sync here. Your command might look something like
aws s3 sync /path/to/cad/files s3://bucket-with-cad/project/test
I am trying to load one of my S3 buckets.
File i am trying to load is huge tarball on the web, I don't want to download file on my disk and then again start uploading it to S3 bucket.
is there any way that I can directly specify this URL and it get added to S3 ?
You have to "put" to S3, and it does not "get".
