I am trying to disable the cut function/button on the ribbon. I have a situation where there are a number of formulae that are reliant on data input cells. If those cells are cut and pasted elsewhere the formula follows the cell. I have disabled right click and keyboard shortcut but cannot disable the ribbon cut function. I downloaded a spreadsheet from another thread with a similar requirement which had no cut button on the Home ribbon but cannot see any code to show how it was achieved. Soooo! If anyone can help it would be awesome.

I can make it popup on opening the document, but what if I close the userform and want to it to show up again in the same document? I know in excel you can add a button onto a worksheet directly and make it show the userform on click, but this button is unavailable for microsoft Word. Is there a solution besides initiating the script by hand?
To display a VBA userform, you can trigger it from a macrobutton field, from a form field, from a shape, from a QAT button or from an ActiveX button. There are probably a couple of other methods I'm not remembering at the moment. Each is a little different in the exact steps, but all will run the command:
UserFormName.Show
I am trying to write a VBA macro that runs when opening a .docx document. I want it to force the display of the Navigation Pane and then force all of the headings (any level) to display in collapsed mode. I am trying to get the code for the Collapse command using the macro recorder.
All I have when I record the macro is:
ActiveWindow.DocumentMap = True
Right-clicking on a heading in the Navigation Pane and collapsing does not record a code line. Is there a VBA method for this event?
I "solved" this requirement for myself by means of an AutoHotKey script, which just sends the necessary mouse click and subsequent key strokes. Not beautiful, but it works most of the times.

As of this writing in 2019, this is not possible through VBA. It's been asked for from Microsoft for a long time.
As originally suggested in this Microsoft forum post, the quickest way to collapse all of the headings in the Navigation pane is to right-click one of the headings and click Collapse All. Obviously this is not an automated/macro-based solution, but it's all we have until Microsoft exposes the task panes through the VBA object model.
I have inserted a combo box on PPT slide. When I double click the combo box, the VBA editing window will pop up. Is there a way that when I double click the box, VBA code does not pop up? I don't want users to see my actual codes and VBA window in general.

I think you might have design mode on. Have a look under Developer > Controls > Design Mode. Turning it off should remove that behaviour.
I have an excel toolbar created by VBA macros. When cell is in edit mode, I'm unable to perform any toolbar actions, the event itself is not getting triggered. Button events are getting triggered when we come out of that editing cell.
Is there any way to handle this? I want to allow users to click on buttons even when cell is in editing mode.

VBA will never run if a cell is in edit mode. If you are typing inside a cell, VBA is halted. Infact, if you press ALT + F11 and bring up the VBA editor window, and then go to edit a cell in Excel, you'll find you cant ALT + TAB back to the editor, it's gone. You cant even get back to the editor whilst you are in edit mode. (Obviously when you click outside Excel, the cell is no longer in edit mode, so you can select it from the windows tray)
You may have to use a form to allow users to edit cells, this way VBA will still run whilst the form text box is being typed in. Then submit it to the cell when the text box is complete
I have an Excel Workbook containing three worksheets. However all sheets seem to be hidden dispite that their visibility is set to xlSheetVisible (Found by looking at the worksheet properties in the VBA editor).
This is what I have tried so far to solve the problem.
Searched Google for help, but all similar problems have been solved by changing the Visibility from xlSheetHidden to xlSheetVisible. But in my case that setting is already set to xlVisible.
By using VBA I have tried to activate a sheet without any result.
By reading this you might have guessed that I am able to see and access the worksheets from the VBA editor.
Despite that looking at the normal Excel userinterface, all buttons are disabled and clicking at the office/file button in the topleft corner doesn't allow me to save the workbook. However if I make any changes to the VBA itself and tries to close the workbook then Excel asks whether or not I would like to save the workbook.
Everything you describe leads me to believe you're hiding the workbook window, not the worksheets. When a workbook window is hidden, all the sheets become hidden and much of the functionality from the toolbar greys out.
In the Visual Basic Editor, you'd also be able to see all of the worksheets and their visibility would be xlVisible, yet they cannot be seen on the screen. This is because they ARE visible, but the window which displays them is not.
Please try clicking the View tab in the toolbar, and then under the Window pane, click Unhide.
If this doesn't work, then try toggling visibility of the workbook.
