Lets Encrypt 403 Error When Installing Certificate - urllib2

I receive a urllib2.HTTPError: HTTP Error 403: Forbidden error when attempting to install a Lets Encrypt certificate using Certbot. I have been installing certificates using the steps listed in this article for over a year and recently starting running into an issue on many of my servers.
The environment of each of the servers with the issue:
GoDaddy Cloud Server (512MB)
Bitnami Wordpress
Ubuntu 14.04.5 LTS
Python 2.7.6
Here are the outputs when attempting to install a certificate:
sudo ./certbot-auto certonly --webroot -w /opt/bitnami/apps/wordpress/htdocs/ -d xxxxxxxxxxxxx.com

Bitnami developer here.
According to the traceback you shared, the error occurred while trying to download a Python package. The list of URLs that the script tries to download is:
https://pypi.python.org/packages/source/p/pip/pip-8.0.3.tar.gz
https://pypi.python.org/packages/source/s/setuptools/setuptools-20.2.2.tar.gz
https://pypi.python.org/packages/source/w/wheel/wheel-0.29.0.tar.gz
And optionally:
https://pypi.python.org/packages/source/a/argparse/argparse-1.4.0.tar.gz
Taking into account the URLs point to pypi.python.org, this was probably a transient error.
Alternatively, you may try to install Certbot from the official PPA instead of using certbot-auto.

So, why package mysql-server was downloaded from host us-east-2.ec2.archive.ubuntu.com?
Why higher priority for my repository ubuntu-repository.youseeu.com did not work?
Several instances of the same version of a package may be available
when the sources.list(5) file contains references to more than one
source. In this case apt-get downloads the instance listed earliest in
the sources.list(5) file. The APT preferences do not affect the choice
of instance, only the choice of version.

Certbot autorenew failed during Github outage

Today I had a certbot autorenew failure. The cron script to renew the certificate failed, and my certificate expired. Below is the log, which includes at the end me ssh'ing into the box to manually run the certbot-auto renew --standalone --no-self-upgrade command to fix the issue.
My questions are - does this show the source of the certificate renewal error? Did it have something to do with today's GitHub outage, or was it another issue? What can I do to avoid this in the future?
This is the cron job that runs the renewal script (le-renew.log is the name of the below logfile):
30 2 * * 1 /usr/local/sbin/certbot-auto renew >> /var/log/le-renew.log

Congratulations, all renewals succeeded. The following certs have been renewed:

The biggest thing that jumps out to me is that you have an operational problem here:
Today I had a certbot autorenew failure. The cron script to renew the
certificate failed, and my certificate expired.
Why are you waiting until the last possible day to renew? You can run certbot daily, and it will renew anything expiring in the next 30 days. That should give you a lot more time to diagnose and react to single issuance failures.
You should also be monitoring the cron job for failures. Either with an external service, or by somehow notifying on failure from the cron job. Perhaps try the answers here.

I have done recently
sudo rm -rf /var/lib/apt/lists/*
sudo rm /etc/apt/sources.list
Later i gone to
sudo -i software-properties-gtk
and checked the canonical checkbox then,
sudo apt-get update this command i executed.
can any one help me to install apache in my ubuntu!
try using sudo apt-get -f install to force the install.
You may need to go back and forth between sudo apt-get update and sudo apt-get -f install to slowly get all the packages installed.
Also try cleaning the cache and configuring any packages that are not configured yet.
sudo apt-get clean
sudo dpkg --configure -a
Hopefully that will get you where you need to be.

How to install a newer version of mysql workbench than is available in the debian repos

I'm guessing this will be a quick fix for you. I am trying to install a version of mysql workbench that is NEWER than what is available to me through the regular debian repos.
I started by adding testing, unstable and experimental repos, but even they dont have the version i'm looking for (6.3.6).
So I tried following these instructions here, I added the mysql repo, ran apt-get update and am getting Unable to locate package mysql-server-community
I can, and have installed the mysql-workbench package, but the instructions explicitly state to use the community version.
P.S. The version I have installed now is 6.2.3.
Also, my MYSQL server version is 5.5.46 and I would rather not upgrade it as we are developing with that version.
So what gives? Thanks!!
EDIT
I should point out that I am running debian 8 and am using the DEB section of the linked instructions.
EDIT 2
I don't know if this is significant, but:

That is the output (or part) of apt-get update, it seems to be ignoring the mysql repos!
I have tried commenting ALL other repos in my sources.list, and temporarily removing all the .list files in sources.list.d
AGHHHHH!!
Straight forward solution is to download the Debian package for MySQL Workbench directly from the MySQL website. Packages marked for Ubuntu will also work with Debian.

What am I doing wrong? I've followed the instructions exactly from the website with the exception of using a different box. I am able to ssh into the box and everything seems to be correct. Please inform me if there is any more information needed.
I met the problem like that, I posted the way to resolve it at https://stackoverflow.com/a/32846069/4988779. Good luck.
