I am a complete beginner at react-native. I am trying to create an app where i can take multiple photos and add a tag/label with a link to a website to each of the photos. These links when tapped need to take the user to the specified website. I also want to be able to save all of the tags along with the images for later in the app. I have found some resources(components) regarding this but as a beginner, i do not know how to use any of them. I am listing these below. If anyone can help to use these or give me any direction as to how i can make this project, i would be really grateful.
resources i found:

There is a image upload functionality in my vuejs application.
The image upload works good and the uploaded recorded is also displayed.
But this recently added record get displayed at last in my list. On page refresh it appears at top.
I want to show the recently uploaded image at top as soon as after successful upload.
I have been trying really hard for this since 2 days and couldn't find the solution.
Please help. Vuejs version is 2
basically if I'm correct what you want is to push new images to the images array, for this just use unshift()
something like this
this.images.unshift('url_or_info_of_the_new_image')
Here, you do have an example of code showing you how you could achieve this.
https://codesandbox.io/s/gracious-tree-nig54?file=/src/App.vue
Essentially, the most interesting part is this.initialArray = [this.newValue, ...this.initialArray].
Also, depends on what you've tried until now but keep in mind the few caveats JavaScript does have with VueJS v2: https://v2.vuejs.org/v2/guide/reactivity.html#For-Arrays
I've been trying to get my app's tile to display an image from the web, but couldn't get it to work. I then tried the Tiles and Badges app sample, where in scenario 3 you can send a tile notification that uses a web image. No matter which image url I paste in the text box, the tile refuses to get updated. So apparently, the sample isn't working either, or something is very wrong.
The images are all smaller than 1024x1024 and less than 200KB. Fun fact: if I download one of the images I unsuccesfully tried to feed the sample, add it to the project and then send a notification using it as a local image, the tile gets updated. So apparently the image isn't the problem.
Has anybody been able to get this working? I don't get what I'm doing wrong.
Do have internet permission ticket in app manifest? Maybe only your app dont have permission to download your image from web.
I'm developing a simple web app and I just want to allow the user to upload some pictures.
should I just store the picture url on my database table or should I upload the whole picture?
how can I validate the size of the picture being uploaded?
how can I upload the picture from my controller?
thank you all!
I would NOT store the image data in the database. I would create a Behavior that will upload the image to the image directory and store a reference to that image. The behavior can then handle size, mime type, etc. Then add a file upload form to the controller and when the data goes to the model to be saved, it will automatically upload the image and put it where it goes.
If you do not want to build your own, here is a very popular behavior that someone has built.

Or you could try this simple way of doing it (check the readme.md file) :

You are getting url of the image. You can create the documentdirectory and save the images in that directory. http://developer.apple.com/library/ios/navigation/index.html?section=Resource+Types&topic=Sample+C#section=Resource%20Types&topic=Sample%20Code from this url you can find Apple sample code regarding url connection
