How can I create a new ticket that's related to the current one? - youtrack

We have several projects in our YouTrack, one being our email-integrated help desk.
Tickets that come in on the help desk usually cause us to open new tickets in more specific, project-related projects and then linking those new tickets back to the help desk one.
I'm looking for a way to simplify this process, as the path through the UI is currently very long.
Is there a way to command YouTrack to "create a new issue and link it to the currently open one"?

You can find a small arrow near the 'Create Issue' button. If you click on it instead of clicking on the button itself you'll get a list of links available on your instance, including 'related to'. If you click on any item in this list, a new issue will be automatically linked to the issue where you were when clicking.
So, in your case you can easily created a related issue right from the screen of the help desk issue.

How do i create my own right click menu on the desktop?

i have searched up and down the internet but cannot figure this out. So ive finally come here for the aid of some utter genius people.
I dont like the windows right click function as it has too many options. Some of the options like properties cannot be removed. So, i thought i could disable right click to remove the menu and create my own.
The problem i have is i cannot figure out for VS2010 how to right click on the desktop outside of the form/project and make a box pop up like the same behaviour as the built in one. I am ultimately wanting to be able to expand and add things but im falling at the first hurdle.
Can someone please tell me how to right click on the desktop and create a context menu popup where i can add my own items. i want it to behave the same as windows but i want it my own essentially. This way in the future i will be able to enable or disable my own functions i.e open/winrar/7zip / remove edit on the fly.

Remove/Disable the default menu of desktop is not a good idea at all
But you can add your own items as well using 3rd party apps
I made an app modifies the default menu ,it can append more items an sub items
I wrote it long time ago I do not remember if i still have the source code or not

BigQuery public datasets cannot be found (`bigquery-public-data`)

In the left panel of BigQuery, the dataset bigquery-public-data is nowhere to be found.
I have no idea how it disappeared. Does anyone have a solution to integrate it back?
I am currently enrolled in the Google Data Analytics course and just found where an instructor told us how to pin the bigquery-public-data to the explorer!
In the search bar of your explorer, type "public" and then select the broaden search in blue. This should populate the bigquery-data-public so that you are able to pin it to your explorer.
I have spent two days trying to figure this out so I hope this reaches someone in need!
In the old (Classic) UI, you can pin the project back by following the steps in the "Adding a project" section of this document. There is a screenshot in the link.
I'm not sure how it disappeared from your Console, but there is a "Remove project from panel" option in the down arrow icon next to each pinned project.

Double numeration invoice Odoo v8

I'm working for a company as a scholar. And they've asked me to implement an ERP to handle their invoices.
I've selected odoo coz its the only one I can somehow handle. Im not an expert developer and im even worse in ERP/Odoo.
The thing is, that the company has 2 different numeration mask(L2M000 & IW000) for invoices and i can just set one from the account module configuration.
I've tried many things and ive manage to get 2 different print pdf layouts, but i dont know how to set 2 different numeration masks.

Hello follow these steps to change Sequence numbers for desired apps.
You now have to activate Developer Mode to get access to the Technical sub menu within Settings, where all of the familiar administrative management menus are.
First, click the arrow next to the question mark inside the circle (this is found on the right hand side of the screen within the purple bar {Enterprise} or black bar {Community}), and select About.
Next, click Activate Developer Mode.
Finally, visit Settings -> Technical --> Sequences and Identifiers --> Sequences.
You will get options as shown below.
Then edit the one which you want to.

Old deleted form still running at startup vb.net

I'm new to vb.net and need some help.
I'm not sure what's happening but a deleted main form loads on start up even after setting a new form as start up.
I took a few buttons and copied it on a group container and named it Dial Pad on the old form. After testing to see if it works I adjusted the dimensions and ran again but this time it stayed the same. I clicked on the buttons but nothing happened. Check the code and there was code in it and correct. However there seem to be other set of buttons name as same but with a 1 at end.
I checked the solution explorer and it didn't show, only the originals showed. After frustration I created a new form and copying the code and created new controls. I deleted the old problematic form and set the new one as start up but the old form with the dial pad still appears and only exit button I added and coded works. The datagridview on old forms works as well and is the old way I can get to the other forms which still work.
This problem sometimes indeed occurs. The solution is pretty simple. Go in the menu to Build > Clean Solution and rebuild. Or else, open the context menu on the solution node and select Clean Solution.

I had the same problem with a web page in VB. Rebuilding website/solution didn't work for me. The only things that worked were 1. Completely restarting VB or 2. File -> Close Solution and then loading it again File -> Recent Projects and Solution. This one at least spares some time.

CRM 2013 Opportunity and Opportunity Product navigation Bug

I am having trouble with the navigation between an Opportunity and its' related Products i.e. Opportunity Product.
To replicate my issue, simply open any Opportunity Product from the grid on the Opportunity Form. The Opportunity Product opens as expected. However, it is not possible to get back to the related Opportunity to which the Opportunity Product belongs to.
When following the same steps on a Quote (double click Quote Product on the sub grid) the Quote Product opens up in a new window and there is no need to navigate back to the related Quote.
Does anyone know of a workaround? Hitting back in the Browser is not a proper solution for me. I don't know if this is maybe a bug on the new software?
When you Open or Create an Opportunity Product, just click the "Save and Close" button. (I'm assuming that it opens within the same window).
Probably not a bug but an "intentional feature :P
