I cannot drag and drop my module on a page in DNN 9. The module works, but I add it to a page. Parts of the module is sticking out on the block that hovers over the panes you can drop the module onto.

I am developing an application on xpages using Bootstrap. The main xpages has one tab container. In an action that is inside a button contained in a dialog (from the extension library), inside one of the tabs, in your oncomplete event I give a partial refresh on several elements. All are updated except the current tab that is all blank. Does anyone know if there is any restriction on using Bootstrap that is already shipped in the domino itself with the dojo tab container?
I have created a menu and inserted the generic menu widget onto a newly created page. I think by default it gives a verticle menu. I have tried various css codes found on the web to change it to a horizontal menu, but upon saving and refreshing the page I am not seeing any changes.
Can anyone advise me as to how I enable my generic menu to display the navigation links horizontally instead of vertically?
If I delete the menu and insert an html widget with code and links for a horizontal menu, other items such as my mini menu and footer menu display differently.
Thank you for your time
Regards
Amanda
I built a small wxFrame GUI, originally on Linux using CodeLite+wxCrafter, but on Windows the controls are not visible until I click on a notebook page and back, or resize the form, or hover the mouse over a control. I created a new Windows CodeLite+wxCrafter project and it does not display this issue. I tried comparing all the details between the two projects to see what differences there were, but couldn't find any that fixed the issue. I'm puzzled.
For example, this is what I see when I run the app:
After clicking on the Advanced Page and then back to the Run Page or resizing the form, this is what I see:
Or if I hover my mouse over say a wxButton (Open) it shows up:
This is what it should look like, after I click on the Advanced Page and back to the Run Page or resize the form, and then hover my mouse across all the text controls.
Any ideas what the display issue is?
When I click on buttons in the menu bar (such as "About Program") when the program is running a new window pops up displaying information. How do I edit the windows associated with the buttons?
In Interface builder I manage to load "Main Menu" which allows me to customize the menu bar, but it doesn't allow me to work with the windows associated with the buttons. How would I edit these windows?
Mac OSX Snow Leopard, Xcode 3.2.6
EDIT: I am not specifically asking for steps for the "About Panel". I am looking for a general procedure for editing panels associated with buttons in the menu bar. In addition to the "About" panel I would also want to work with panels such as the "Help" panel. The "About" panel was just an example.
The standard About panel isn't in your nib; it's generated within the framework.
You can change the text of the panel by writing a Credits.rtf or Credits.html file and including that in your app bundle. (You may already have Credits.rtf supplied by the project template. If so, you should just edit that.)
If you want to make more radical changes, you'll need to create your own panel and change your About menu item to show it instead.
As far as a general procedure...no, there's no single procedure that would let you customize any standard panel in the same way. They all have their own mechanisms (e.g. some can display more panes when plug-in components are installed; some provide APIs to hide or show certain parts; some, like the About box, use bundle filename conventions to decide what to do).
For the Help panel specifically...you can't change anything about it except the web page (i.e. the help content). The toolbar, etc. is all handled by Apple. I suggest looking at this documentation for more, which also links to other important documents:

I just installed a Joomla 1.6 Stable release onto my webserver. However, whenever I try to create an account, it takes me down to: using-joomla/extensions/components/users-component/registration-form. How do I change the home-screen login form box to use a different page for the user-registration form?
I have looked online, and they talk about editing options in the Login Form Module, but I don't see a module called Login Form in my Modules list. Even on clean install with nothing touched.
**Note I am starting off with the sample data installed.
If you look in the admin backend of 1.6 you will see that under Menus->About Joomla the Registration link you are clicking is a sub-menu of the Using Joomla! menu item. So this is why that link is being dynamically created with that URL.
To create a Registration form such as mysite.com/register then simply create a new registration form out of that sample contents menu tree. To do this in the admin backend go to Menus/Your Menu/Add New Menu Item Then when the Menu Manager pops up to create a new menu item click the select button next to the Menu Item Type and select Users Manager->Registration Form.
Hope this helps.
I also encountered this problem, so the decision was, the menu manager deleted all unnecessary. The problem is that the reference referred to the registration menu item "about joomla". PS I'm not Englishman, sorry for the spelling mistakes ...
