I hope someone could help me.
My problem is that I can deploy my EAR file and the same file again as a shared library. Both are called sample.ear.
Now, when I click on the library and scroll down to: Applications that reference this library in the Weblogic console, there will never be any information that it is referenced.
Maybe, someone has a hint how to "connect" / reference this library?
Thank you very much in advance!

firstly, I want let you know how useful this community is for me, I was stuck on an error
`Error: JavaFX runtime components are missing, and are required to run this application`
and thanks to this answer I actually solved: link
However I've a couple of questions. I noticed that IntelliJ doesn't change the configurations (Like set the VM option and pick the right library for the javaFX project), so each time I've to create a new JavaFX11 or 12 project I've to being throw all the manually settings again.
There's a way for set a "default behaviour" for the IDE ? It's really cumbersome.
The second question is, how I can use all the beautiful framework that the developer community offer for JavaFX? I've seen on openjFX a couple of interesting framework like TilesFX or CalendarFX but there's no information on how implement them on my IDE neither on GitHub nor here.
I have seen that most of them uses Gradle files, but honestly I don't have the faintest idea of what this kind of file does and how implement it on IntelliJ. Thank's to everybody.
Run the project with a more recent JDK like JDK11, for example.
If it does'nt work, you probably forgot to change the JDK of your builder in IntelliJ!
Open the settings and follow the path as bellow:
FOR MAVEN
FOR GRADLE
I've got a web app which loads dlls dynamically from a db. Even though the assemblies are restricted to a few libraries (ex.: Dapper), there's still the problem of dll hell. For instance, if the main site is using dapper 1.50.7 (strong name version) and one of the assemblies is using 1.50.5, then assembly ends up generating an io exception saying that it can't find version 1.50.5.
I've done a couple of searches and haven't found any definitive answer. For instance, this post says that you can still use app.config, but it's still not working.
So, any advice on how to solve this? Is there really no way to solve this kind of issue?
Thanks.
At the end, handling the Resolving event of the default AssemblyLoadContext instance so that it returns the latest loaded assembly was enough for me.
I am working on an ArcGIS add-in (a very simple toolbar with a few buttons) with VB.Net and ArcObjects SDK in Visual Studio 2010. The solution was built successfully and the debug settings were configured.
When I hit Debug, ArcMap application was opened. I couldn't find the toolbar docked anywhere on the ArcMap toolbar. I went to "Customize" -> "Add-in Manager" and the add-in being debugged was not there. Then I tried "Add From File...", located the "esriaddin" file and clicked "Install Add-in". It populated a message box saying "No GUI components found in this Add-In."
I made some Google searches but haven't got any luck to reach a solution yet.
What was I missing? Has anyone come across the same issue and any direction?
Thanks in advance!
Try clicking build first, then open the arcmap separately and check the add-in manager inside of arcmap to see if it got added to the application. If so, you should be able to find it and turn the toolbar on.
I'm not sure about .Net, but I debugged this issue for the Java SDK. You have to make sure you are using the correct versions for compiling. In java, it was an old archive version of jdk1.6 32 bit.
Then I was referencing something wrong inside the xml document. I had changed the name of my JAR file (taken from project name by the ArcObjects SDK). In the xml document it was still pointing towards the old name.
This may not help you, but if anyone else searches this error and is using tje Java SDK, hopefully it will help.
I struggled with this same issue with a 10.0 add in. We had a 10.1 update that worked with 10.1 but trying to install it to 10.2.2 gave me that exact error. So much for upward compatible! I then tried to build 10.2.2 code and kept having this error. Others mentioned needing to build to x86 so I did that although the 10.1 was on Win7-64 and ran with AnyCPU....
I believe the final key for me was in the config file. I had set version to 10.2.2 As soon as I changed that to 10.2, the darn add-in installed just fine. Nice waste of a day for an extra '.2'
I have a very weird problem. That my web project deployed to the Weblogic 10.0,Monday afternoon, and every thing works fine. But the next day morning, i checked the application, it reported could not find class that i write myself below the WEB-INF->classes directory.
I also use ant to build my project,But the same war file works on Weblogic10.3 and Tomcat5.5.So it may be the Weblogic 10.0's issue. But i also test it in another environment which have Weblogic 10.0, and it could not work too.
So could anyone can help with it ? I work a whole day yesterday to figure this out.
Even change the JDK to recompile the code and war file.
Please Help or leave something that helps, Thanks!
i finally figure the issue out. That cause the jdk version matters.
The annotation "#override" in jdk1.5 was not supported as in jdk1.6.
And the Weblogic10.0 still use the jdk1.5, so it matters.
I was using Flash builder for force .com IDE for my project but it has been expired.
Can I only use its SDK which I think should be free and compile my application using command prompt.
I know how to compile mxml applications from command line in simple flex application but for Force.com projects I am stuck.
I have copied all the swc in libs folder.
The compiler throws an error 'Error: could not resolve 'flexforforce:F3WebApplication' to a component implementation. '.
Can any one help me here? I don't know how to proceed from here :(
Thanks in advence.
You can see the true command-line parameters with the -dump-config option (see http://cookbooks.adobe.com/post_Compiling_Flex_libraries_with_Ant-16504.html)
