That library does not support progress handler. If you need this feature and want to use that library, the simplest thing for you to do would be to fork the library and add the feature yourself:
1) Fork the repository on GitHub.
2) Edit js file in your repository. For example, add callback you need as a third argument to the function:

Under the hood, fetch uses the React-Native XMLHttpRequest object; this is also true for react-native-fetch-polyfill. This is not the regular xhr object which is used in browsers since the actual requests are sent from the native side.
As far as I know, both RN fetch and react-native-fetch-polyfill do not support upload progress, but you can use XMLHttpRequest directly to do that:

But I can't seem to find any mocking solutions for Async Storage one version before (ie. WITHIN React Native, NOT the current #react-native-community/async-storage. Currently, I've tried fully mocking the module like so, and checking whether the getItem() method is ever called:

The problem is that i get this error:
TypeError: Cannot read property 'focus' of null
When I console.log(url[0].response) the response, it does show me the url that I got from the axios request, but when I use the openLender() method it gives me this error.
Any thoughts?

I used #IgorDymov his solution in this post to work-around this problem
window.open method is always blocked by browser if it's not caused directly by a click event. Turn popup blocking off and it will work.
You may open the url in the same window or provide user a link to the new page though.
I'm in the middle of learninig Cycle.JS and ran into a challenge. I have a component that will get a result from an HTTP call and I'd like to persist this response in indexDB. However, I feel that the request for persistence is the responsibility of another component.
The questions I have are:
Is this a use case for a custom driver that persists HTTP responses to indexDB?
How does another component access the response stream for a request it did not make?
When I try to select the category from the HTTP source, nothing gets logged to the console. I'm using xstream, so the streams should be hot and I expect debug to output. What's going on here?

Selecting a category in the main (the parent) component is the correct approach, and is supported.
The only reason why sources.HTTP.select('rss').flatten().debug() doesn't log anything is because that's not how debug works. It doesn't "subscribe" to the stream and create side effects. debug is essentially like a map operator that uses an identity function (always takes x as input and outputs x), but with a logging operation as a side effect. So you either need to replace .debug() with .addListener({next: x => console.log(x)}) or use the stream that .debug() outputs and hook it with the operator pipeline that goes to sinks. In other words, debug is an in-between logging side effect, not a destination logging side effect.
Question #1: Custom HTTP->IDB Driver: It depends on the nature of the project, for a simple example I used a general CycleJS IDB Driver. See example below or codesandbox.io example.
Question #2: Components Sharing Streams: Since components and main share the same source/sink API you can link the output (sink) of one component to the input (source) of another. See example below or codesandbox.io example.
Question #3: debug and Logging: As the authoritative (literally) André Staltz pointed out debug needs to be inserted into a completed stream cycle, I.E., an already subscribed/listened stream.
In your example you can put debug in your RssList component:

I have been struggling to upload images recently on react-native. I didn't seem to get the images uploaded. This is actually because i was using the react-native-debugger and network inspect on while sending the requests. Immediately i switch off network inspect, the request were successful and the files uploaded.
I am using the example from this answer above it works for me.
This article on github about the limitations of network inspect feature may clear things for you.
Just to build on the answer by Dev1, this is a good way to upload files from react native if you also want to show upload progress. It's pure JS, so this would actually work on any Javascript file.
(Note that in step #4 you have to replace the variables inside the strings with the type and file endings. That said, you could just take those fields out.)

A couple of potential alternatives are available. Firstly, you could use the XHR polyfill:

Secondly, just ask the question: how would I upload a file in Obj-C? Answer that and then you could just implement a native module to call it from JavaScript.

Tom's answer didn't work for me. So I implemented a native FilePickerModule which helps me choose the file and then use the remobile's react-native-file-transfer package to upload it. FilePickerModule returns the path of the selected file (FileURL) which is used by react-native-file-transfer to upload it.

Upload Files : using expo-image-picker npm module. Here we can upload any files or images etc. The files in a device can be accessed using the launchImageLibrary method. Then access the media on that device.
