Downloading floor plans - social-tables

I want to automate the download of the floor plans for my upcoming events. After looking around in the API I couldn't find a method to do this. I can use either the image or the PDF, but I think the PDF is preferred by my users.
If I can't get this using the API is there a URL that I could invoke on the web client that would get me the PDF?

Unfortunately there is no api for this, and we don't currently have plans to implement this feature.

How to call Google NLP Api from a Google Chrome extension

My aim is to select some text from a web page, start a google chrome extension and give the text to a google cloud api (Natural Language API) in my case.
I want to do some sentimental analysis and then get back the result to mark/ highlight positive sentences in green and negative ones in red.
I am new to this and do not know how to start.
The extension consists of manifest, popup etc. How should I call an API from there that does Natural Language Processing?
Should I create a Google Cloud Application with an API_KEY to call? In that case I would have to upload my credentials right?
Sorry sounds a bit confusing I know but I just don't know how I can bring this 2 things together an would be more than happy about any help
The best way to authenticate your app will depend on the specific needs and use cases of your application. You can see an overview of all the different methods here.
If you are not planning on identifying users nor on using a back end server that handles authenticating (as I assume to be your case), the best option would indeed be to use API keys. They do not identify the user, but are enough for the Natural Language APIs.
To do this you will need to create an API key for the services you want and add the necessary restrictions to make the key as secure as possible. Detailed instructions on how to do this and how to use the key in a url can be found here.
The API call could be made from within the Chrome extension with any JavaScript method capable of performing POST requests. For example using XMLHttpRequest or the Fetch API. You can find an example of the parameters that need to be included in the request here.
You may run into CORS issues when making the request directly from the extension. I recommend reading this answer, where a couple of workarounds for these issues are suggested.

What is the most efficient way to automate your Instagram?

Over the past few weeks, I've spent some time researching about Instagram automation the goal being to have a program that can like and comment for me. I've come up with the following solutions:
Use a browser automation library like selenium to navigate through Instagram's website.
Cons: really botchy code that becomes useless as soon as Instagram renames their css classes which they do from time to time
Have a Android emulator running and automate that.
Cons: every instance of that emulator would require like 2 gigs of storage and would be really inefficient.
So how do for example apps on the play-/app store do it? They only have the small processing power of the phone available and still run effortless in the background.
Is there another solution that I'm missing?
The most efficient way to automate Instagram is to use the Instagram API. Using that API you can publish photos with users, tags and locations [1]. I don't find any immediate mention of Stories etc., but most likely if you work more with the API you find where/how to do that.
The also linked Instagram Platform API seems to be in a state of discontinuation.
As you tagged your question "Selenium", no, Selenium does not provide a reasonable approach for interfacing with Instagram as Selenium provides no way to make POST requests. You could try to automate the website through Selenium, but using the API is far more straightforward, less prone to layout changes and the officially sanctioned way.

The way I did it at the end was that I used the Instagram Private API for Instagram on GitHub:

That way I didn't have to emulate an entire device actually browsing through Instagram.

How to get Google Cloud Translation used Chars via API?G

how do i get information from this page 'https://console.cloud.google.com/iam-admin/quotas' programmatically, i couldn't find any API service to do this, is there a way to do it?
Currently, this is not possible to achieve, however, there's a feature request to consider having this functionality.

How to View a Google Spreadsheet Doc as a PDF

I would like to know if it's possible to view a Google Spreadsheet Doc as a PDF without first manually converting it as a PDF? I don't want to share a link directly to the spreadsheet, I want to share a link to a PDF version of it which ends up looking better (in Print View rather than Spreadsheet Document View)
I know I can Print > Save as PDF, then download to local machine, then upload and save somewhere on my server. But is there is a way to be able to view the spreadsheet as a PDF.
I have Google'd this and found nothing. The best I could come up with is the Google Document Viewer (https://docs.google.com/viewer) but that does not seem to give mt the option I am looking for. Further, I do not want to install any Chrome plugins, etc. because I want to be able to share a link to the PDF with people but not have to have them install a plugin to see the doc.
Unfortunately, what you are trying to do and the way you are trying to do it is not a capability within Google Docs. Sorry.
I think the best way is to use Google Drive API to write own script that will do this job. I mean:
You have a web server
Write a simple method in any web technology, such as PHP, Python, Java, C#, whatever you like and your server is able to serve. This method is connected to the google drive through it's API to your account, knows which spreadsheet to take care of and how to understand the columns. This spread should be parsed to HTML and with some popular tool (proper for your programming language or server's operating system) you create the PDF. The method should create HTTP response with header type: application/pdf.
You provide interested people with the link under which your method is available.
I guess this reference should help you to use Google API:
How to download the resources:
https://developers.google.com/drive/web/manage-downloads
How to convert (i.e. to PDF) and open the resources in your own application:

I hope this helps.

Set instant messenger display message programmatically

Would a script that sets display messages for instant messengers be simple or complex? After some searching, there doesn't seem to be any information about this at all.
For the sake of an example, if I had a text file of quotations, would it be possible to have the google talk display message change to a different quotation hourly?
Depends on which client you're using. As far as I know, Google's client doesn't offer any interface for plugins, but the open source instant messenger Pidgin does. I think there already is a plugin for what you want to do, but you can write your own using the documentation and examples they give you.
The complexity of writing something like this is based on how much C or Perl you know, since you can program in either of those for Pidgin. Reading code from other people's plugins, you should be able to figure out the Pidgin API.
You can use Kik API to programmatically send rich content and files between mobile applications. It is available for iPhone and Android platforms and takes only about 5 lines of code to integrate into your app. There is more info at the API website: http://www.kik.com/dev
