I tried to uninstall google cloud sdk from my computer a long time ago but when ever I login to terminal I get this message:

I have tried this answer but the problem is I don't have a google cloud account anymore.
I also reach a dead end on this one as well b/c none of the files or folder seem to exist on my computer.
How do I resolve this?
You will have to edit your .bashrc and remove references to gloud-cloud-sdk look for lines like
source "$CLOUD_SDK/completion.bash.inc"
source "$CLOUD_SDK/paths.bash.inc"
Also, you may want to remove ~/.config/gcloud

Edit 1: I am using the floobits plugin (latest release), uninstalled and installed again from the package manager. I am not getting a traceback but an error window with the following error message: Unable to join workspace. CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED unable to get local issuer certificate (_ssl.c:1124).
Edit 2: I had tried the Package Control Upgrade package and Staisfy Dependencies, but that did not help fix it.
I was able to fix it (answer below).
I have been stuck on this issue for days now. When I try to connect to a floobits workspace in sublime text, I get the error message that CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED unable to get local issuer certificate (_ssl.c:1124).
I searched about this a lot but I don't know what's wrong anymore.
I started by upgrading certifi and pip itself.
Then I read somewhere that I should check if OpenSSl(and the requests library of py) and cURL can open the URL (floobits.com) since the workspace is hosted there. curl returned no errors but OpenSSL (and requests) wasn't able to verify, gave the same error.
So I downloaded the certificates from the website on opening it in chrome. I downloaded all three certificates (for the root, intermediate and the website itself), and appended them to cacert.pem inside the certifi package folder. After that, when I ran it, OpenSSL was able to open it (and the requests library too, got a 200 response code).
But, floobits still wasn't able to connect and gave the same error. I know that there is nothing wrong with floobits.com and the sublime extension since a friend can still open the workspace without problems.
Please tell me what I can do to fix this.
So I managed to 'solve' the problem by bringing Sublime back to a fresh state and then copying my files again. Answering here if anyone gets this problem.
Method:
Go to the Sublime > Preferences > Browse Packages
In this folder, copy and backup the 'User' folder to someplace else.
Delete all the folders in this location (Sublime need not be closed during this but it's best if you do close it)
Copy the backed-up 'User' folder back here (remember the location where you deleted, %AppData%\Roaming\Sublime Text 3\Packages (for Windows))
All set, you now have a fresh installation of sublime.
Sublime will start installing all packages again, wait for it to finish and resume work.
This solved the problem I was having. Unfortunately, I couldn't track down the problem.
I've had this issue twice now, just randomly happened.
When I try to view the Ammps 'Home' Dashboard I get the following error:-
The file /Applications/AMPPS/ampps/softaculous/includes/enduser.php is
corrupted.
I had to re-install to fix this last time but since then (a few days ago) this has happened again?
Anybody know why this is happening and how to fix it?

I've done another clean install (backed up www and all the databases beforehand). I noticed there isn't even the directory /Applications/AMPPS/ampps/softaculous/includes/.
Seems to be another effected file as well:
/Applications/AMPPS/ampps/softaculous/includes/main/functions.php is
corrupted.
Upon opening these files, it appears a massively long string of characters as been added after the closing PHP tag. Deleting this string had no effect, the same errors persist.

Doing a clean install of Ampps 3.8 will rectify the problem which is what I had to do. Frustratingly, some people including myself have experienced the issue coming back after a few days. Until there is a permanent fix for this either by an update/patch from Softaculous, a way to rectify this without having to reinstall Ampps is by doing the following:-
Take a backup of your /Applications/AMPPS/www directory
Download the Mac files from a clean installation here;

Replace the existing Ampps directory with the files from the
download link
Move your /www/ folder back to the same location
You should then be able to access the Home dashboard and everything should work as normal.

Shutdown AMPPS. I have fixed mine locally by replacing the enduser.php with the one from here https://files.ampps.com/5.3.2.zip.

Start AMPPS.
To check if you need to replace another corrupt file check error_log in your logs folder.
Steps to reproduce are very easy.
Create a Dockerfile.

I have found the solution to the problem.
Reading all the https://github.com/docker/for-win/issues/3884 bug, some have found a simple solution: rename C:\windows\system32\driver\cbfsconnect2017.sys so it isn't loaded the next boot.
Disabling that driver enables me to do a docker build for the first time in windows containers in almost a year.
In my case Box Sync was the one using that driver.
EDIT: #GustavoTM have found that pCloud raises the same problem.
EDIT2: #VonC have noticed that some people in the issue in GitHub has solved it deleting this other file: C:\Windows\System32\drivers\cbfs6.sys. I haven't tried that, but i put it if it helps others.
The good thing is that I don't need to uninstall Box, but only rename that file.
This is still an issue (still open) with Win10.
Looks like uninstalling cloud storage providers with file system filters like Dropbox, Box, etc. as a workaround is an option for some users.

In my case was the problem similar but the file cbfs6.sys was placed somewhere in the rest of uninstalled application Jungle disk, somewhere in the folder c:\Program files\Jungle disk .... It's part of Callback File System signed by EldoS Corporation.
The folder could be rename only and not delete directly. So I could delete its immediately after the PC restart, before running the Docker. So it could be delete during the Docker service restart too.

When I try to run $ heroku pg:psql or $ heroku pg:psql HEROKU POSTGRESQL_BROWN I recieve the following error message:
! The local psql command could not be located ! For help
installing psql, see local-postgresql
I can't find anything useful on the link it gives me (it just links to the instructions I was already using, but further down the page) nor can I find this error anywhere else.
If I've missed anything you need to know to answer this, just let me know. I'm rather new to all this and teaching myself as I go.
I had same error even after installing Postgres locally.
But after seeing this
I saw that "pqsl" was not in the PATH so I then did
PATH=%PATH%;C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL\9.2\bin
which worked for me
I have since solved this myself. When I ran heroku pg:info it says the version number is 9.1.8, I was locally running 9.2
installing 9.1.8 and ensuring Path pointed to the appropriate folder solved the problem.
After you change the path, make sure to restart the terminal!
Set the PATH. To find out the PATH of your psql script (on mac) open the sql shell script from your finder in Applications/Postgres installation. This will give you a hint as to where it is installed. That opened a window which told me it is located here: /Library/PostgreSQL/8.4/scripts/runpsql.sh
Then, I set the PATH variable from the terminal window by typing:
$ PATH="/Library/PostgreSQL/8.4/bin:$PATH"
(depends on the location of your PostgreSQL installation, find your bin path first, another exp: /usr/local/Cellar/postgresql#9.6/9.6.8/bin)
OR.....
You can also connect to the shell by opening the shell directly from your postgres installation folder. Then enter the credentials. If you don't know the credentials, here is how to find them out:
$ heroku pg:info

$ heroku pg:credentials HEROKU_POSTGRESQL_RED_URL
Top answer wouldn't work for me oddly, my system would not add the Path via cmd with administrator access (Not sure why).
So check this > Windows key > environment variables > system variables
And add the last line (your version may differ in the path)
Make sure you've installed the toolbelt as psql is installed by default.
However you also need to ensure you've installed a local copy of PostgreSQL; if you don't the toolbelt will be unable to find the native psql client.
Assuming you have installed a local copy of PostgreSQL, make sure you can execute psql from the command line directly (i.e make sure you PATH is set correctly ). If the command does not execute, check your PATH, if it does execute see if you can connect via the PSQL connection string provided in the Heroku control panel. If you can connect reinstall the toolbelt, if you are unable to connect provision another dev database and try again.
If there are still issues, I would suggest contacting Heroku support for assistance after verifying no API issues are listed on the status page located here.
I got rid if this annoying message on Windows by adding a path element without the spaces, i.e.
C:\Progra~1\PostgreSQL\9.4\data
instead of
“C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL\9.4\data”
I followed the instructions here: http://www.computerhope.com/issues/ch000549.htm, which worked for me if you prefer to go the point-and-click configuration of the PATH variable.
This type of error usually appears in the Windows environment, because if you do not update the PATH after installing Postgresql, heroku pg:psql command does not work.
So you need to update your PATH environment variable to add the bin directory of your Postgres installation. The directory will look like this:
C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL\<VERSION>\bin.

I had the same problem and discovered that Heroku doesn't seem to provision the latest version of PostgreSQL by default. Where the Heroku Getting Started instructions said
heroku addons:create heroku-postgresql:hobby-dev
That provisioned a v10 database for some reason (which you can check by clicking on Heroku Postgres in the Add-ons tab of your dashboard). I deleted that database and provisioned a new database using the --version flag:
heroku addons:create heroku-postgresql:hobby-dev --version 11

I'm writing this in early 2019, but according to the PostgreSQL website the next version (12) is "tentatively scheduled" for third quarter of 2019 so if you're reading this in late 2019 potentially the same problem will come up for v12 instead
On Mac you can use the following:
export PATH="/Library/PostgreSQL/12/bin/:$PATH"
The only solution that I found on Windows:
go to advanced system settings
go to environment variables
select Path variable and click Edit
add a new line and enter your bin directory path (C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL<version>\bin) and click ok
restart your terminal
enter your psql command (heroku pg:psql)
I have been unable to overcome this error in Application Loader. I've quit, restarted, tried different computers - it's like the server is hung up on an op that I never initiated and it won't time out. Has anyone seen it before and beaten it?
Basically, you need to clear out the transport tokens. This can happen if you were to close out of Xcode while in the middle of submitting an app to iTunes Connect.
The token files now appear in the
Library/Caches/com.apple.amp.itmstransporter/UploadTokens/ subfolder of the given user's home directory. Which, honestly, is a better place for them anyway.
Delete any .token files in this directory.

If you are unable to find the .token files, this is because they are hidden in Finder. To hide/show hidden files in Finder, use the following Terminal command (TRUE = UNHIDE, FALSE = HIDE):
defaults write com.apple.finder AppleShowAllFiles TRUE;killall Finder
You need to clear out the transport tokens.
Open Terminal on your Mac, and paste:
rm /Users/<username>/Library/Caches/com.apple.amp.itmstransporter/UploadTokens/*.token
That should clear the stuck token. After this, try uploading the build again.
It might be because Xcode crashed as you were uploading your app. Either, all you need to do is delete the token files:
Open Terminal on your Mac, and paste:
rm ~/.itmstransporter/UploadTokens/*.token
That should clear it. If it still doesn't work (at this point you should try re-uploading your app), run that command on Terminal again, or manually go to...
/Users/<username>/.itmstransporter/UploadTokens/
...and delete all the .token files.

I proceed as per #WrightsCS answer and it resolved Application loader error:

But I found one more issue after removing all tokens from
/Users//.itmstransporter/UploadTokens/
I went to iTunesConnect and clicked on "My Apps", what I saw a message that "Can not connect... please contact Apple".
Here I don't know why it suddenly stops working!
I submitted the same build which was there on iTunesConnect for submission but it has shown as processing.
After submission of that build, iTunesConnect works fine! Also, I am able to see last uploaded build in a list for submission.
In my case (I am using OSX Catalina), I was not able to find the folder:
Library/Caches/com.apple.amp.itmstransporter/UploadTokens/
Under my user home directory (even when showing hidden files and folders)
but it seems my problem was a bit different and I just closed xCode completely (every xCode window opened) and reopened it again then I archived my project and uploaded it without any issues
maybe this could help someone else fix this issue
You need to clear out the upload tokens that are "stuck". To do this, open the tokens file found in /users//.itmstransporter/UploadTokens/. You should see one line of text at the top that refers to your current upload token. Simply delete this line and save the file. You should now be able to submit your app again.
