Please navigate to admin panel > dokan > settings > selling options and check the option Edited Product Status. See following image

The answer is going to be highly dependent on your theme - some templates have a space for a message at the top which can be set via the admin, and some templates don't.
For example, the Minimal theme has a setting in Customize Theme->Header called "Top bar text". Debut has an "Announcement Text" setting in the same place.
If your theme does not have such as facility, and you are willing to modify code, go to Customize Theme->More Actions->Edit Code, then go to Sections->header.liquid, and change that.
I active developer mode in odoo9. and go to Setting > Workflow > Workflow and can't find sale.order workflow.
after that.I try to edit workflow like odoo8. I go to Sale > Sale Orders > Open Debug Menu > Edit Workflow > Diagram

The sale.order workflow was removed in odoo 9. So no, it not possible to edit it because it is not there.

Go to your site's admin area
admincp->Extensions->Language->Phrase Manager
Search for'Activity Feed'
From here you can change the title of Activity Feed
